Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

En av de mest fantastiska Airbnb-upplevelserna någonsin. Lägenheten ligger mitt i historiska kvarter med en fantastisk utsikt, små gränder och restauranger. Allt har gått smidigt och vi fick snabbt hjälp av Gioia när vi behövde något. För långa personer: tänk på att hålla nere huvudet, det är lågt i tak. Trapporna upp till lägenheten är utmanande och inte för den som har svårt att gå. Det saknades en del väsentligheter i köket vilket jag är säker på att värden kommer att ordna. Jag rekommenderar detta boende fullt ut!

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Tutto perfetto Casa fantastica e ideale per rilassarsi, oltre ad essere in una buona posizione per raggiungere ed esplorare i dintorni. Maura gentile e disponibile, non potevamo chiedere di meglio e non saremmo mai voluti andar via !

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Simona è una host davvero professionale e gentile! ci ha aspettato direttamente alla casa e ci ha spiegato tutto. La casa è su due piani: un piano terra open space e un primo piano. Noi in realtà abbiamo utilizzato solo il piano terra con il bellissimo spazio esterno coperto dalla pergola. Unico difetto è la mancanza di persiane o tapparelle ma a noi non ha dato grossi problemi. La posizione infine è ottima perché intorno ci sono davvero tanti posti da visitare, cosa che finiremo la prossima volta che torneremo!

We spent almost two months at Marco and Patrizia's lovely villa. We were welcomed as dear guests and Marco so kindly showed us around neighborhood, I was really impressed how he had it all organised - from amenities in the house to providing us with detailed information about what places to visit, where to eat, etc. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of tableware, different kitchen devices, huge oven and stove - like in a true home. All the windows and entryways had mosquito nets which kept mosquitoes away, anyway the house had plenty of elecric anti-mosquito devices which we used if any mosquitoes did get inside. The house had no air-condition however it wasn't a problem for us as it was mostly breezy and nice with all windows open (thanks to mosquito nets again) and when it was really hot we used fans which were provided in every room. Two new baby cots with beautiful soft bedding were provided for my 2-year old twins, I really appreciated the host's attention to detail. Villa's beautiful garden is being kept in perfect order, the closed-in hot shower outside is such a good idea, we enjoyed it so much - even when it was chilly in May and when it was really hot later in June. Villa Viola as well as surrounding neighborhood are shaded with gourgeous pine trees and the green bedroom balcony provided such a good view of them. The beach was really close and it was always a pleasant walk with all those flowers and beautiful villas around. The villa is situated next to McDonalds and the road and it wasn't quiet till late at night however it was probably the only drawback which we quickly got used to. So all in all we had an amazing vacation in lovely Terracina, thank you Marco and Patrizia for making it perfect for us.

Un solo problema, siamo stati troppo poco!! Tutto perfetto! Giovanni e il figlio Giuseppe sono stati super gentili e disponibili. La casa è perfetta per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra e lo spazio esterno è meraviglioso! Speriamo di tornare!

Villa Noi colpisce subito perché è una casa molto accogliente, curata, molto ben attrezzata. Infatti è la "loro" casa di vacanze e ritrovi di familiari, che tre sorelle, molto generosamente, offrono così com'è. Subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, come fossimo a casa nostra! A pochi minuti a piedi c'è la spiaggia bellissima e grande, sia libera che attrezzata e a 10 minuti a piedi un supermercato Carefur ben fornito. Per altri spostamenti occorre la macchina, peraltro con comodo parcheggio nel giardino. Finita la breve vacanza viene proprio voglia di ritornare! Thanks this was a really nice place to stay for a day trip to the Abbey and Polish Cemetery. Arturo was really helpful and apartment had everything we needed including a great breakfast.

Leiligheten og beliggenhet var så flott. Det er to store soverom med nydelig utsikt over gamlebyen. God plass til familie på 4. Leiligheten hadde alt hva vi behøvde til vår ferie i Terracina i april. Leiligheten var fint innredet og føltes veldig hjemmekoselig. Pluss for spill og tegnesaker til barna og ferske tulipaner. Vi ble møtt av Vivian da vi kom. Hun tok godt i mot oss og gav oss gode tips til vårt opphold. Vi har hatt en så flott ferie og kan anbefale både leiligheten, Vivian som utleier og plassen til andre.

This small gem is perfectly placed a stone’s throw to a morning cafe’, an afternoon spritz, and an evening dinner. Maya’s place is unique and spotless and she was responsive to our needs and requests. A great spot to enjoy all Sperlonga has to offer!

Tutto benissimo, unica pecca il parcheggio impossibile da trovare. Complice la festa patronale, il giorno dell’arrivo è stata un’odissea. I parcheggi gratuiti in strada indicati non sono mai liberi, quindi di fatto ci sono solo i parcheggi a pagamento. TUTTO QUESTO OVVIAMENTE NON DIPENDE DALL’HOST. Per il resto tutto come descritto, buona la posizione, facile trovare ristoranti in zona, letti comodi. Tutto perfetto in appartamento, incluse operazioni di check-in e check-out.

We hadden een heerlijke week bij Paola in Formia. Het huis ligt op een lastig te bereiken plek, maar met een taxi prima te doen. Wij liepen dagelijks naar beneden en gingen met een taxi terug naar het huis. Het huis is lekker ruim. De airco’s op de slaapkamers doen het (gelukkig) heel goed. Het zwembad wordt perfect bijgehouden en is heerlijk om af te koelen. We hebben een boottocht langs de kust gemaakt (van 10 tot 18 uur) en dat was prachtig. Heerlijk ik zee gezwommen. We kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen.

Super Nice house, a little difficult to find the location in the beginning but follow steps then it will be ok! The house is good, view is good! And Leitizia is very nice and helpful ! I recommande this Airbnb!

Christian è stato un host squisito e disponibilissimo. La casa è anche più bella delle foto e presenta tutti i confort necessari. Vicinissimo al supermercato per ogni necessità. La pista ciclabile fino al centro di Borgo Hermada ha permesso a mia figlia di muoversi in autonomia con il monopattino. Soggiorno eccezionale. Ringraziamo veramente Christian per essere stato sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Vicinissimo al circolo ippico Borgo Hermada per chi, come mia figlia, dovesse partecipare a gare di equitazione. Lo consigliamo a tutti! E speriamo di ritornarci presto anche per fare un tuffo nella splendida piscina privata!

Notre séjour dans cette très belle maison de famille a été particulièrement très agréable . La situation de cette location offre une très belle vue sur la baie de Formia/Gaeta. Le beau et grand jardin aux couleurs méditerranéennes , la piscine, le calme de cet endroit permettent de bien se détendre. La gastronomie de la cuisine italienne est à l’honneur dans les villes proches et les visites de Naples, Pompéi… complètent ces vacances italiennes. Sans oublier l’accueil très chaleureux de Loredana toujours prête à rendre service.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

Vacanza molto rilassante, l'esterno ha ampi spazi e molto vivibili. La piscina è piccolina ma fa il suo dovere. La cucina è ben fornita e funzionale. Sandra è molto disponibile e ci ha consigliato molte attività in zona (molte con gli sconti). Un'ottima vacanza in un contesto pacifico.
