I stayed for 1 week in Shehan's place as female solo traveler, as my first accommodation of my Sri Lanka trip, and had the best time. It's just like the photos. I had to get used to it at first, with places like the kitchen and bathroom being partially outdoors, but it's nothing to be afraid of :) Showering in the open air was lovely. I had many rainy days, but just staying here and hanging out on the porch with a tea, was fun in itself. I loved watching all the unique birds and chipmunks. It was truly relaxing and beautiful. I miss it already. Easy access to busses, with nearby restaurants/grocery store etc. All accessible. Can walk to the beaches. Shehan's father lives next door and they are ready to help you if you need anything at all. I was well taken care of the entire stay, comfortable, and it's really worth the price given the size, cleanliness, privacy, A/C, kindness, etc. Thank you!

Отдыхали с 31 апреля по 16 марта. Договорились с хозяином о трансфере из аэропорта за честную цену и так же трансфер обратно. Жилье очень комфортное, определенно стоит своих денег, хозяин очень приветливы, угощал фруктами и приглашал на традиционный завтрак. Вокруг вас будут жить много обезьянок, разнообразных птичек и милые белки 🐿️ Обезьяны ни разу не заходили на нашу территорию так как пугливые но наблюдать за ними со стороны одно удовольствие. В безопасности жилья можно быть абсолютно спокойным. Так же к нам приезжали друзья и дом рассчитан чтобы принять 4 человека но без ночевой так как кондиционер только в одной спальне а остальное помещение охлаждают вентиляторы. Кухня большая просторная с плитой, блендером, рисоваркой и всем необходимым если захочется готовить самим. Душевая с туалетом большая и просторная. Так же хозяин предлагает экскурсию в Эллу и может отвезти вас туда на своей машине за хороший прайс. А на 3 этаже вас ждут 2 шезлонга и потрясающий вид на звездное небо 🌌

This is a great place if you want to stay away from loud touristy areas. Absolutely amazing view and value. Fery friendly staff You can easily walk to Galle city center or fort. And if you do decide to go to touristy areas tuk-tuks and uber are always available.

I have enjoyed the stay. It would have been much better if rooms had AC

Ruwan ist ein überaus lieber Mensch der sehr darum bemüht ist, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab einen Kühlschrank voll mit kostenlosem Wasser. Frühstückszeiten waren nach Absprache, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Das Frühstück hätte ein bisschen mehr variieren können (es gab jeden Tag das Gleiche). Ruwan organisierte uns den Transport zur nächsten Unterkunft zum Uber Preis. Und der Fahrer war auch sehr nett. Wir haben einen Ausflug zu den Schildkröten und nach Galle zusammen mit Ruwan gemacht, den ich mir ehrlich gesagt etwas anders vorgestellt hatte. Ich dachte er ist so etwas wie ein Touri Guide der uns auch Informationen an die Hand gibt, aber er hat uns lediglich gefahren. Dafür empfand ich den Preis als etwas zu hoch. Aber es war dennoch sehr schön und eine gute Idee. Wir bereuen es nicht 4 Nächte bei Ruwan verbracht zu haben und können es guten Gewissens empfehlen. Gerne wieder dort.

I recommend this apartment! It is exceptionally clean and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As someone who works remotely, I particularly appreciated the excellent lighting available even after dark, along with a comfortable chair and desk that made my workdays much more enjoyable. Additionally, the apartment is wonderfully quiet, with minimal noise from trains or traffic, allowing for a peaceful environment. The garden and surrounding area are beautifully green, adding to the overall charm of the location. If you're looking for a clean, new, private apartment located in beautiful area, this apartment is an excellent choice. Moreover, Trilankan, the host is friendly and responsive if you need anything.

My mum and I had a great stay at Sachintha's apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to other tourists and visitors as it's clean, spacious and a short tuk tuk ride from the centre. It's also great value for a 2 bedroom apartment. Sachintha and his family were so kind and friendly, and made it extra special with their hospitality. Sachintha's mum made us lovely hoppers and sweet pancakes. We were visiting family in Galle and some of our relatives came round to the apartment where they were welcomed and we were able to host them comfortably. We will definitely return when next visiting Galle.

Chandra and her family are fantastic hosts and made me feel very welcome right away. They always respected my privacy but still made me feel like I was part of their family. All my questions were responded to quickly and whenever I had even the slighted problem, they helped me right away. The apartment had everything I needed for my two week stay and at the end I was very sad to leave because I felt very at home. Chandra taught me how to cook Wattalapam and also introduced me to many other nice Sri Lankan dishes as well. As I was a medical student, I also had some very interesting talks with her husband who is a pediatrician. He knows a lot about Dengue and is very knowledgeable in general. The accommodation is located conveniently in walking distance to Dewata beach and it’s only a 15 minute TukTuk ride to the Teaching Hospital. Overall I would highly recommend staying with them - 10/10.

We had an amazing time staying at these apartments near Galle with my friend. We came for surfing, and the spot was just a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride away, which was super convenient. The apartment was great, and we spent our days surfing and relaxing. The host was very responsive and always happy to offer helpful advice on various things, making our stay even better. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a surf trip in Sri Lanka!

Угощали нас вкусным и плотным завтраком) Расположение хорошее, есть где погулять. В пешей доступности черепаший пляж, продуктовые магазины, кафе. Все соответствует описанию.

Very good apartment, everything looked like the photos. You will have access to a big kitchen with fridge and enough things to cook normal food, a room with a table + chair, good for working on computer, a bedroom with big bed, wardrobe big enough for 2 weeks, chairs, and a bathroom with shower with hot water, toilets and sink, and 2 small balconies. Place is quiet, you are far from trafic and nightlife, you can hear animals, especially peacocks who can be strongly noisy in early morning, and hear a mosque with pray in early morning too, but this one is kind of far. They are buildings under construction around the apartment, there was not renovation when I was, but it can be. Host is really nice, everything was smooth and confortable, amazing place to stay. To notice: - even if you can go to center by walking, I strongly advice to have a scooter - water pressure and wifi are not strong, as many places in Sri Lanka - they are dogs in the garden, very friendly

This place is great! Sonali is so responsive and helpful. The apartment is just as described, clean and well equipped. You do have to pay extra for AC which is needed. The washing machine is wonderful to have and a really nice touch. We would stay again!

We had a nice stay here. The apartment is clean and modern. Good value for the price paid. There’s a hot plate and fridge as well as a few cooking utensils. The WiFi was not the strongest and wouldn’t be able to support video calls if you need that for work. We couldn’t stream shows on the wifi but it’s fine for basic email checking. The biggest surprise regarding this stay was that the address listed is not the actual address where you’ll be staying. When we arrived at the listed address, we were put in a tuktuk and taken to the actual location. However, from the apartment it’s only about a 10 min walk to restaurants, 20 min walk to the grocery store and 15 min walk to the beach. The location is in a quiet neighborhood amongst the rice fields with friendly neighbors. The hosts came to check on us quite often. Overall, would recommend this stay to others.

Ethan is a wonderful host who has a nice property. the house is easy to find navigating through google maps and the check in is easy. The Propery is close by to the Galle beaches and not much of a hassle to find it. Ethan has a nice house which is well maintained. The house is tastefully done with great amineties. Breakfast is not served but the Kitchen is well equipped for cooking basic stuff. The bedrooms are large and A/c is quite Effective in all the rooms. WiFi is available which was of a good speed. We only stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved the place. There is a supermarket downstairs in the same building which will meet your small grocery needs. The Caretaker of this house Sameer is also very helpful. Ethan is very hospitable and keen on explaining the places nearby, suggestions, etc. Shall surely look forward to come back to stay Again..!!

Great place to stay in Ahangama! Very close to the beach and within a walking distance from the main street of Ahangama, at the same time very calm and quiet area. The host was super helpful with everything too :)

一个大庄园，环境非常别致优美，里面有椰林，芒果树，杨桃树……地段也非常棒，紧邻海边，服务非常热情，宾至如归，也非常个性化，因为去观鲸回来晚了，多给我们一间房子延迟退房。可惜在酒店呆的时间还不够多，没有足够时间享受这么美好的环境。非常推荐。

I with my friends stayed here and we really enjoyed our time there! The place is lovely and 100% matches photo, Location is also very good - there're beach, cafes and big grocery store are in 15-minute walk. Kelani and Shantha were very welcoming and supportive in everything! Highly recommend this place, would love to revisit it!
