Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

This condo right outside of Moab was perfect for our family trip. Our goal was to explore Canyonlands and Arches National Parks for several days, and we wanted a home base in a beautiful setting. Perfect spot, very comfy, spacious for four adults, and a well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view. The yard is large enough to store any offroad vehicles you may bring and the backyard is huge for dogs or other outside activities. James was always quick to respond to any questions we had, we will definitely be coming back

Fantastic place! One of our favorites that we have ever stayed in. Super new and modern, with big windows to enjoy all the views. It was so clean and well taken care of — the cleaning crew had even added the little touches of having a new coffee filter in the coffee maker, and a detergent pod in the dishwasher. When they are doing little things like that, you know it’s a good place. The amenities were great. It was really live in ready with all the kitchen items you’d ever need, fully stocked with Keurig coffee/cocoa/tea, spices, etc. Best stocked kitchen at an AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect. At the south end of town, so it is nice and quiet but still a 5min drive to anything you need. The view out the back into the mountains is awesome, and made for some great sunrises. Really great place that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. Only place that I would book here in the future.

Moab is a beautiful place! While you’re on the other side of town from Arches NP and not within walking distance from food options, the drive is super easy and the home is in a peaceful neighborhood. The home had everything we needed and was super comfortable. Although we didn’t use any of the outdoor amenities, it’s a great space! The home is next to a playground and community pool, which was great for our young son.

Awesome spot for a bigger group. Gorgeous views and tile details. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies and dishes.

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

Robbers Roost is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Moab but it is set back from the road so it is totally quiet, nice and dark to see the stars at night, and backs to the beautiful Moab rim with no neighbors behind. The outdoor space is beautiful.

Quiet cabin exceeded our expectations! We were hoping for a decent place close, walkable to town. What we got was much more! We did walk to town for coffee, ice cream and lunch. But, the cabin is also very comfortable with lots of room to fit 6 people. Very homey! There were two choices for outside fires at night. Propane fire pit or wood fire, with plenty of wood. Emily lives on site and was very helpful, but not intrusive. She was quickly responsive to any questions and offered lots of suggestions for activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend Quiet Cabin.

This was a great fit for us closing out our camping trip. The bathrooms were nice and well kept, with fresh towels to use daily. Would recommend to my friends and would love to come back.

This is a great place to stay if your just looking for a place to sleep while playing in Moab. No frills place but way cheaper than any hotel in town. Everything was clean and as described. Would stay again when we come back to Moab.

What a stunning place! Secluded, quiet, with amazing views! Road still under construction, but the host texted to advise us to leave before work began on our last day which was very helpful. Otherwise, we had no issues getting up and down the mountain during our 4 day stay. Thank you so much!

Quiet, up on the hill above Moab that’s remote enough to feel away from the crowds. The drive in is a little deceiving - GPS says 30 min so started to stress being too far away from Moab town items - absolutely worth it! Doesn’t feel like 30 min (never timed it) because it’s THE most gorgeous drive. Great views and freshly paved road up the hillside. The place has two bedrooms and two bathrooms that are on either side of the place so if you have 2 couples or kids who may be loud - great they’re at the other end. Found all amenities we needed in the house including coffee machine, pans, … Overall value for the money, this place was exactly what we wanted and was 10/10 worth the stay!

This place is exactly as advertised. Beautiful surroundings, cabin that matches the pictures, with easy to understand directions for getting there, checking in, and checking out. Great experience and I would love to stay here again.
