This is a great home in a very quiet relaxed neighborhood. Could easily accommodate 10 people without being on top of one another. Good local access to restaurants, very walkable neighborhood, super clean and nice. Some of the most comfortable beds we slept in.

Levy's place was definitely what I was looking for when I planned to stay in Orange. The add-on of the heated pool was amazing for those cold nights when you still want to go for a swim. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and ready to go. The additional games in the backyard definitely kept us entertained in between our weekend events. Levy was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and she accommodated us with a generous late check-out. If I'm ever visiting the area again and Im in need of a place to stay like Levy's, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Our family of 12 had a great stay!! Unfortunately due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy the swimming pool, however the pool table added some fun and the house was just as described. Very big and everything worked great. Some things I did notice is that some of the household items provided were very limited. There was maybe 2 extra blankets, which we used because of the cold weather we got. Also they left exactly 12 towels for the exact number of guests we had, not 1 extra. Toilet paper ran out pretty quick since we booked for 8 days and only about 5-6 rolls were provided so we had to purchase some during the week and shampoo and conditioner bottles were extremely tiny. Thankfully most of us took our own. Kitchen can also use some extra pots and pans. Overall, you get what you’re paying for, the house is still very pretty and we felt right at home!

We had a great time at Shayla's. It has all the amenities we needed. Pool isn't heated but that didn't stop our kids from jumping in. Would stay here again if come back down this way.

Everyone enjoyed the house and room arrangements. Too bad we did not have time to spend in the backyard this time with so many games out there. Hopefully we will have chance to be back again in the future too. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

This home was comfortable and we enjoyed the peaceful residential neighborhood. The den/game room was a nice bonus area. The amenities were all as advertised (remember to BYO shampoo/conditioner) and the kitchen had all the cooking basics. Kyle and Maribel were responsive hosts and provided very clear info. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfy home, this is it - it was perfect for our family visit.

Paul runs a very professional Airbnb concern. The communication is clear, informative, and very detailed. The condominium is located within one of the most sought-after complexes in the area. The grounds are beautifully tropical, waterfalls, koi ponds, a pristine gym w/sauna, huge and interesting-shaped pool, and just a few steps from the beach. We were there at low tide, which is a fascinating time of nature and the sea. Paul has everything needed in the kitchen and all is sparkling clean. The fold-out sofa bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of fresh towels, beach amenities, and a private patio for morning coffee or evening beverages. Thanks, Paul for a comfortable local stay!

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful time! Blake's recommendations for restaurants were great! The golf cart was nice and we enjoyed touring the city in it. When we got rained out on our last day, we found board games in the closet to keep us entertained. Overall an enjoyable time!

This little apartment by the ocean is great. It was exactly as described and felt like a little oasis for a quick trip. The building is a little bit confusing, so finding our apartment took a bit of work, but that was the worst thing to happen. I would stay here over and over again, especially when beach season hits. Loved it.

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

This is a hard review to write because I want David and Keith to know how wonderful their home is and they are as hosts, but I don’t want their bungalow getting so booked that we can’t go back! From the beauty of the surroundings to a super responsive host who gave wonderful suggestions for things to do, what’s not to love. The bungalow was peaceful and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was stunning. We used the spa everyday. Thankful we found this slice of paradise that made our trip to Southern California one of our best.

We took a trip here with the purpose of staying off property for a Disneyland trip and wanted something close without hassle of dealing with parking or ubers. His place is easily walkable to and from the parks and you can indeed watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard. It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed and would be a great place for the summer with the pool (sadly still a little too cool out for our visit). Highly recommend!

The home was great and met all of our needs. Although not guaranteed, we really appreciated being able to get into the home a bit earlier than originally communicated as that helped us with some coordination. The team assisting during our stay was responsive and would check in to make sure we had all we needed. While not exactly within walking distance, you are pretty close to disneyland that it is still pretty convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and it checked all the boxes for me and my family

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s beautiful and charming home! The place was very clean, and everything in the kitchen was easy to find and use. As a family traveling with 3 young children (including a 10-month-old), we were delighted to find all the accommodations we needed, including a high chair and pack ’n play. Our hosts, Josh and Emmie, were incredibly helpful, hospitable, and responsive throughout our stay. When we encountered an issue with heating the pool, Josh and Emmie were quick to respond and offer assistance. While it was disappointing that we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool as expected, their attentiveness was much appreciated. The location of the home is fantastic – close to Downtown LA, Koreatown, the Row, and Griffith Park. We also loved exploring the great cafes and restaurants in nearby Silver Lake. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this home to other travelers. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
