Loved being right on the beach! Great view from the balcony deck. The patio was so great to be able to use. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were great and so convenient to have. The pictures provided helped immensely with locating the home. Quite a good use of the space, air conditioners worked well. The beach in front is clean and lovely. Could use something to help with the "no see um bugs" - we got bit up a lot! Road noise is extra loud due to the proximity to the busy street. The upstairs shower had very little pressure, so it takes a bit longer to rinse. The beach gets popular on the weekends, and we had beachgoers camping out right in front of the patio/beach gate. Felt that was kind of odd considering how much beachspace that was open, but I guess it speaks to how beautiful the beach right in front of the home was. We had a small is issue with a water outage one morning, Aleida was quick and responsive with helpful answers/updates. Would def stay again!

Buen lugar me volvería a quedar

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we stayed for 3 weeks - we hope to come back. It is a great location for kids and we enjoy being directly on the beach. The area is very peaceful, and the property is beautifully maintained. The kayaks are a blast, the mangrove beaches are the best anywhere. Walter is a very responsive and accommodating host, responding to and addressing concerns almost immediately. We have special diet needs so we cooked every meal for 6 people without issue. We had good proximity to Sam’s Club for supplies. The refrigerator is on generator power, so everything survived the New Years blackout without loss.

La estadía en el apartamento de Juan Carlos superó mis expectativas. Tan pronto entramos sentimos ese arma rico. Todo muy limpio. Juan Carlos muy atento y rápido al contestarme. Juan Carlos te felicito por la consideración a las necesidades de las personas mayores, barandas en los baños y silla de baño, aunque no la necesité en estos momentos :) Soy senior citizen. Un gran detalle. Definitivamente volveremos con la ayuda de Dios.

Our stay was exactly as explained and was unbelievable! In 10 steps from the porch your toes are walking in the sand. The peaceful little bay was enchanting and quiet. We even were able to snorkel! Javier is very responsive and had an organized guest recommendation book to share. The condo’s neighbors are so quiet we through we were alone. The street is a bit noisy, but we quickly relaxed with the strong breezes and gorgeous views. I’ve already shared this place with friends to book their vacation. Don’t hesitate - book here! We have traveled to many places and would return here in a heartbeat.

Viaje familiar de jueves a domingo, éramos 6 adultos y 1 bebe de 1 año, El apt esta bien equipado con todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en casa. Tiene acceso a una playita que pocos conocen en Puerto Rico (Playa Ostiones) un verdadero paraíso tropical, pero lleven spray de mosquitos y repelente, porque para esta area hay demasiados ya que hay mangles. La playita no tiene alumbrado pues no pertenece al condominio, les recomiendo que después del sunset salgan de la playita ya q los mosquitos salen por montones y se te pegan y eso es muy molestoso. Saliendo del area del apt a poco minutos de distancia en auto, hay restaurantes, bares y panaderías, el supermercados Econo esta a unos 7 minutos. El Poblado de Boqueron y playa Buye están como a 30 minutos en auto saliendo desde el apt. Si vas a Cabo Rojo te recomiendo visitarlos, otros lugares de interés son Playa Sucia, y en Lajas la Parguera. El condominio cuenta con piscina. Les recomiendo el apt de Maria A. El lugar me dio paz

The house was clean and spacious, there was even a huge patio and in the backyard you can spot the coqui. There are also all the beach furniture you can wish for. All in all very suggested.

Un lugar maravilloso con unos atardeceres de ensueno. Todo el lugar esta decorado para sentir la paz y tranquilidad de unas vacaciones inolvidables. Respuestas inmediatas a cualquier inquietud por parte de Lissette. Mi familia y yo tuvimos unas vacaciones que no olvidaremos. El lugar tiene todo lo necesario para hacelo inolvidable.
