Bob's bungalow was quiet and clean. We had everything we needed and felt like home. Communication with Bob was very easy. Would recommend this place.

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

2nd stay here. Still a favorite place for a get together with friends.

This home was perfect for our vacation! very kid/family friendly- he has cribs, baby gates, utensils and plates for kids, lots of books. View was amazing, and is about 15 from everything!

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

One of the absolutely best Airbnb I have yet been to. The hosts are super helpful and kind. Jacqueline and Eddie do a great job in creating a 5 star accommodation. The place was spotless, everything in prime condition, really comfortable bed. The A fantastic view over the bay. I will definitely look for this accommodation next time in San Diego. Thank you!

Responsive…great location beautiful home

This site was comfortable, fun, and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and felt like we had tons of room to move around in ~ either hanging out in the hot-tub, taking a jump in the huge pool or lounging in the game room. The hosts were extremely responsive and very nice. I will bring my family here back in the summer - We are local but Liam & Mia made us feel like we were on a vacation somewhere else. Thank you ~

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's Air BNB! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved that we could give Alexa commands for the lights, TV, and music. The backyard was amazing with a nice pool, jacuzzi, and sitting area. Paul was very accommodating and worked with our needs. He always responded promptly when we reached out to him. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was welcoming and calm with a park near by. We highly recommend you staying here! It felt like home to us!

We were very happy with the place! Bigger than expected and very comfortable! We loved the location because we could pretty much be anywhere in 15 min. The kids loved the game closet (so many!!!) and the treehouse. We enjoyed the Viking stove and spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. Grill wasn't working but we let the management company know. Parking was easy. Washer/Dryer was new and easy to use. Single cup coffee machine was a little tedious. Neighborhood is very quiet and calm. There is a great view of the bay from the house. Liberty station is notorious for airplane noise so be ready for plane noise starting at 6:30am sharp as they are creating their new runway at SAN. The planes stop at around 10pm so its very quiet for sleeping. Most days the planes were taking off right overhead. One day they were landing instead because of the fog and that was a little quieter. It was exciting watching them take off from the upper balcony. We all got used to it.

This home is beautiful and is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. We felt very safe always. The views from this home are incredible, we didn’t feel the need or want to leave the property. We traveled with 4 children and they enjoyed all the amenities at the home. They really particularly appreciated the warm jacuzzi and arcade games. Cam was a great host and very proactive making sure our trip was a great one from start to finish. We hope to be back to this beautiful home in a near future and highly recommend it!

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The house is beautiful and kept very clean. The back yard was awesome and the view was unbelievable. We only had 3 people in our group but this would be an awesome house for a family. Lisa was amazing also, checked in with us everyday and was super sweet and responsive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great stay in San Diego! Visited during a rainy week so having a space big enough for our group was amazing as were we’re still able to visit and reconnect. House was beautiful and fit our large group (14 people) quite well with the extra air mattress provided. Both the hosts were always quick to respond and extremely helpful with their recommendations on activities and restaurants. Overall had a great stay and would visit again!

My family and I stay for the weekend and it was a great stay. Everyone has ocean front view from all the rooms. We have access to a private beach! I will be staying there again!

Sonia & Hugh are gems. I appreciated how accomodating they were to my requests and needs in particular to extending an extra day and Sonia and I even went to take a Zumba class together. The property is beautiful, well managed, clean and has all of the amenities needed. As a busy profrssional, it was a perfect reprieve to rest and gather myself.
