We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable! Beds were very comfortable and location was great! Anytime I had a question Paula was very quick to respond ! We had an issue with our door keypad and Paula had it resolved within the hour calling me several times to keep me updated. The location is great! Pool is clean and great for kids ! Right across from a Surf side market and Waffle House ! It had plenty of parking and felt clean and safe ! Would absolutely stay in Paula’s place again!

Us 6 adults from Ohio loved Erin’s place to stay and will be booking again in the future definitely!! I’m just speechless on how everything we wanted to do was so close to our condo and we were all comfy and slept amazing!! Thank you Erin for everything you presented to us in our stay!!! Totally EXCELLENT!!! And so is Erin she is AMAZING!! 🤗❤️‍🔥💯💯💯

Thank you to Rob, we had a great family vacation! With this house, there was plenty of room for all 10 of us! We loved the location, the pool, the proximity to the beach, and local attractions! Rob was a great host! He communicated well, and everything was as described, beautiful and comfortable! Thank you from all the family!

LOVED our stay! This was my two toddler’s first time ever seeing the beach, and I’m so happy we found this during our last-minute booking. The condo is exactly as listed, right on the beach. Beautiful, unobstructed view right from the patio. Sue was very responsive even before we reserved, and made sure to check in with us during our stay. Every bed was comfortable, and there were extra blankets if needed. After reading older reviews I can tell they’ve been making improvements on this unit to better everyone’s experience. If you’re searching for your beach stay with a view, I highly recommend this one. This will be the first listing we check availability for from now on.

Great location and communication! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were glad to find a flashlight in the closet for our nighttime beach walks. It would be nice to have smart TVs in the upstairs bedrooms to relax at night, and a few other updates would make it even better. We enjoyed watching and trying to catch crabs in the lagoon, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, we had a great stay!

This was our second stay here (on the opposite side of the duplex) and again, we loved it! Not only is it exactly as described but they have so many amenities on hand and the house is very clean! The location is so close to everything but tucked away enough to not be disturbed and our kids loved using the bikes they have available. The hangout area under the house is great for grilling out, playing games, or “just chilling”. We will hopefully be back again next summer!

I can not say enough about Amy and the place my family stayed at while on vacation in Pensacola. Amy was very responsive whenever we had a question. She also did a great job making recommendations. The place was exactly as described in the listing. They went above and beyond and had a brand new pack and play delivered for our younger son. We will absolutely be going back this stay with Amy the next time we are in town.

David was awesome so attentive so quick with the responses he went out his way to make sure I was able to accomplish my trip I originally booked on a weekend with bad weather he let me swap weekends and found me an available air bnb with in close distance as original location so I didn’t have to wait the next month til that air bnb was available again our stay was great nice air bnb huge kitchen and fast access to the beach etc would definitely book again

The condo was in a wonderful location with restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within walking distance. The pickleball courts across the road was an extra bonus! It was easy to get to the beach. Because we were able to park in designated parking by Wal Mart and walk across the street to the beach it made it really ideal to access. The condo was perfect for our family, clean and very comfortable. Great stay!

Everything was great, went as a beach trip would’ve been expected. Near everything we wanted to be near and house met all needs!

We enjoyed every bit of our time here. Children enjoyed the spa and pool. Golf cart experience stood out for them. Beach was just outside of the community. Community amenities including private beach access was great. The house itself was clean and as described in the photos. Hosts were very responsive and everything worked out well for us. We had the best time as a family at this beach house! It felt like a little home away from home and such a perfect location with quick and easy access to a quiet and family friendly beach! Some highlights for us were the patio with a big net to enjoy at night, large garage for parking, safe and quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again! One thing we didn’t expect was limited dish washing and laundry supplies, so with a family of 5 staying for 5 nights, we had to get some from the local store during our stay, but we completely understand and that was such a minor thing it didn’t take away from our great experience, just an fyi to maybe grab a few supplies on your way in if you are a big family or staying for a while. Overall, we had a great time and are already scheming up our next vacation to this cute beach town!

We stayed at Paul’s place for two months. It was perfect for our long stay and had everything we needed. Paul was very responsive to questions. The location was great and had lots of food and entertainment options in the area. We highly recommend this stay!

This home is beautiful! It is clean, free of clutter and close to the beach. There restaurants nearby that you can easily get to. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend anyone to stay. The host is very responsive and easy to get ahold of if needed.

Perfect vacation home! Very pretty, loved the decor! Very quiet location. We had an amazing stay! 1000/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

This was my 2nd stay at this location and we are hoping to make it an annual event. The unit is located within easy walking distance of the beach. The back deck is a wonderful place for peace & quiet with a view of the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, which is a good thing because the local food places aren't the best (but lots of good places in Gulf Shores). The Ft. Morgan Pizza is terrible and expensive, I've given it 3 chances. Other places are okay. There is a Dollar General close by which is nice for last minute items. The unit could use some minor maintenance issues but it's very nice. The living room furniture is dated but comfortable. The bedrooms/baths are great and the beds are super comfortable. The location is very convenient to the ferry at Dauphin Island which is a historic site and a fun day. Overall the unit is very comfortable and reasonably priced. Love that is has a large table and open space for games, sewing, etc. Rare find in an airbnb.

Our trip with my daughters and mom started out rocky with car troubles, but staying here more than made up for it. Marisa was an amazing host. The girls loved the pool. The place was beautifully decorated while also being comfortable! Would stay here again!

PERFECT location! So spacious and loaded with everything so you didn’t have to pack it! Bikes! Beach towels! A Beach Wagon! Corn hole, ping pong, puzzles and games! Every bedroom was plenty of room and beds for our family. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Our stay was great! The house is located near many restaurants and stores, and is about a 5 minute walk from the beach! Super cozy and was a great home! Would definitely book again.

Peaceful place to stay. Short walk to beach, few steps to the pool. Restaurants, grocery and shops in walking distance. Newly stocked kitchen, updated dishes, pots & pans,knife block etc. Beds were comfy, new bed in guest room. Very important as we stayed a month. George is a great host, and shows pride in his nicely furnished Townhome. Hope to make it back next year. Thank You for opening your home to us. Mike & Rita J
