This was the first place I ever booked in AirBNB and it was great! Ms. Lina was very responsive and accommodating. The place was also really nice. My friends and I enjoyed our vacation so much. Will definitely go back here 🫶

A lovely room attached to a great diving resort. The resort itself focuses heavily on diving, but the owner was incredible at facilitating activities both in and out of the resort and made everything as painless as possible. The hassle of COVID restrictions to enter Mindoro was 100% worth it to escape the reality of NCR.

We stayed at Lush Green from 23rd - 27th Dec. We were 4 adults with 3 senior guests. The place is perfect for families. The private resort had 2 separate rooms, each with its own bathrooms. The place comes precisely as described. The owner Peejay made all the difference during our stay. She was very proactive and checked in regularly even before our arrival as she knew we were coming from Batangas. She offered to help facilitate our transport via the RORO ferries in Batangas and Calapan. She also accommodated for our special request to organise for a helper during our stay. Our helper Jasmine has been excellent, from the moment we checked in up until our last day. She helped made sure the seniors were comfortable and assisted us with errands around the resort. Jasmine's friendly and jolly demeanour made our stay very pleasant. Peejay also arranged for a massage therapist to come to the resort which was a big plus. Thank you Peejay for the warm hospitality. place is perfect for my family. my priority was a beach front private home, accessible to my mother who has limited mobility (mostly in a wheelchair). fortunately for me, her place has ramps, cemented and/or tiled area which is super rare for beach front properties. her place is very spacious in a secured area. the beachfront is rocky, so best to bring swimming shoes. but marine life is thriving so it must be really clean. we ordered food from a nearby hotel, and there's also a nearby market. the AC in the living room was not working when we visited but ok naman. very breezy naman ang area. it's cool at night. i slept on her lounge chair in the living area, i was wall rested and ready for the next day. the caretakers were helpful and nice. our senior dog had a blast in her garden. she has sunbeds (chairs?) which i loved. loved the swings... her garden has a shaded area. i would def go back. nakakarecharge ng pagkatao her place. 😊🤗❤

Nous venons de quitter la maison et nous sommes déjà tristes. Nous étions 15 et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est très grande avec ses 6 chambres. Toutes les pièces de vie sont ouvertes sur l’extérieur. Nous avons passé de supers moments à la piscine qui est très grande et surtout au ponton où on a pu voir des poissons de toutes les couleurs. Pendant notre séjour nous étions accompagnés de Jane, Marilou et Jan Jan qui étaient adorables. Ils nous ont cuisiné des plats délicieux tout au long du séjour. La vue depuis la villa est à couper le souffle. Nous avons pu faire pleins d’activités grâce à Jane qui nous a aidé à organiser toutes les excursions. Nous avons croisé très peu de touristes pendant nos vacances, ce qui a rendu le dépaysement encore plus total. Merci encore à toute l’équipe.

It was a last minute reservation for us, and i was not really thinking about going somewhere on my birthday. I almost gave up searching for a place when I found Sir Neil's place. There were limited available place to book in Batangas that can accommodate our 2 cats. With a limited budget, its hard to a find place that we think our cats can also enjoy strolling, feel comfortable and safe. Our cats enjoyed climbing up and down the stairs and jumping in between the lofts. We loved watching them enjoying and sleep comfortably. It also a bonus that the coconut tree can me seen at the lofts window and there were birds flying here and there that our cats enjoyed watching. We love the place and its just sad that we didn't get to extend our trip since its fully booked. We're looking forward in booking our next Laiya trip in this place, probably longer. Highly recommended and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Also, Sir Neil-so professinal. We enjoyed our stay-THANK YOU ALL.

Wow, this place is amazing! We love the location, 3 min walk to the private beach, quiet and peaceful, and can have delivery of food from restos around the area if you do not want to cook. The caretaker, Kuya Lito, provided excellent service and very friendly to all of us. The house makes you feel at home with large rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and outside area by the pool. Our family of 12 with 2 kids were very comfortable. We are absolutely coming back here whenever we visit Laiya!

Everything was good, and the staff were all helpful and accommodating. However, some areas of the house need maintenance, like the exhaust fan in the kitchen, the lack of hot shower, and the absence of complimentary shampoo and soap. Other than these minor issues, the place is worth the price and overall a nice place to stay.
