Awesome location with great views and plenty of room! We were a party of 11 and never felt cramped or on top of each other. Kitchen had everything you need to cook and serve a large group. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Brian even put a pack n play in one of the bedrooms to accommodate an infant in our group (this was a special touch, as I messaged Brian several months beforehand to see if there was one. He messaged back and said there was not, but when we arrived, it was there).

This stay was completely amazing exactly what we expected. Very clean with a great view. The only thing I can say is if you are a smoker this is definitely not a place for you you’re not even allowed to smoke on the balcony outside.

It had all the items you needed and had a beautiful view. The 4 of us were very comfortable with lots of room.

We had seven adults in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Amenities were great! Enjoyed the pickleball court being within walking distance. Lisa was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. We will be back again! Thank you!

We spent a wonderful week with our six children and six grandchildren. The kitchen and dining area was a wonderful meeting place for all to be together. The access to the beach and the pool were great. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom and the downstairs bathroom made it nice so that the kids did not have to run up and down the stairs. The washer and dryer were much appreciated and was the assortment of dishes.

This was a return trip for my family, the house was just what we needed. Pet friendly and comfy. Everything was clean and tidy. Be mindful of expectations, the house has the signs of wear and tear but that does not detract from the experience. If you are looking for that luxury modern influencer experience this isn’t it. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable home that a small family with their family pet can go have a nice beach experience then it’s perfect. Sit out on the patio and have a drink while watching the sunset over Mobile Bay. This gives me the vibe of the family lake house that is comfortable and relaxing without breaking the bank. Like I mentioned this a repeat visit for us and I lol forward to returning again in the future.

This was our second stay here (on the opposite side of the duplex) and again, we loved it! Not only is it exactly as described but they have so many amenities on hand and the house is very clean! The location is so close to everything but tucked away enough to not be disturbed and our kids loved using the bikes they have available. The hangout area under the house is great for grilling out, playing games, or “just chilling”. We will hopefully be back again next summer!

We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. easy access to the beach and just a 20 minute drive to Gulf Shores for touristy stuff. we ate at Tacky Jack's which is almost across the street which was pretty good. We will go back.

Our stay was better than expected, the views were amazing, it was so easy to check in and out. Will definitely use Vacasa again…

This was our fourth stay here - we just love it! The location is perfect for us. We love using the bikes they have available. The hangout area under the house is great for reading or playing games. We will hopefully be back next summer!

We booked this Air B&B on Mardi Gras weekend, I was so worried pedestrians would take our parking due to the location being on Broad st of which the parade runs down. But surprisingly no one crossed onto our property. Nor went into the back where our parking was located. We met the fella that lived down stairs, he was very friendly also.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed here. Thomi was great at working with us as our check-in time fluctuated. The kitchen and living room were very clean. The master bedroom could have used a little more cleaning but the linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough great things about this house, its location and about Beth. First, we did a 4 week stay here and everything was great. Check-in was easy, the house was as described (pictures need updating as the house is newly painted inside and out and has some slightly different furnishings, but we knew that before coming), and extremely well furnished. I was working from here for most of the 4 weeks and was a little concerned about the island internet, but I had no issues at all, it was more than fine (70-100MB) and allowed me to do constant video and voice calls. The location of the house in my opinion is on the best stretch of beach on the island. The neighborhood was extremely quiet with pool and tennis court and boardwalk to the beach. The house is very well equipped with kitchen, beach, bedding, towels, etc. Beth is extremely responsive and helpful, even ordered a new porch swing while we were there! Not enough room in this review to say all the great things I want to say!

Julie's house is definitely one of the most beautiful in the island. But the added amenities are what make it special: pool, ping pong table, bikes, basketball hoop, board games. It's great for a big family with kids. They're walking distance to the beach (but the sand dunes make it hard, just drive). One thing I didn't expect were the lengthy cleaning instructions that you find once you're there. Which were fine and reasonable (bringing garbage out, washing towels etc). But it would have been nice to have it added to the page description so you know that's what you're getting into before you book. If you have small kids with you, we found a big snake in the backyard, so just be careful. Oh also, bring mosquito spray. They are aggressive at night. I'm glad we chose Julie's home for our family outing. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo hosted by Rhonda and we will continue to do so as long as she will have us! It is perfect for a family beach vacation - 2 bedrooms, as well as a separate sleeper sofa allows SO much room to spread out and get comfy. There is a microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer that are all easy to use and work great. There's a great starter kit of dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, etc. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and have great pressure! This place is always spotless, which is saying a lot considering it's at the beach and it's so easy to get sand everywhere. The closet has a few beach toys and even beach chairs now, which is great when you're travelling so far like us. Check in is easy, and now the condo has a door code which is great - no having to keep track of a key. Despite being in a row of other condos, things are extremely private and you don't feel like you're right on top of each other. The beach and pool are awesome!

This is our 5th stay here. Each year we don’t know how it can get better and it somehow does. It is the perfect spot for relaxation and family time. The pool is a great addition! There is something so special about this house!

One of the most peaceful vacations we have ever had. Just as listed. Beach was wonderful and not over crowded. The only “complaint” would be the beds in the condo being a lot firmer than what we are use to. Over all we still had a wonderful week on this beautiful island.

loved the condo! well stocked kitchen! great place for my large family! tons of space! large dining table, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of sitting area in living rooms, awesome private beach, excellent accommodations! will definitely stay again!!! great hosts!!
