We had a great time at Hanno's place. The village is nice with two tiny supermarkets around the corner. A 5 minutes walk to the main road but also a possibility to put the car in front of the house. The beds where very good and it was amazingly quiet in the night so we slept very well. It is also nice to walk from the house along the cost to the next village Lira, where you find a beautiful beach. Anyway, we will go there again. Antonia and Jacob

I highly recommend staying at Ana’s place if you visit Porto. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get when you arrive.The apartment is perfectly tucked away down a few streets in a very localized tourist area but still quaint. Be sure to check out the pastry shops and restaurants down all of the side streets in the area. They are way better than any of the major restaurants in the city and you will find locals who are happy to educate you on the food and make conversation. We explored every part of Porto and had fun finding numerous ways to get home by taking different stairways and back alleys. It is the ideal location and safe! Some of the apartments on the street and surrounding area are very old and still being restored and gives you a glimpse into the style and history . Ana was very responsive and helpful and offered a very flexible check-in. If we come back to Porto, I will definitely be booking this apartment again!

Hemos estado una semana en el alojamiento de João, tres niños y tres adultos. Primero de todo agradecer a João y a su mujer la acogida. Son muy amables y nos dieron todo tipo de indicaciones al comienzo sobre las actividades que podíamos realizar, comercios y posibles visitas, ya que por la ubicación, hay muchas playas próximas y ciudades que visitar, así como posibles excursiones, destacando la vía verde que hace el recorrido de Caminha a Valença do Minho. El alojamiento es ideal para ir con niños, ya que dispone de piscina comunitaria, con zonas comunes de gimnasio y billar, así como pista de tenis y jardín cerrado donde pueden jugar con seguridad. La casa está completamente equipada, tanto a nivel de cocina como de mobiliario y menaje. Cuenta con una terraza en la parte inferior y otra en el dormitorio principal y la temperatura en pleno agosto, ha sido muy agradable al atardecer y por la noche, pudiendo dormir con las ventanas abiertas al ser una zona muy tranquila.

Our stay at David and Marta’s home was fantastic! David was a great host, meeting us at check-in and leaving wine and snacks. The home was spotless, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The balcony offered beautiful views, and the locals were very friendly. Our kids loved the books and toys. A car is helpful, but Uber worked fine. We enjoyed the castle and shopping at the local market David recommended, along with great restaurant suggestions. I even found a gym not far from the property. A perfect spot for families—highly recommend, and we’d stay again!

João made his house comfortable and warm. We had a pleasant time there. The location is very good. You could easily walk to anywhere. And there is a free parking space on the close street. Very convenient for us. Joao prepared welcoming drink and snacks for us. What a sweet surprise! We like his place!

We stayed in apartment 3. Great place to stay, with a fantastic view over the Manzaneda mountain. It's a 25min drive from the place to the ski station. When we arrived, the fireplace was lit so the house was warm enough and every day, when we came back from our outdoor expeditions, we found the house warmed up with the fireplace lit. Fantastic ! We were afraid we could be cold at night but the fireplace is strong enough for the whole house to be warmed up throughout the night up until the morning + the beds blankets keep you warm enough too. The little village of Pobra de Trives has enough amenities, nice and cosy restaurants, coffee places etc.. It's better to communicate with the owner through phone if you want a quick reply. He sent us lots of places to visit and things to do the weekend we were there. There is a note in the house with all the nice restaurants around (we tried a large part of them and can confirm there were good and cosy)

Leocadios place was the perfect spot to stay while walking the Camino de Santiago. It was very clean, easy to find, and perfect location. And without speaking very much English, he was very welcoming, and took exceptional strides to ensure our comfort. Leo even made sure we knew where to walk the next day. Highly recommend!! Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location. The host was friendly and forthcoming. The house was clean and fully equipped. Fortunately there were heaters all over the place, so even during our winter stay, we stayed warm and cozy.

Muy buenas instalaciones.Como fallo leve pondría que las camas son un poco incómodas pero a rasgos generales muy bien. Nos atendieron de forma muy correcta y educada.

He estado con mi familia y hemos estado muy bien. Zona tranquila y familiar. Instalaciones impecables. Recomendable 100%. Si tenemos ocasión, volveremos.

Great little place in an ideal location to explore the city. A couple of quaint bars and coffee shops nearby - really friendly locals. Pedro was always responsive to queries and (along with Maria) very engaging/helpful. I would highly recommend Pedro as a host and will definitely seek him out again if I return to Porto. Thanks for helping make our stay truly memorable.

We hebben enorm genoten van Dário zijn huis. Elke slaapkamer had een aansluitende badkamer, wat zorgde voor genoeg privé bij een groep van 8-10 mensen. De host reageerde altijd snel en was steeds bereidt om te helpen. We konden zelfs wat later uitchecken zodat rechtstreeks naar de luchthaven konden gaan. Het huis bevindt zich midden in de stad wat ervoor zorgt dat alles op wandelafstand ligt.

Todo genial. Muy limpio, con todos los accesorios necesarios. Decoración muy bonita, ubicación buena y barrio tranquilo. Muy recomendable😉

Só tenho a agradecer à Maria. Foi muito gentil e prestativa. A casa estava muito limpa e com um cheiro maravilhoso. Minhas filhas se sentiram em casa e amaram ver os animais. Voltaremos em breve, com certeza!

This is a beautiful house, set within a private garden that is quiet and peaceful. The outdoor space is wonderful for sitting in daytime or evening. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable and very nicely designed. It's a beautiful home!

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos! Al entrar a casa se nota que al propietario le importan mucho sus clientes. Hemos encontrado la casa muy limpia y con los detalles como por ejemplo la cuna montada para nuestro bebé aunque no la hemos solicitado. La casa tenía un patio grande donde nuestro niño mayor pudo jugar al básquet i fútbol. Y al llegar hemos encontrado un bol lleno de frutas. La casa tenía todo para que nuestra estancia ha sido espectacular. Muchas gracias a Victor por su amabilidad!!!! Volveremos pronto!!!

La casa tiene una ubicación privilegiada y todos los detalles para tener una estancia cómoda. La comunicación con Patricia y Borja fue excelente. Ideal para conocer la zona y descansar.

Nous avions besoin de calme et de deconnexion et nous avons ete servis. Rita et Miguel ont ete aussi discrets que reactifs a nos demandes. La piscine est hyper agreable avec une tres jolie vue . Le logement etait idealement adapte a nos besoins.
