Casa molto bella, ricca di storia ,ampi spazi, giardino grande e perfettamente attrezzato. Cucina grande e luogo perfetto per ritrovarsi con amici e parenti. Una bella esperienza.

A great place to stay , with extremely welcoming and helpful staff. A perfect stop over for our family of four.

We had a great time! The location of the house was for us perfect. Everything, the towns and lake garda was one hour by car. We spend also alot of reading en bbqing in the garden. If you like quiteness this is the perfect location

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken, in augustus. Het was erg warm, maar het huis bleef lekker koel. Het huis is prima ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig en aan alles is gedacht! We hebben Roberta even kort ontmoet, zij was aan het werk en op vakantie. Het contact via whats app verliep echter heel erg goed. Roberta reageerde erg snel en was erg hulpvaardig. Ook had zij heel veel tips voor uitjes, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants etc. Echt top! De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te doen. Bijna geen toeristen tegen gekomen :-). Het huis heeft geen tuin, maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving. Er is wel een patio, deze wordt echter gedeeld met ander bewoners, met name om te roken. Dat is wel een nadeel zo naast je raam als je daar ligt te slapen, want dat gebeurt ook 's nachts. Ook hoor je dan de gesprekken in de nacht. De slaapbank in de woonkamer werd na een aantal nachten wel wat oncomfortabel. De bedden in de slaapkamers waren echter erg comfortabel.

A beautiful place to stay. Lisbeth was very welcoming and knowledgable about the area, she made sure we knew what was available to us locally. We recommend the balsamic vinegar visit and the mushroom & truffle restaurant! We would love to come again in the future & do the things we did not have time to do :)

The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

Super host educato e disponibile. B&B molto accogliente e pulito. È stata una bella esperienza, posto consigliato se si cerca qualcosa di tranquillo con la comodità di un bar di fronte. Consigliato anche per chi vuole visitare il museo Ferrari.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Giacomo è stato da subito disponibile e amichevole. Le indicazioni che ci ha fornito per arrivare all’ alloggio erano molto precise. L’ alloggio è accogliente e pulito, e la zona estremamente tranquilla in quanto in cima alla collina. Il check-in è stato molto semplice. Eravamo in 4 adulti e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti.. due bagni fanno la differenza!

L'appartamento di Giuliana si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal centro di Bologna, che può essere raggiunto comodamente a piedi in una quindicina di minuti. Dispone inoltre di un comodo posto auto: un must se si vuole arrivare a Bologna in auto e poi girare la città a piedi! L'appartamento è pulitissimo e molto luminoso situato al sesto piano e quindi lontano dai rumori della strada. Giuliana si è inoltre dimostrata molto disponibile e flessibile per quanto riguarda l'orario di arrivo e ha fornito indicazioni precise e puntuali su come effettuare il check in in autonomia. Consiglio assolutamente!

es war sehr schön bei Maria Rosa. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Maria war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war sehr gut.

We had such a great stay here! It felt just like home, and Katia was amazing—super friendly and always quick to respond. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a few steps from the train station and less than a 10-minute ride to Bologna Central. The place itself was cozy, fully equipped, and an incredible deal. Excellent emplacement pour une étape à vélo. Beaucoup de charme. Appartement de plain pied avec jardin, garage pour les vélos. Le top. Super accueil de Paola vraiment très sympa.

Nous avons passé un sejour de rêve. L acceuil d Enzo et Anateresa et leurs amis etait formidable .Ils ont été attentifs a tout et tellement gentils . C'est une maison ou on se sent comme chez soi et proche de beaucoup de jolies villes a visiter : Carpi Verone Sirmione et le lac de Garde et Mantova . Nous adorons l Italie et depuis notre rencontre avec Enzo et Anateresa on a juste hâte d' y revenir Jean paul e Brigitte

Michele e sua moglie sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili,soprattutto con nostro figlio,al quale hanno regalato una macchinina facendogliela trovare nella sua cameretta! E per noi una bottiglia di vino e qualche stuzzichino,il caffè e i biscotti per la colazione! La zona è super silenziosa e verde,ma vicina a tutto,la casa è accogliente e con un arredamento tipico,punto di forza la meravigliosa stufa a legna! Un soggiorno più che piacevole,saremmo rimasti volentieri più tempo in casa!:) Consiglio caldamente di soggiornare a casa di Michele,sia in coppia che in famiglia!

Appartamento accogliente, ben fornito e decisamente pulito! Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (15 minuti circa) la stazione ferroviaria con treni che in pochi minuti riusciranno a portarvi in centro o da qualsivoglia altra parte! Host super disponibile e gentile, sempre presente per chiarire ogni dubbio. Decisamente consigliato! :)

Accommodatie is volledig ingericht, inclusief wasmiddel, strijkijzer, kruiden.. et cetera. Een paar uur voor aankomst werd ons gevraagd of we nog een wens hadden waar rekening mee gehouden kon worden. Verder.. communicatie is top! Je voelt de ruimte om met vragen te komen (als ze er zijn). Tot slot: mooie locatie als uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en bezoek aan Florence en Bologna. Met de auto naar een treinstation, parkeren en kaartje kopen. Openbaar vervoer is goedkoop en heel goed geregeld.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Siamo stati 5 giorni per viaggio di lavoro. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere della casa come meritava perchè pernottavamo solamente. Punti di forza sono l'ampiezza degli ambienti, la presenza di tutto quello che serve a rendere piacevole il soggiorno, la pace e la tranquillità, la vicinanza dell'uscita autostradale, la chiarezza e disponibilità di Michela. Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno.
