Colleen & Aaron's apt was perfect for my stay. My work associate and I were only minutes from our training site, and the apt was exceptionally nice. Beautiful neighborhood, great beds, comfortable furnishings...everything was top notch. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna or hot tub, we sat out on back deck and had a couple drinks, but, they looked very nice! Great feature. Didn't meet Colleen but met Aaron and he was a real nice fellow. Great stay! Would recommend to anyone staying in Minneapolis. THX A/C for letting us stay!

We booked three nights to accommodate extended family coming from Chicago and Duluth to celebrate my son’s graduation from UMN. This place was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for everybody. The kitchen, open living room area, and deck worked really well for entertaining. We threw a BBQ get together for my son’s friends, a huge success in this great space. The place is very well stocked with everything we needed. We also heated up the sauna each morning to start the day! Emily was very responsive to our every need. Thank you!

Eric’s place was great! The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, seasonings and even a few small groceries items! The hot tub was easily accessible through the back bedroom patio doors. It was the perfect end to our day! Location was awesome as well, just 5-10 minutes from downtown. Would stay again!

We had a great quick stay at Jill’s place for a Mall of America visit with our daughter. Great location, clean home, and hot tub was nice to have for chilly evenings/morning coffee.

We were a family of 15 crowded around the dining room table for meals and into the living room for great conversation. There’s plenty of room to spread out. 2 1/2 bathrooms only minus for 15 but we made that work. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna so I can’t comment on that. There were lots of little nice things like a jar of Oreos, nice soaps and good coffee. All much appreciated 😄

We now stay at this cozy cottage yearly for a family, mother/daughter trip. My husband and I are also interested in staying for our own romantic get away sometime. It is the perfect blend of city perks combined with a wooded, lake view natural environment. We also loved enjoying the huge hot tub outside right in the middle of winter. It was a joy all around that we can’t wait to enjoy again and keep recommending!

Amy Jo was a wonderful host and we felt right at home! The home was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy, and my little one had a blast playing with the toys and watching the ducks on the pond. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a beautiful location for my husband and I to get away for a night. It felt welcoming and clean. Though we didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen amenities much, it seemed to be stocked well for those wishing to cook during their stay.

There were four couples, and we each had our own bath and bedroom. It was so great to be able to get together in the morning and have coffee and look at the beautiful view. In the evening we sat around in the living room and chatted. It couldn’t have been more perfect for us. And the beds were very comfortable!

Richard’s place was an 11 out of 10! A comfortable, clean, well appointed, conveniently located accommodation! Richard’s communication was proactive and very responsive. As we stayed for over a week, it was so great to have a washer and dryer. It snowed while we were there, and Richard‘s snow removal service promptly cleaned up the sidewalks, parking area, and stairs up to the apartment. The offstreet parking put my mind at rest, too. I look forward to booking Richard’s place in the future!

There was a lack of communication from the start, but once everyone was on the same page, we were fine! The beds were very comfortable and the place was spacious for the 4 of us.

Our stay was wonderful. It was as expected with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The floors were creaky as listed, but we've always lived in old houses so it didn't bother us at all. For being such an old house, it was warm and cozy with no drafts. I would suggest opening a window when cooking so you don't set the fire alarm off, but it was good to know they were working! All instructions were laid out in a book on the table and easy to follow. Neighborhood is artsy and quiet with plenty to do within walking distance. Josh was very helpful and responsive, and gave us plenty of privacy. They even helped me find running trails since im unfamiliar with the area. We would love to come back!

Small, but comfortable home. Well appointed with lamps, end tables, and snugly blankets. With the snow, it was nice to park in the garage. Would love to rent again.

Nanci's was a great place to stay when we were in town for Thanksgiving. It is cozy, well-appointed, and clean. The description of the stay was accurate, and we would definitely stay here again. The ceiling is low in places for taller people. However, my husband had no problem being mindful of that fact, and we enjoyed our stay. While the small apartment is at basement or garden level, the light from the egress window in the bedroom area kept us feeling as if we were in a basement. We also appreciated the good quality sheets and towels.

This is comfortable stay with a very convenient location for exploring the Twin Cities. We enjoyed our stay!

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair

Deb was a great host! She actually met us at our car as we pulled in and had the basement door open for us. She had tons of games and toys for kids. My son is 3 and he had so much fun. There were snacks in the kitchen and a couple drinks in the fridge. Extra toiletries in case anything was forgotten. I would definitely stay at Richfield Haven again!

Excellent customer service! It is a beautifully quaint & quiet place to stay and enjoy the area. I will return to stay again!

Great family stay! Quiet location not far from downtown St. Paul; easy to take the public bus if you don't want to drive. The bunkbeds were great for the kids. Very clean place and well stocked. It is a lower unit so occasionally can hear people walking upstairs but wasn't a big deal. Host is very friendly and responsive and gave great recommendations when asked. Highly recommend staying here.

George’s place is our home away from home. We have stayed there multiple times and will continue to stay there.
