Can really recommend this place!

Das Haus ist toll. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Wir haben vor allem von der Terrasse und dem Pool profitiert. Die 4 Schlafzimmer haben alle komfortable Betten. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und das war auch wichtig bei Temparaturen von 30 Grad und mehr. Dank unserem Mietwagen, waren wir recht flexible und haben 4 verschiedene Straende in der Umgebung besucht. (10-15 min Fahrt). Der kleine Supermarkt war auch ganz praktisch und in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt den Berg hoch ist schon beeidruckend, aber im Gegenzug gibt es halt diese tolle Aussicht. Wir hatten in Anas Villa eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

We loved our stay here! The couple that lives downstairs spoke no English but they were amazing! We used Google translator and that worked great. We saw the olive oil production room. The view is spectacular and an easy walk to the sea. If you want a sandy beach it is just 2 km away. Kitchen was well stocked with basics like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, etc. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay! We really appreciated all the help and the nice touches, including some food left for our 20 month old daughter - very kind. The apartment was ideal for our requirements (X4 adults and a child) and the terrace is stunning. The location is great, we burned lots of calories walking up and down but you can easily get cheap Ubers if you can't manage the steps. Overall a fab stay! Highly recommend!

Alojamiento perfecto si quieres estar lejos del bullicio de la ciudad antigua. Barrio muy tranquilo y bonito, nada de ruido por las noches y cerca de un paseo peatonal precioso. El apartamento muy cómodo y amplio, hemos estado como en casa!

Wir waren im Oktober da. Alle Fragen, die vorher aufkamen wurden schnell beantwortet. Auch während der Anreise standen wir Kontakt, sodass wir das Haus auch im Dunkeln gut gefunden haben. Matjes Vater hatte auf uns gewartet. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und toll erklärt. Der Pool ist nicht geheizt, aber die Hälfte unserer Gruppe waren dennoch schwimmen. Aber das Meer war wärmer und da waren alle drin. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße. Man hört die Autos schon in der Nacht. Aber am Pool ist es total chillig und ruhig und sehr privat. Alles ist voller Oliven-Bäume. Es gibt auch Mandarinen und Granatapfel. Richtig toll. Auch ein Grill ist am Pool, den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Vom Haus kann man zu Fuß zum Meer und in verschiedene Restaurants laufen. In ca. 45 Minuten auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Auch hier kann man gut essen (und frühstücken). Matej hat über einen Kumpel eine private Speed-Boat-Tour organisiert. Das war mega! In Dubrovnik nutzen wir den Parkplatz! 25min Weg. Super

We had a fantastic stay! On walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik. Old town is super easy to get to with an Uber. Appartment had everything to wish for.

Where to start..? We had the most amazing week in Zaton Mali, Vicko was the perfect host, from arranging collection and drop off at Dubrovnik Airport (courtesy of his son Ivo), to fruit picking, a boat trip to see the caves and sharing his wonderful knowledge of the history of this beautiful, picturesque village. The ground floor apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. The roof top veranda was fantastic, the perfect spot to sunbathe and relax. Zaton Mali is simple stunning, the walks along the turquoise water’s edge are fabulous, there are lots of opportunities to relax in the sunshine and swim in the Adriatic Sea. We took the bus into Dubrovnik (approx. €3.00 each, one way) and visited the busy old town. We walked the medieval walls and visited many beautiful buildings (making the most of our Dubrovnik Pass), but at the end of the day we were happy to return to the tranquillity and beauty of Zaton Mali. Nene’s place was great - as advertised and a good value. Unfortunately, I didn’t do enough research and from the picture I thought it was overlooking old town. It is still a fine location - a quick Uber away (around 7-9 euros to old town) but I think my group would have enjoyed old town a little bit more. The host was fantastic, very responsive with quick recommendations when asked. Her dad was very sweet and even picked us up at the ferry station and helped us check into the apartment. We felt safe and not too loud for us at all.

Marija is a very friendly host. She provided many little gifts for us, including mandarins grown on the property, and olive oil she had made herself with her family. The apartment was easily big enough for our family of 4, and a short walk down to old town Dubrovnik.

Très bon séjour chez Ivana, l'appart est propre et bien équipé. La vue sur la mer depuis le balcon est très belle.

Appartement très agréable et confortable. Mieux que sur les photos !! La vue est incroyable mais se mérite 😏 (quelques marches). Le balcon est super agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou regarder le coucher de soleil. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour ! Merci Srdan !

Very pleased with Mara’s place. A short walk just up the road from the old town meant it was nice and quiet. Apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and it was nice to have two bathrooms! Ideal for couples and families visiting Dubrovnik.

Dubrovnik es una ciudad hermosa, y este alojamiento fue perfecto para emparejar al mismo nivel. Muy espacioso y cómodo, con un diseño de interiores único. Está muy cerca del cable car que te lleva a la montaña y a tan solo 2 minutos de una de las entradas a la ciudad amurallada. Para terminar, el patio y la vista fueron perfectas para descansar y disfrutar por la tarde, lejos del ruido y bullicio del turismo. Muy recomendable

Ivo was really friendly, responsive and approachable. He provided a welcome platter on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Arrived early and Ivo kindly dropped us off at a local restaurant and picked us up after, really kind, hospitable host. The villa itself was just the same as the pictures, location was very quiet and peaceful, local bakery walking distance and the Verandah restaurant highly recommended. Small supermarket also walking distance away to pick up essentials. Villa only 20 to 25 minutes from old town Dubrovik. Mihaela also arranged day trip tours and airport transfers which all worked out perfectly. Highly recommended

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

Everything about this property is FIRST CLASS - the hosts Boris & Katija have built an amazing place for your Dubrovnik holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and were amazed at how huge the property was, the amenities it had (a sparkling infinity pool, steam, sauna, a well appointed kitchen - you name it). But most importantly the hosts themselves were wonderful - they helped us out in every way possible with the transfers to/from Dubrovnik airport & the daily visits to the Old town. They recommended us a nice speed boat for a full day trip to all the surrounding islands. If you do end up staying here do not miss the almost private beach at your disposal All in all it was an amazing 3 night stay for us all & I am sure we will be coming back here & recommending it to our friends to try it out. Loved staying here! Nikolina was so helpful and quick to respond to all my messages before and during the stay. She even put us in contact with a private chef (who was lovely!). The villa was gorgeous and would happily stay here again!

Spotlessly clean villa, beautiful location with stunning views, host were lovely people and always happy to help. Beds were very comfy. We loved the outdoor kitchen and found it ideal. Close to airport if you have a car 25 mins drive. 35 mins to the old town. The villa is quite rural and very peaceful and relaxing. Overall a very lovely villa with a great picturesque view, went for one week but we would have loved two.

What a lovely way to kick off a holiday with our family - on arrival Diana had prepared some local meats and cake as a welcome. The house is 5 star luxury, the view is stunning, beds are so comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor kitchen by the pool. This is the best stocked airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Diana truely made us welcome and is a fantastic host. She helped us organise dinners and a day out on a boat. So many great memories from our holiday. Thanks Diana you are simply amazing.
