Room 2 at Hotel Narcissus is cozy with an entrance directly into the garden where Alchemy has some of its seating. The neighborhood is walkable and has some cool spots, including a nice cafe/gallery and a microbrewery with a nice outdoor seating area. The food at the restaurant (Alchemy) is excellent and everyone is very friendly

It was just what we needed for our small family’s vacation. The apartment was well equipped and clean. We found lovely restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. The neighborhood was quiet except for the airport nearby but we really enjoyed watching the planes come in, so that wasn’t a down side for us.

Would definitely stay here again. It’s in the heart of downtown and there is lots to do walking distance. Bars, clubs, restaurants. Everything you need all within 100ft. You don’t have to go far. The guy at front desk was amazing, helpful and nice. Also 10 mins away from airport. Had the best layover at this place.

Cute little Airbnb in the heart of the Gaslamp neighborhood. I felt like a local with a street entrance between a taco shop and souvenir store. The keyless entrance was clutch — one less thing to carry around or remember to bring. Wish the stairs weren’t so steep, but that’s part of the historic atmosphere. But highly recommend packing light! Big wheelie bags are doable, but exhausting.

The stay was great. We had a good time, and there were no issues.

This is a great airbnb for planning a trip around downtown SD or gas lamp. The location is excellent, across the street from Tacos El Gordo and within a block of all the hottest bars and nightclubs. The location is spacious enough to comfortably fit 3 couples. The living/kitchen area is elongated provides enough hang out space. Another huge perk is the built in parking pass they provide which is for the parking garage 2 blocks away (3 min walk). This allows for easy in n out privileges. Ben and Mayra are extremely courteous and gracious hosts. They went out of their way to help me during my stay. The price point is totally reasonable. I have hearted this Airbnb for all my future SD trips! Thank you!!!

The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Everything as listed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, felt welcomed at all times coming and going. There is a shared kitchen and fridge area, cute shared areas to hang out. They even have beach stuff and surfboards you can use. Only thing to consider is it is a hostal and the room is right above a shared space so it was not super quiet. That being said, it's a hostel so you can't expect pure silence, they provide ear plugs and I had no issues between the quiet hrs of 11p-7a. So just something to consider, not a complaint. Location is walking ditance to beach, yoga, resturants, basically anything you need. The parking was a little difficult on the street but not terrible. There are paid parking lots or you can walk a few blocks and park in the neighborhood. Overall great stay and plan to dome back!

I was completely impressed by this AirBnB! It was right down the road from the San Diego Convention Center, so I could walk to the conference I was attending in about 15 minutes. The apartment is right in the middle of a lively walking street that is very much alive at night. I had no issues with loud noises coming from the street, and the apartment felt very safe. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a clean restroom, and lots of space. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I were to come to San Diego!
