Like myself, I'm sure many people book this for the history and legacy of Yogi Berra and the New York Yankees but the hosts, Mary and Jay are equally important. They are the most wonderful, down-to-earth people. Mary is Yogi's niece so hearing stories about Uncle Yogi was amazing! The house is immaculate and welcoming with Yogi memorabilia. Mary and Jay drove us around the neighborhood on their golf cart to see where Yogi played ball and the wonderful neighborhood called The Hill. As we drove around, folks in their front yards waved hello to Mary. It was a step back in time where neighbors all know and look out for each other. It is a wonderful area with Italian bakeries and restaurants, all within walking distance of the house. Breakfast was ready for us in the mornings (Jay makes a mean breakfast). Even if you're not a Yogi and Yankees fan, you should consider staying here because of the location and the wonderful hosts.

As others have said, it’s hard to review Brandon’s place because it’s so wonderful that I don’t want to reveal this secret! I could go on and on but I’ll keep it brief- easy to get to, gorgeous walkable neighborhood, clean , quiet, so comfy. Wet had such a great stay and only wish it had been longer!

A beautiful location with super comfy bed and roomy shower. The host was very friendly and the breakfast was yummy. The only issue was the noisy upstairs floors.

Have an absolutely wonderful day at this Airbnb! There was supposed to be bad weather for the weekend in the hosts. Let me put my car in the barn so that it was protected. They also left a massive flashlight in case power was lost due to the weather. They left 2 fishing poles and nightcrawlers for me to fish in the pond! I don’t think I have been fishing in 10 years! The place itself was clean and well kept. There was a delicious fresh loaf of bread on the counter. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone! Especially if you are looking for a cozy quiet getaway.

Peaceful stop on a cross country trip for work. We were able to park our 16 foot box truck across from the barn. Martha was proactive in giving directions to get inside, as we were arriving later than initially planned. She had breakfast in the refrigerator for us, and even accomadated my vegan coworker. We were unfortunately unable to meet her, but did meet her son, daughter in law and husband. They were great and her husband showed us around the farm, and we got to see the baby cows. They were the cutest. She also has a dog named Max who greeter me in the morning with a toy. The airbnb is very private and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing! The hosts were so sweet, the bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was so good ! Fresh from the garden!!!

Larry’s place was a perfect spot for us to explore St. Louis. We went all over the city and never had to drive more than 15 minutes. The botanical gardens are basically his backyard and the neighborhood and house are both rich with charm and history. Larry is a fantastic host, he was very knowledgeable about the city and places for us to explore. My wife and I had a great time during our stay. Any time we stay in St. Louis, we will be looking Larry up.

My daughter and I loved our stay at the Fairway Suite. The space was clean and comfortable. The location was also great - peaceful and quiet, and just a 5 minute drive to Mizzou’s campus and restaurants/shopping. And I can’t say enough about Gary and Randall’s hospitality and kindness. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to spend time with them before leaving. We will definitely be back!

Vicky was an amazing host. She communicated with us very well and always made sure that we were comfortable. She answered all of the questions we had about staying there as well. Our room was very clean when we arrived and we enjoyed staying in it. She does include breakfast and it was delicious. She offered us eggs, fruit, yogurt, muffins, coffee, tea, etc. Overall it was a really great stay and if we come back to the area we will definitely be staying there again!

I needed some quiet time for reflection. Teri's rental was absolutely perfect. Everything I needed was within walking distance and the privacy and coziness were exceptional . I have already talked with two travelling groups about plans to return.

Not our first time and definitely not our last time staying at the "Rooms On Cherry". Impossible to beat the centralized location to downtown and campus. Linda is a great communicator and very accessible.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience, and Lane was an exceptional host. The homemade breakfast was incredible. Biscuits and gravy, along with a delicious omelet on a pastry base cooked in cast iron, was a real treat. The house itself is like a dream, filled with vibrant colors, Midwest warmth, and a touch of luxury. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great cozy spot to rest while biking the Kathy Trail. The boxcar was perfect for our group, and was the perfect, cozy rest that we needed after a long day. We got to meet some of the community as well, and they were all kind and gracious. Overall, 10/10 experience for every one of us!

I was out on the Katy Trail for a "race" so really needed a place to just land for the night but since it was the Christmas holiday there weren't a lot of options. Kathy communicated and worked with me from the start so I could stay there and she could still spend time with her family. This is a place to stay if you want to be pampered and is near a lot of wineries so is priced accordingly. It was a little out of my price range, but like I said, I didn't get to take advantage of all the usual amenities due to time. Kathy was PHENOMENAL and made me a delicious breakfast, and packed up leftovers plus extra that sustained me and made for a happy belly several days on the trail. This is a beautiful Victorian building with loads of charm and quality everything. I wish I could have actually had time to chill and enjoy it all because Kathy makes you feel right at home.

We enjoyed our stay at Old Vine Bed &Breakfast! Location was great, well within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great hosts! Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

Gary & Laura were great hosts with lots of recommendations. The house was spacious, peaceful and so wonderful.

We so enjoyed Denise and David, as they were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family, we shared some great stories of our individual travels, and we had a lot of laughs. The room was clean and comfortable, and her biscuits and gravy were awesome!!! We would recommend staying with them to anyone.

We had a great time in Weston and enjoyed our stay at the Marr Manor. Jennifer was a great hostess and communicated the instructions for access, parking and checkin/checkout very well. The room was cozy and perfect for our needs. We were especially happy with how close the hiking trails were and virtually steps away from downtown! Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was great! We were only able to be there for a short while but they were very hospitable and the entire place was very cute and cozy. We also LOVED, Leo, the little orange cat with no tail <3

We LOVED our stay here. We rented two rooms (Phares & Davidson) for a long weekend. This home is absolutely beautiful! Alyssa has done a fantastic job of keeping the victorian-era feel but also having it feel fresh, updated, and comfortable. All of the common areas felt very inviting and usable. Our bedrooms felt cozy and relaxing. The beds are extremely comfortable and all linens and towels were bright, fresh, and soft! Rooms had tvs, as well. Small things we appreciated were a coffee station and small fridge upstairs stocked with waters. Also, liked having labeled space in main fridge for some of our personal items. It has a very nice front porch and back deck, as well. This home is just 1-2 blocks from the Old Town Cape area with lots of shops, restaurants, and the riverfront. Our host, Alyssa, was very warm, inviting, and friendly. She was always available- but not intrusive, and always ready to give info about the house, Cape area, etc. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We loved Karbelle mansion because it was private and peaceful. The property is well maintained and cared for, and clean. After a long day on the road we found the hot tub and relaxed under the Missouri stars. It was within walking distance to town - one mile to the heart of downtown. Lots of wonderful antique stores, local history, and restaurants (the pie shop)! We will be back.

The stay was amazing. The breakfast was superb. We would recommend this stay to ALL!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage room. There was so much space and the beds were very comfortable. I will be booking here again next year when my jeep group does our annual fall colors run in Eminence.
