Location location location. Great place to stay. We could walk to everything yet the residence was private. The upstairs patio was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great little loft right by the beach. Cozy space with all the basics. We booked on short notice and Jim took the time to call to ensure our check-in instructions were received. Would happily stay again.

John and Roe were wonderful hosts.. The pictures don’t do the location justice… You walk out the back door and you are literally on the beach… Sunsets are magnificent and it is very private..very few people on the beach.. It has all the amenities that you need to cook if you so choose, the beds are comfortable and they were nice enough to have bikes for us to use… There is a great neighborhood diner a half a block away that has wonderful breakfast and lunches … Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning next year ..

Great stay, Brendon was always responsive and proactive with solving any questions I asked. Very clean and looks exactly like the pictures, and walkable to downtown and West Beach. Check in and check out process was easy and fast. I would definitely book Brendon’s place again for another stay at Santa Barbara!

This was the perfect spot for me to meet up with my daughter who lives in Claremont. Walking distance to the beach and so many restaurants was a bonus! It is a sweet historic apartment and I would definitely return for another visit.

Great service beautifu house And neighborhood

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

We stayed for 3 weeks at Hilary's place. It was spotless and looked just like the phots. Hilary was available and helpful at all times. The location is a few block from the ocean and a beautiful walk along the park that parallels the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Would return .

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was cozy and well stocked. We appreciated the washer/dryer (and detergent) during this stop on our roadtrip along the California coast. The beds were delightful, and the space had great natural light. Soaking in the large and clean hot tub after a day of exploring was also delightful. The neighborhood was also lovely and very convenient. Lots of eateries and grocery options nearby. We had a nice walk to the Mesa Steps, and downtown SB was just a quick drive away. We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend this spot!

Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Great Place to stay very roomy cozy comfortable easy to get too. Great location place was immaculate and had everything from cooking and all dishes had coffee machine and coffee. Michael is a great host! Will definitely stay here again!
