Our family had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was clean, it had a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms to sleep. The check-in process was easy and everything was easy to find in the home. Our kids loved the ping pong table. The hot tub was especially lovely as the weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped for! Again, a lovely visit and we would highly recommend. This is an excellently kept AirBnB and a really kind and thoughtful host. We had forgotten some belongings behind and were quickly notified and he offered to ship them back to us, making our life so much easier and solving a problem that could have been a headache! We will be back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful, cozy, and private home. The rustic farmhouse feel made it the perfect place to relax. We especially loved having access to the many kayaks and canoes, which added to the overall experience. Julie was incredibly quick to respond to our messages and very accommodating when we ran into some minor issues. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back again!

The girls had a wonderful stay at the North Sky Retreat. Julie was very helpful and her house was just perfect for four people to stay, each with their own bedroom. The house was exceptionally well stocked with supplies, linen, towels and those extras you may need. Julie accommodated the dog that accompanied on this trip as well. The fresh eggs were a bonus and the free range chickens were fun to watch. The grounds were lovely and the walking path was a perfect was to take in the nature around the house. Hopefully this stay will become a tradition! Thank you!

Beautiful place, better than the pictures. Serene and peaceful. Very clean. Had everything we wanted (breathtaking views, great sauna, as well as being close enough to visit Ottawa and Wakefield).

We absolutely loved our stay at Kyle's cottage. We were 2 couples staying for a relaxing weekend. The cottage was super clean with everything you could possibly need for a perfect time. the hot tub was clean and ready for use. Kyle was kind and answered all our questions quickly. We would 100% reccomend Kyle's cottage. We will return!

It was a great stay. We arrived late, but check-in was easy. The place was cozy with a beautiful view of the river. Melissa was responsive and friendly.

Jeremy's place is a perfect spot for a getaway. Clean, private, quiet and a great location. We look forward to returning in the summer to have some fun on the water. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone, check out a show at the Neat Cafe just a short walk away.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! The hosts went above and beyond, so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Rob did everything possible to make our stay exceptional. The loft was spotless, ultra-modern, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Absolutely loved this place and the hosts! Can’t recommend more!

The house is outstanding. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Kitchen fully equipped. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible. Hosts were very responsive plus gave us tips of places to eat and told us things that are going on in the area. Super friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again. We were looking for a quiet fall cabin getaway and this provided us with exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was located on a fairly private section in the trees. There was a walking trail near by and access to the water and a dock. By traveling in the off season the park was pretty quiet. 😊 The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the cozy inside comforts of home as well as the great deck and wonderful forest and river view. Mike, the park manager, was very friendly and helpful. He greeted us upon our arrival and showed us to our cabin making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. There was a bit of a grumpy resident camper who came over to complain as soon as we arrived because our dogs were playing and burning off some steam after being in the car for a couple hours. The dogs were both on long lines, but he claimed the dogs were loud & he was going to complain to the park manager about us. If he did we didn’t hear about it.

Absolutely amazing, we had great plans, but the ice storm and the cozy fireplace changed those plans. Hermann and Tracy were an absolute blast! Super chill, and super friendly, we would come back just to spend time with them! We had a cute visitor to come check up on us as well! We hope to be back, thank you hosting us Hermann and Tracy!

Such a great spot! Quiet, cozy and straight forward with everything needed for a relaxing and genuine rural Canada experience. A perfect place for a couple to get away and enjoy! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, the cabin is cozy and clean, we can still smell the pine wood that is the building material of the cabin. We came on the thanksgiving long weekend, this year it was very cold, fortunately we brought our winter jackets and sleeping bags. The host is very nice, you can ask for more comforts if you don’t have your own, otherwise it is too cold to sleep. We didn’t bring drinking water, but a general store is 3 minutes driving away. The fall scene was spectacular, the lake is peaceful, the host and her son were friendly and responsive. We may come again in summer when it is warmer.

Arriving at the cottage was how the pictures were. We went in March and it was cold, but walking into the cottage part the heat was on and we felt right at home. Kitchen & bathroom well stocked. The fireplace was great to have to add warmth. Beautiful scenery looking over the lake from a chair or sofa. A place we would rent again.

The place was a little hard to find but Megan was SO helpful and guided us all the way there! The room was beautiful and the nature surrounding was so peaceful! It was a little cold so we had to wake up in the middle of the night to feed more wood to the fire. But other than that, this was an amazing stay and I'll definitely be coming back in the summer 😍
