I stayed for 9 nights and it was perfect! Quiet, clean, comfy, warm and safe! So close to shops and restaurants, just minutes from Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. Such a lovely back yard area, with fire pit and horseshoes, and other outside activities. They had s’mores and lots of firewood ready to use. There was the cutest little fat bunny rabbit running around haha! It was just me staying, but it seems to be a great family place as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels so safe! They had snacks, great coffee, hot chocolate, and even chocolates by my bed. The house is just full of charming little touches. What a great host and a lovely house. I was sad to leave! Thanks again!!

The house was perfect, very spacious and a great location! My only comment is about the room in the basement - it’s VERY cold so if you get cold easily maybe bring extra blankets!

The location is unbeatable. The description of the home was very accurate, and it was clean and the decor was super cute. Also, we appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks and drinks. Lastly, Lizzie was extremely responsive which made the booking very easy.

I’ve stayed in several AirBnb’s this past year and none have been nicer than Maddie’s house! Will book again for sure!

Great place to stay while ice fishing. Everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home.

We wanted a private get away for my birthday weekend and this place was exactly that! Beautiful home, full of everything we needed. After a day of adventure it was nice to come back to such a comfortable home. Emily & Spencer were very helpful and responsive. My pups LOVED the yard, spending hours at a time just running around or sun bathing. We will definitely book with them again! Thank you ❤️

We have stayed at this location multiple times. And it’s always fabulous…from check in to check out. Every need taken care of and owners are very responsive. Beautiful condo in the heart of the city!

There was the cutest rooster up in the fence in the morning crowing at us and he was just adorable and funny. Antlers in the tree was so cute. Grateful for the wood fireplace and the lighting outside. Lots of motion detection lights helped a ton. Very welcoming and quiet and comfortable. Definitely would come back again. Price was perfect for the space. Beds was so comfortable really wow. Furniture also. Bathroom is roomy and has a two doors I liked that tons. Shower was great. They had a birthday party while we was there and we still did not even know they was home. Very respectful and quiet. Thank you.

Stayed in this unit many times. Make sure you have access to food somewhere in Ft Smith or are good with microwaving whatever you want to eat. Coffee maker is fine and the little fridge works great too but Ft Smith has limited restaurant options (understatement). It’s always clean and is super comfortable.

It was a very busy wedding weekend for our family and Julie was very easy to work with and always responded quickly and so friendly! The place so so beautiful I was so impressed! It had everything our family needed and we always felt right at home. We had family come from out of state and rented their other property in town and same as our experience Top Notch! 10 out of 10

This was our second time staying here. It’s our silver lining when we are traveling and staying the night in Omaha. The place is always clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Denise is always very responsive and friendly. We definitely will keep going back when we’re in town.

We loved our stay at Rebecca and Bill’s! We came for a ski trip and it was close to all of the canyons, clean and cozy and had all amenities close by for easy dinners. They were so kind and hospitable! We can’t wait to come back!

Stan’s place was perfect for our ski trip. Great location to drive up into Little Cottonwood canyon. The space was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Would come back!

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

This cabin was very clean and cozy! It was perfect for my family of seven. The hot tub was clean and there was a nice fire pit area we spent a couple of nights around! We had no issues at all… We had a couple of questions and they were answered right away!

Beautiful place! Very private and very peaceful. So much to do so close. Not to mention they are extremely accommodating. Went above and beyond during my stay to help and make everything perfect! When I’m in the area again they will be my first choice!

Nice little get away, easy to get onto the local ATV trails. Had a volleyball net and other outside games available, free firewood and ice available for purchase right on the property. Hoping to come back in October!

Great stay for what we needed

Such a beautiful, cozy cabin. The aesthetics are magic. We went on a walk and found a beautiful trail up the mountain. The fire stove was so fun! All of the cozy seating was perfect for late night conversations, games, and meals for all of the thirteen adults that stayed at the cabin. Our only recommendations would be: bring better pillows, a can opener, and more dishes/utensils. Such a memorable, lovely weekend.

Chad and Vickie have a great place in the Driftless. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of fishing; clean, peaceful, well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay there. This was my second time at their property and I plan to return.

We had a wonderful experience at this cozy cabin in the woods! It was so secluded, tucked back deep in the woods, peaceful and quiet. The ice age trail/Timms Hill trail is literally right out the back door. We went snow shoeing because there was 10 inches of snowfall while we were there. We were surprised that the trails were groomed daily. We were a little afraid that we wouldn’t make it out of the deep snow covered driveway but it was plowed as soon as the snow stopped. The fireplace kept us cozy and the soaking tub was a nice touch. We couldn’t get any cell service but that added to the up north unplugged vibe. Hill of Beans cafe was so beautiful and food was good. We’re definitely going back!
