Great Santa Barbara get away! House was in walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Walkable into Downtown as well. Beds were cozy and the yard felt very private.

It was a beautiful house with comfortable features. I highly recommend!

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

Our 2nd stay here, and we still loved it so much. Quiet but close to everything, so many thoughtful touches (hampers in every bedroom, for example!) and perfect for our family of 4. Kelly was very responsive and friendly. Comfortable beds. Love this place, highly recommend!

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

My husband and 2 kids did a quick little 2 night get away to Ojai over Spring Break. We drove up from Encinitas so it was a quick, little road trip. We ate at great restaurants, Papa Lennons, Farmer and Cook, The Oak at OVI, The Dutchess and did a 9 mile bike ride at the Ojai River Preserve right down the street this Air B&B. It was so fun and so relaxing and just what we all needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Lisa is a very friendly and generous hostess. The house is beautiful and the backyard is gorgeous. The house had everything we could possibly think of for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds and beddings are very comfortable. The house was immaculately clean. We would definitely book again if we’re ever in the area.

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

Highly recommended, the view deserves a video instead of a picture. I wanted to be as close as I could to the water & I definitely got it. The kitchen is perfect for small meals. The shower was hot, good pressure & spacious. Great place for couples.

The apartment was very clean and matched the photos exactly. Everything inside made it feel like home, and not like I was staying at someone else’s home. Maureen was incredibly responsive both before and after booking. I had reached out to ask about bringing my pup, which is why I booked this listing. There were no restrictions other than being house trained. My pup loved the dog bed (which he doesn’t use in our home!). The location & neighbors were great, very friendly! The bottle of wine in the fridge was such a nice treat and very much appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

El alojamiento es perfecto. El departamento es hermoso. La limpieza es un punto a destacar, todo relucía de limpio. El orden era perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena ya que está cerca del muelle y de la estación para tomar el transporte. En mi opinión santa Mónica es el mejor lugar para alojarse si vienes a Los Ángeles, es un lugar muy tranquilo y familiar. Este alojamiento es perfecto, cuenta con garaje privado de fácil acceso. Realmente no deberías dudar alojarte aquí !

We have stayed in many places in the Reseda/Encino/Tarzana area over the past year. This location was convenient for a quick, affordable stay. The only issue might be that shoes are not allowed in the rental so if there are a lot of things to unload into the unit, it isn't convenient to have to take shoes on and off. It also is a second story unit so it would not be the best for anyone not able to easily climb steps to enter, or exit, the unit. It is a minor inconvenience, but notable if anyone has a lot of luggage or supplies for their stay. We have rented multiple times from Joseph and he is very attentive and responsive to any issues or inquiries.

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole process was seamless and the room was comfortable. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

This was the perfect spot for me to meet up with my daughter who lives in Claremont. Walking distance to the beach and so many restaurants was a bonus! It is a sweet historic apartment and I would definitely return for another visit.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Fue muy amena, muy completo todo en el apartamento, especialmente en la cocina cuenta con todo lo que se necesita, nos falló el internet dos días, pero en términos generales todo estuvo bien

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very convenient location. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to grocery, dining and parks. They offered all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

Sebastian’s place far exceeded our expectations! What a gorgeous, peaceful space to relax in with incredible views. Great location, central to Malibu and easy to access a multitude of beaches. We watched dolphins pass by the last morning of our trip. I didn’t know the PCH was closed when we booked, so we drove in via Malibu Canyon from LA. It took a bit longer than anticipated but not bad at all. The people in Malibu were absolutely amazing and I am hoping this wonderful community gets back on its feet soon. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
