Its a perfect place to stay in cdo.. malapit lang po sa national highway. And kng may balak mag sevenseas, dito na po kayo. The host and caretaker of this building is very approachable and kind.

The place is very good for group trips. Our group had a great stay and Ms. Joy is very accommodating.

At first I was afraid to try the homepoint since it's my first time visiting CDO and prefer near on Malls or city ..But I have no regrets after finding the homepoints exact area.. host is very responsive the staff is approachable and friendly.. the place is clean and quiet.. I really had a 11 days great stay.. will definitely be back and will choose this place again. Sir Earl is responsive! their wifi is also fast!

The TV not only offered HBO Go and Netflix, but also had a wide selection of channels, providing plenty of options for unwinding after a long day. This level of entertainment choice was a pleasant surprise, as it's not often found in other condos. Moreover, the thoughtful touches extended beyond entertainment. Free water and snacks were generously provided, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The eco-friendly bathroom set was another highlight, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability without compromising on comfort or quality. Overall, L's Cozy Home exceeded my expectations.

Check-in was seamless, and Arlyne was an exceptional host—responsive and accommodating. The house itself feels like a home away from home, with comfortable beds, great amenities, and a relaxing garden area. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended for anyone visiting CDO.

We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

the place is clean and accessible. it has water despenser with water galon so you don't need to buy separate water bottle. you just need to be early and be cautious on the days you book due to limited parking space but other than that, it's a peaceful place to stay.

Everything went smoothly. The place is nice and clean, located within walking distance of malls, restaurants, and transportation. When I didn’t feel to go out, I cooked and stayed home watching movies on Netflix. The Wifi is very helpful to get connected to the internet. My three weeks vacation were not enough. I wish I could have stayed longer. Rosemarie and Cristopher responded quickly to my needs or questions.
