Had a great stay in this unit. Every info in the listing is accurate. Wifi is good - I was able to do some work in and have online meetings. I also like the complete kitchen use, we were able to cook and eat well. Just felt really at home which is very comfortable. The host is very responsive and accommodating as well. The offered ammenities are great. Will surely book this unit again if the sched allows!

Lanie was communicative and prompt in addressing all my questions and concerns, which made the booking process smooth and stress-free. We had an enjoyable stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of Tower 1 in Aspira Towers. The unit was clean and welcoming, with a lovely corner view of the city. The beds seemed new and were comfortably firm, which we appreciated. The location is fantastic, especially for those who enjoy nightlife, as everything is conveniently close—a big bonus for my husband and me, as we love going out. The only downside we noticed was the presence of small flies coming from the drains, which was surprising considering we were on the 8th floor. I mentioned to Lanie maybe considering adding mesh screens on the drains. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Love the awesome view from the balcony!!! Great location, clean, quiet, and just a 10-15 mins walk to my next favourite spot, Limketkai Centre.

Overall, the place was excellent! There are just a few areas for improvement: Clear instructions on check-in, available amenities, and any expectations before arrival (like a day in advance) would help guests prepare better. Bathroom: It would be great to have a mirror, more toilet paper, and hand soap. Complimentary drinks or snacks as a welcome gift would be a nice touch. These are just suggestions to make the stay even better, not negative comments.

It was an amazing stay at Tonnie Mae’s apartment! ☺️ The place is located in the heart of the city and very near to everything ( shops, restaurants , mall and etc ) Tonnie Mae is very helpful , friendly and response quickly with my queries and etc. It was a smooth guest - host transactions . Very responsive host. Space was perfect for our small family over the holidays. Strategic location beside mall and main highway. Airport shuttle also in the mall was helpful for transfers.

We booked this at short notice, and it was no problem for the host. She also allowed us to check in much earlier than would be the norm, which was super good. It was only a short walk to the places we needed to go, so very convenient. For the price, this was a great place to stay. :)

I have stayed in Centrio Tower in the past, though in a different unit. With pay parking in the garage, to a 7 eleven on site and the Centrio Mall next door, I never needed to drive my car anywhere. I will stay here again when I revisit CDO.

My husband and I had a wonderful Valentine's Day celebration at Claudia's unit! The unit itself was absolutely pristine and incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the thoughtful touches, like the board games and smart TV, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. The only minor inconvenience we experienced was the parking situation. As mentioned in the listing, the free parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. While we were aware of this, we found the free parking area a bit sketchy. Thankfully, the building guards were very helpful and offered us a paid parking option for 150 pesos, which was much more convenient for us. The guards were also consistently roving the area. Despite the parking challenge, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and entertaining place to stay in Cagayan de Oro.

We had fun and we're very happy on our short stay at the place. Ate Inday is very responsive and they make sure that all is set upon our check in. We checked out earlier than the prescribed time and we'll surely re-book if we'll visit CDO again.

Very tidy and lovely place, close to everywhere and equipped with everything you need. My family had a great stay. Esther was a great host and easy to communicate w/ and always quick to reply when you need her. Highly recommended.
