Andrej çok düşünceli ve çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Talimatları çok açık ve netti . Eve girmekte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Biz talep etmeden uçağımızın saatlerine uygun esnek giriş çıkış imkanı sundu. Ev kesinlikle fotoğraflardan daha güzel . Aşırı temiz bir ev ve oldukça geniş. Dairede kullanılan tüm ekipmanlar birinci sınıf. Şehrin göbeğinde olmasına rağmen son derece sessiz. Binanın çıkış kapısında süpermarket ve yakınlarda çok güzel restoranlar mevcut. Tramvay evin önünden geçer aynı zamanda U metrosuna(Naturkundemuseum durağı) 200 metre uzaktadır. Yürüyerek çok kısa sürede nehir kenarına ulaşabilirsiniz. Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, bir daha Berlin'e gelirsek muhakkak yine burada kalacağız. Berlin'i ziyaret edecek tüm arkadaşlarıma da önereceğim. Son olarak oğlum daireden ayrılırken " daire seyahatimizden bile iyiydi" yorumunu yaptı :) Best Airbnb experience ever. Teşekkürler Andrej.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Very good location near to station. Great base for exploring the city. Communication was quick and informative. Highly recommended.

We were a big family (5 adults and 2 kids) spending a weekend in Berlin and Elisa's apartment was the perfect place for us to stay: 3 comfortable bedrooms, cozy living room, big table, everything was super clean and felt just like at home. We were lucky to be able to check-in earlier as we arrived around 11:00am. The apartment is located on a side street which is quiet, but right next to a large street that has a great connection with the city center and many public transport options. Many small shops and restaurants nearby, a weekend flea market 400m away, and... the amazing playground for kids right next to the apartment. Thank you, Elisa, we had a brilliant stay!

Clean, cozy spot in Kreuzberg—just like the photos. Quick walk to the U-Bahn, plenty of cafes and nightlife nearby, and a helpful host. Perfect home base for exploring Berlin.

Die Wohnung ist ein echtes Highlight und ich kann sie nur jedem Interessenten wärmstens ans Herz legen. Sie ist geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet, sehr ruhig, hell sowie grosszügig geschnitten. Der Gastgeber ist aufmerksam, kommunikativ, stets erreichbar und tut alles, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ein Glückstreffer!

We absolutely loved staying here! Gorgeous and unique house, tastefully decorated and nestled amongst the trees in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for families (we were two) and a paradise for children, loads of toys, a tree house, sand pit, rabbits and more. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly when we had any questions. They also recommended us the BEST neighbourhood on Halloween, and we were hugely impressed by the effort Berliners in this area put into the holiday! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Recensie voor ons verblijf via Airbnb Ons verblijf in deze Airbnb was simpelweg fantastisch! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom dankzij de ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije host. De communicatie verliep heel soepel! Het huis zelf was prachtig – stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruimtes waren ruim en comfortabel en het voelde meteen als een tweede thuis. Daarnaast was de locatie perfect, rustig maar toch redelijk dichtbij het centrum. Kortom, een absolute aanrader! We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Im Gegenteil! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Badestelle direkt ums Eck ist klasse und die Anbindung in die Stadt ist auch super. Wenn wir wieder in Berlin sind würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen wollen! :)

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat auf jeden Fall Stil. Der große Tisch lädt zu einem geselligen Abend mit ein paar Leuten ein, das fanden wir sehr schön, da wir einige Freunde in Berlin haben. An der ein oder anderen Stelle müsste natürlich auch mal etwas nachgebessert oder ausgetauscht werden, aber für diese Kritik war Gabriel offen und dankbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Andreas ist ein super Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder gern das Haus mieten. Das Haus ist für eine große Gruppe passend. Danke Andreas

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

We stayed in Rex’s house for a couple of days to visit Berlin. Very easy to go to the centre by tram or car. The house is spacious. We did not always understand the lights. The neighbourhood is very quiet.

Un studio très design, propre, lumineux et confortable, dans un quartier emblématique de Berlin Est. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue sur la Spree. Environnement sympathique et safe, et idéalement placé pour visiter la ville en transports ou à vélo. Hans était gentil, accueillant et serviable ! Nous reviendrons !

Schon zum zweiten Mal haben wir eine wunderbar erholsame Woche mit unserem Freundeskreis (3 Paare) in Margas schönem Haus verbracht. Ideal, um gemütlich zu kochen und zusammenzusitzen, kleine oder größere Spaziergänge im Grünen zu machen oder um Berlin zu erkunden. Besonderes Highlight ist für uns das große Schwimmbad und die Sauna -und das alles bei einem Stadturlaub! Das Haus ist liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet, die Betten von sehr guter Qualität. Hier fühlen wir uns wohl und kommen gern nächstes Jahr wieder! Herzlichen Dank an Marga und alle, die mitgeholfen haben, dass wir einen so guten Aufenthalt haben konnten!

This is One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Very spacious, cool furniture, very clean and E-Bikes to take us around the city. Mark was very helpful and really nice! We will be back for sure!

Wie eine Hotel Atmosphäre aber privat wie zu Hause. Schön eingerichtet, man findet dort alles was man braucht, mit gute Qualität. Räumig und elegant ohne das Comfort zu vergessen.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Bert's apartment was ideally located in a local neighbourhood with some great food options and transport links but a sensible 45 minute walk to the centre (Brandenburg Gate). Although he wasn't available when we were checking in (which he had pre-warned us about), Bert gave clear instructions on how to get the keys and let ourselves in. Despite being on holiday himself during our stay, he was always responsive with queries. Bert was a great host and his apartment worked great for our family (2 adults and two kids - 13 & 10). The Apartment has a spiral staircase and lots of art and literature - for younger families with wondering and sticky fingers, this may not be as suitable.

We loved this appartment. It was spacious, stylish, comfortable and very clean. As we arrived it was 30 c so the balcony was also lovely to sit out on. The location was gorgeous with tree lined streets and an abundance of cafes and restaurants and interesting shops. Also small supermarkets at each end of the street. All very easy with u bann and trams less than 10 mins away. We walked to some of the central sites within half an hour. The appartment was just perfect ! We were sad to leave!
