Booked a few times for work colleagues. Lovely property, straightforward checking in.

Great apartment in a beautiful building. Our second visit so its like a home from home, very comfortable and well designed, with everything you need. A great spot from which to visit The Pantiles.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Comfortable and clean bedroom, clean kitchen with good cooking facilities and location is perfect for exploring the area. A definite 5 star stay.

Have stayed at Tunbridge a lot and it never fails to deliver. Dom is a great host and is always on hand for any last minute requests. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Very peaceful and welcoming. A real treat.

This is a great, comfortable little house in the heart of Whitstable and everything is walkable and easy to access. My only gripe is that I do think there needs to be more seating in the living room given there are three bedrooms and it sleeps six. Otherwise, it’s lovely.

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

Beautiful clean home, perfect accommodation for a group get away!

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Beautiful home, very spacious, very accommodating to families. Love the decor and retro bathrooms! Very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely return!

Another great stay the house is extremely clean and comfortable

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

This was our 2nd stay. The apartment was very comfortable, extremely well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious and light and airy. Sue is a very considerate host and has thought of everything in terms of equipping the apartment with lots of thoughtful extras. She was also very helpful in terms of access to the apartment. It is in a good location and easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had a beautiful stay here. A private and cosy space with everything we needed. The bathroom was a special treat!

We had an amazing stay in Margate, the decor gives a lovely peaceful feel, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the bathroom had complementary toiletries. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing.

We had a fabulous weekend in this lovely apartment. Perfectly located a short walk from cafes and restaurants. Gorgeous views across the sea. Comfy beds and all round a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. Great communication from David. Thank you.

This was such a special place to conclude our 3 wk honeymoon UK/Ireland venture.✨️ The soothing calm of the waves & such a peaceful abode, overall..absolutely heavenly. 💟🌊☮️ Kirsty was helpful to recommend restaurants upon request & also offered us an early 'check in' if we wished. We were actually even more grateful to have an additional hour at 'check out' to enjoy a beautiful walk along the ⛱️ beach within steps of our stay (we even bumped into a Brit celebrity there who chatted with us!🤩). The historic Ramsgate Tunnels tour is highly recommended & again, steps away.🙌 The epic Cliffs of Dover is about a 25 min drive which was convenient as well. What an absolute gorgeous hike especially getting to the beach, too! 🥰 The lil bakery called Staple, I believe was THE best bfast ever- enjoy some veggie croissant goodness- as you walk through the scenic port of Ramsgate, too. We loved Karen’s flat. It was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. We really appreciated the clear instructions for appliances. The flat was extremely well stocked. Location perfect - just a stone’s throw from the sea and lovely coastal walks. Ate at Minnis Bay Brasserie and Waves. Both were very good. We had a great weekend and would definitely like to book again.
