Beautiful vibrant spacious property with stunning views !!

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Francesco greeted us with a smile and a helping hand up the one flight of outdoor stairs and the one flight of indoor stairs to his beautiful apartment. He, unlike other hosts, quickly accepted our last minute request to book when we realized we needed to cancel the first place we chose. He allowed us to enter even when his cleaners were quickly finishing up a last minute job for us. The apartment is on two floors - 2 BR & 2 BA on the first, and a fabulous open, light, colorful kitchen/salon upstairs with sliders to a large terrace with a table and loungers and beautiful panaromic view of the water and mountains - exactly what I had hoped for. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. Everything was clean and comfortable. Lacco Ameno is an underrated gem on Ischia. The perfect little peaceful seaside village with shops, restaurants and mildly bustling local scene day and night. Bus stop, thermal bath park and best gelateria very close. Highly recommended! Marco's house overlooking the bay of Baia is simply a dream. When you step out of the kitchen onto the shady veranda, you have a view of the bay. There lies the sunken Roman Baia, which can be discovered under water. Cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen and eat outside with a view of the sea. Romantic. Your own little restaurant, just the way you want it. We were there for eight days and enjoyed every day. Dreamlike. At night, the air conditioning ensures a good night's sleep and the two bathrooms offer comfort for everyone. Marco is a very friendly host who actively supported us and also helped us individually in one situation. THANK YOU. Five stars for Marco and this wonderful house.

Emanueles Unterkunft hat viel Charme und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Emanuele selber war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was a very nice stay looking over Amalfi coasts. Hosts were very responsive and recommended nice restaurants around. The only thing we missed was jacuzzi as it was closed because of the season. I wish this were more clear in the description. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Would highly recommend Luigi’s condo! Waking up to the view of mount vesuivus is unbeatable. Located in a great location that is walkable to the Spanish quarter and historic center. The condo is in an old but beautiful building with marble floors, emphasizing you’re in Napoli. Major plus there is a lift for your luggage as the condo is located on the top floor. We’d definitely stay here again during our next visit

Vito è un ottimo host, paziente e disponibile. L'appartamento ha una vista insuperabile e c'è tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di ogni tipo di periodo. Usare l'auto in costiera durante la settimana di Ferragosto è complesso, soprattutto circa il parcheggio. siamo sempre riusciti a lasciare la macchina davanti all'ingresso grazie alla disponibilità di Vito, ma un posto dedicato ci avrebbe fatto molto comodo. Ovviamente questo avrebbe fatto aumentare il costo del soggiorno che invece abbiamo trovato corretto. A parte questo, tutto il resto è stato perfetto e consiglio questo posto da sogno a chiunque voglia visitare la zona.

This villa was 10x more stunning in real life than in the photos! It’s extremely quiet, private, and in a great location. The grocery store was very conveniently located, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners and enjoy gorgeous sunsets every night. After a long trip, I usually am ready to get home, but I truly did not want to leave this place. Our hosts were quick to communicate, friendly, and professional. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The Villa was beautiful and matched the pictures on the site. My group of six had enough room to spread out. Having the pool was a real plus because there are a lot of stairs and the beach is rocky (definitely need beach shoes). The Villa's furniture has not been updated but it added to the charm. There are wonderful views from every level. There are a lot of stairs in Positano and the Villa is no exception. From the drop off point to the Villa is over 100 steps going down. Do yourself a favor and pay for the porter service. It is worth every penny. We did not upon arrival and had to carry about 9 bags but luckily we had 4 teenagers. I cannot say enough about the place but Monica (host) was the best. She had several food items ready upon our arrival and gave local recommendations. I cannot recommend this Villa enough for your next Positano vacation. You will not be disappointed.

We had a spectacular time at Alessandro’s apartment at Ischia Blu Resort. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has a spectacular view from every room. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back. The location is excellent - walking distance to the port and to Via Roma - the main strip in town. Alessandro helped us with restaurant selections for our family of 14 ( in multiple rooms), which were excellent and also helped us arrange a day on a private boat that took us around the island with a wonderful and accommodating captain. I can’t find the words to express how Alessandro and the staff made us feel at home in the most beautiful place. We had 2 bedrooms with King beds and a pullout sofa in the living room with 2 bathrooms. 6 of us were very comfortable. You don’t need to think twice to book this apartment - each apartment has a name and ours was Poseidon Mare - absolutely amazing! Grazie mille a tutti! È stato veramente un piacere. Alla prossima!

There have to be 2 parts to this review The place It was better than described. Very comfortable and very private. It has a lovely large balcony overlooking the bay of Naples and an interesting hillside. The shower room is very clean and has a powerful shower in a large cubicle. The castle grounds are fully available for guests and this includes the large pool. We were there too early in the season. But we may well return later in order to take advantage of all the beautiful and quiet outside space on offer. What we most enjoyed was the combination of being within minutes walk of excellent restaurants and coffee shops while the apartment was totally peaceful and in a tranquil setting. The host Maria is a lovely, engaged and attentive host. She sent us menus daily showing what the freshly prepared meals of the day were at the takeaway and her restaurant recommendations were perfect. Thank you so much for making our holiday special.

Giovannipaolo and Francesca were amazing. They proactively reached out to schedule and help us organize our arrival, complete with map pins and walking directions since addresses in Positano can be confusing! The space was peaceful, private and exactly as described. We loved using the soaking tub and relaxing on the private beach complete with paddle boards and kayaks for exploring the local coves. The 300 (312?) stairs were… a lot at the end of the day but it helped us plan our day a bit more so we could minimize the number of times we hiked up and down them. The privacy and view afforded by the location more than made up for them! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

We are in love with this villa. Because we extended our stay we stayed in 2 different villas, both lovely. We'll be coming back. My only disappointment was that the water in the pool was freezing cold. Maybe they don't heat pools here? I don't know.

This was one of our favorite stays in all of Italy. The place is nestled into a quiet hillside with an amazing view overlooking neighborhood groves, the port below, the water, and Mt Vesuvius in the distance. It is beautifully decorated by the owners whom are artisans. We really enjoyed their hand-crafted ceramic pieces and the love you could feel through them. The beds were super comfortable and the view from the port-side bedroom was amazing. The patio was well furnished and very enjoyable in the velvet evening air, or for sunning during the day. The hot-tub is well cared for. The hosts are very responsive and gracious to our questions and needs. It was an absolutely delightful stay that we would highly recommend. (Small side note.. you do need to park above the unit and walk some stairs down to it, but this is to be expected when you are staying on a hillside. Host happily helped us with our luggage when we arrived in the dark!) It is a truly lovely place to stay! Enjoy!

You would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful place to stay on the Amalfi Coast. Andrea‘s villa was the perfect place for our family to celebrate my father‘s 80th birthday. The villa is well appointed and tastefully decorated, and the garden is stunning. You can walk right out the door to breathtaking trails along the coast (although be ready for some steep climbs). The village of Nerano is charming with a nice beach and a handful of great restaurants, and it‘s an easy drive to the bustling towns of Sorrento or Positano. All in all a wonderful vacation spot!

Villa Nannina offers a lovely stay in Positano! The friendly hosts are very responsive if you need any help, but also happy to let you enjoy the accommodations in private. The loft itself was exactly as pictured and described, with the air conditioning and washing machine being extra nice amenities. We stayed in early October, and were able to enjoy swimming at the private beach, which was very memorable! The Villa does not allow parties and has quiet hours posted; just be aware that if you have noisy upstairs neighbors, you will hear everything. We experienced neighbors partying into the morning once during our stay and chose not to file a complaint. We have no doubt should we have chosen to do so, the staff would have handled it well. Walking from the ferry is about 20 minutes along the main roads, very easy though with a lot of elevation changes. Would recommend coordinating a porter to bring up your luggage. Overall we would recommend this loft with gorgeous views!

Raffaele and his place exceeded our expectations in every way! This was a perfectly private and calm property for us to enjoy during our first trip to the Sorrento coast. From the beginning, Raf was extremely flexible with us in order to meet and check-in - even after some traffic delays we experienced coming from Naples. After a late addition of a third guest, Raf even went out of his way to bring us extra bedding and towels, very much appreciated. The space is situated in a quiet cove not far from Sorrento - be prepared for a small hike down a paved road to access (or arrange for the small shuttle to take you up and down). In the end, we loved the terrace and can't wait to spend more time at Raf's place!

Giovanna was an incredible host. She was so helpful for us on local recommendations and helping us get to the home as well as helping us arrange our checkout and departure. The home was spotless and cleaned so well when we arrived. The location was perfect for visiting with our 2 year old since it was easily accessible once we arrived. It is right on the beach which made it even better! The amenities of the home were perfect for our family and it even had plug adapters. I can’t thank Giovanna enough for the amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

Elena’s apartment was as described if a little smaller than it seemed in photos. The location is perfect away from the hustle of town. The balcony and view over the Bay of Naples was exactly as we hoped it would be. Our only suggestion is to add a sofa or soft chairs to have a comfy place to sit besides the bed. Highly recommend and would go back!!

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.
