This is the best place we have stayed in 30A! It is so nice, new, clean and cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is an awesome private dock right out the back door. The wonderful oaks around the house make it feel like you’re in a treehouse! Ann could not have been more helpful. We loved it!

Patricia’s place was all you want and more! It was super cozy, clean and quiet. She was extremely responsive and made our girls trip an easy and memorable one. Thank you!!

This is our fifteenth year vacationing in the area and Karen’s home has been the best . We will be back !

We had such a wonderful time in this home! The hosts were super responsive and helpful when we reach out for help. There are so many activities to do in the home itself including a small game of mini golf! We let the host know we were celebrating a Bachelorette party and they let the sweetest surprise for the bride-to-be! The home is very close to Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach which is definitely worth a visit! We would 100% stay here again!

They were great to work with. Little trouble with the hot tub but not their fault it was switched to economy mode but they had the repair guy out right away until it was fixed. Really great with lots of plates and silverware and beach toys. Bunch of little things that make it nicer and easier for a stay. Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay at this home! The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and ocean whenever we wanted. The house was clean and comfortable for a nice relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Our extended family of 8 stayed here for some needed R&R. Kelley was very responsive, and let me know ahead of check-in that the cleaners left laundry behind. She got there before I did, but our daughter and family who were already there said they were super friendly and took care of the shortcomings of a new cleaning crew. She looked at the tile floors and felt like they were not clean to their standards and so remopped all the floors. We were very appreciative. Anything that came up, they quickly addressed and took care of. Honestly have never had a host be so attentive and responsive!! There are several sitting areas for people to spread out and have their own space. We had brought our own boat, and it was great being able to dock it right there on property. Kelley provides several kayaks and a paddleboard, and some life jackets - most of them are for children, fyi. We enjoyed our stay!

we had some issues, but the host was quick to deal with any issues we had and thoroughly explained why the issues occurred and immediately took care of the issues at hand. the property was beautiful and I will be booking again over and over. all issues were resolved same day. but we fell In love with the property and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. we go to PCB multiple times a year and I can only hope and pray that this property is available every single time we choose to book. wonderful host, wonderful property.

Great little place to stay at. The place was not to far from Panama City Beach (~35 mins). Place was great to BBQ and chill outside. Very clean and just what we had expected too! Would come back for sure! 10/10

Wonderful house in a beautiful location. Everything they promised and more. More beach gear than listed, pool gets wonderfully warm, responsive host. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

We had the absolute best vacation. Anne gave us recommendations of restaurants and responded very quickly. The cleanliness and amenities of the home were impeccable with more than we could ask for. The view was absolutely stunning and breathtaking. We enjoyed playing corn-hole, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, playing board games & making s’mores around the fire. This was a family trip to never forget. We are so very thankful for their home and our experiences.

Steve and Tara’s place was adorable and perfect!!!!! The house had all the amenities you would need or want! The view out by the water was spectacular!!! Steve gave us ideas of places to eat, visit and dog friendly parks to take Gus too!!! Gus had a blast and met many friends!!! (And loved Steve and Tara’s dog Cooper who greeted us as soon as we pulled in!!! Highly recommend this place!! Hope to come back someday soon!!!!

They thought of everything! I stayed the entire month of February and every time I had a need, they already had it in the cottage. I truly loved my stay and plan to return! A few of my favorite features: Motion detected low-lit kitchen lights, perfect for a relaxing midnight snack. Easy to use Roku TVs in every room (even a Nintendo switch) Remote controlled lights and fans. ❤️ Insanely comfortable mattresses! Absolutely breathtaking sunrise and sunset views! Yard so big you can skip the treadmill and walk along the fence for exercise. All the kitchen essentials and beyond provided, modern with the 1950s flare, super cute! Highly recommended! Loved it and Suzanne is an amazing host!

Absolutely loved the place. it was like driving up to a magical fairy place. The suite was beautiful. Annie was quick to respond to any questions and was even let us know the place was ready for early check in. Buddy was so nice. I wish that we hadn't been on the go the whole time because it is a perfect place to sit back and relax.
