初めてAirbnbを利用したのですがとてもよかったです！ チェックイン時間より早めにチェックインをしたいと伝えたところ、その日に前の人の宿泊がなかったので午前中にチェックインさせてくれました。柔軟に対応いただきとても助かりました！ 駐車場の利用方法やチェックイン、チェックアウトの仕方なども丁寧に教えてくれて、メッセージの対応も良く、不自由なく利用することができました！ また2家族での滞在だったので、2バスルームがあるのは本当に良かったです。 エレベーターも直っていたので、5階でしたが快適でした。 素敵な滞在になりました。ありがとうございました！

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

The apartment was great! Very clean and easy to access. The host was lovely to communicate with and made instructions very clear. Off street parking was a great plus! Only negative was that late at night and there were a few people hanging around on bikes and walking around that were concerning while walking from the garage to the door, but they caused us no trouble.

This apartment is exactly as pictured. This place was not a planned stay. Our family had an emergency and the owner and staff were very helpful. They even delivered the key to us to help us out. The owner was always available when needed. There’s a wonderful Italian restaurant directly below the apartment that was absolutely delicious. Also a great deli right around the corner. Very walkable to anything you may need. We would definitely stay again.

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole process was seamless and the room was comfortable. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

This house is not brand new, but is well cleaned-up, organized with great interior, very cozy and super comfortable. My kids had a great time and enjoyed staying more than I did! The parking slots are close to the elevator and in a secured place, making our trips to the suburbs easy and fun. As Trader's Joe and Target are just a block away, and Santa Monica Beach and E-line station are only a few minutes walk, it is very convenient even without a car. I would definitely stay at this house in next my trip to Los Angels/ Southern California again.

Perfect little place to stay while on business. Very nice to have a kitchen where we could make our own meals and not have to rely on eating out. Stocked with the right amenities, access to washer and dryer, and very clean! The beds are firm, which was a bit difficult form us personally, but that in no way will reduce my score and review of this quaint and perfectly located gem.

Bella was very responsive, helpful with all recommendations. Seamless process in a great place. We will stay there again soon.

I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

Beautiful, beautiful home. I visited with my wife and two small children, and the enclosed yard was perfect for us. The home is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Alexis was very communicative and available in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this home, and we hope to stay here again on our next SB visit.

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

Great Santa Barbara get away! House was in walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Walkable into Downtown as well. Beds were cozy and the yard felt very private.

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Thank you Angela for a memorable stay!

Sshh, don't tell, Thousand Oaks is a location dream, and Daniels place is an oasis. The bird watching alone, from the sun dappled patio, is next level. Of note, the MCM furniture is the real deal and we as guests, ought treat it with due care & respect.

Amazing place!! Justin was so friendly and responsive, and he made check in/check out a breeze (and even provided flexible check out that was very helpful for my travel schedule). I also really appreciated how Justin worked so hard to resolve a little Internet issue ASAP and now the place has blazing fiber internet! The place was super well-equipped -- powerful washer/dryer, tons of detergent pods, huge coffee machine with ground coffee, super clean space, and shower with GREAT pressure. The heater worked well too for the night. Book this place -- I highly recommend it!!

Gorgeous accommodation. The garden is also beautiful and perfect for a SoCal evening. Loved staying here. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.
