Kathleen worked around the delivery of my first grandchild for our check in and it was truly appreciated. Having coffee and snacks provided was also so nice! The condo was in a perfect location for us. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Mobile!!

The place truly felt like a home so much so that I got a little misty after my wonderful two weeks there! The beautiful park side neighborhood, friendly neighbors, lovely Three-mile Creek, and quaint church bells made the stay truly special. Publix supermarket is a five minute walk away, with other amazing restaurants and pubs close by as well. All in all, this has been one of the best, if not the best Airbnb I have stayed in. PS: If you’re a cat person, there is a very friendly grey haired, blue eyed cat that loves belly rubs!

The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The location was ideal, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Can’t wait to return!

A great stay. We enjoyed the peaceful, uncommercialized beauty of Dauphin Island and the Holland House was wonderful for immersing ourselves in it. It's centrally located on the island so you can walk everywhere. We enjoyed the Mardi Gras parade from the front porch and walked to the beach every morning.

Awesome as always! Loved the extra perks and treats! Third year was even better than last year! Booking again for next year!

We have stayed here at least 8 times. I live in West Mobile but like to rent here so can go out downtown without having to drive so far home.

Precious spot and location. Plan to return with more family and book the entire building. Tricia was a responsive communicator and made everything seamless - something that is very appreciated when traveling solo with kids!

Laina’s home was perfect for our group! We had 6 adults, 2 kids (ages 13 & 16), and 2 pups. The layout was perfect! The house had 4 Bedrooms, 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms and a half bath. Two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath on each side of the house so each bedroom has their own sink which was great! We walked in and the house was so clean and smelled very nice! The kitchen was very large and very well stocked! You could cook a huge full course meal for 8-10 people, and have enough serving pieces, appliances, bakeware and dishes for everyone. Table had 8 chairs and bar had 4 stools. We spent most of our time on the back porch if we were not at the beach. Beach access was excellent, short easy walk to huge beach. Dauphin Island is so laid back and relaxing, just the way we like a vacation. Laina was very prompt to answer any questions and very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Chill Out! I would definitely rent again!😎

We felt right at home, safe, neighbors are amazing and neighborhood is beautiful. Owners were amazing and very responsive and personable and friendly. We stayed 11 months while my husband renovated the BMW there in Mobile off of Government Street. Felt like home literally. It’s an old historic home so it had that old feel and character.

It was SO clean and nice! I could tell she spent a lot of time putting it together to make it feel like you are at home. Everyone had plenty of space and we could all hangout in the living room together as well. We loved the fireplace, when we arrived because it was cold that night. We had a wonderful weekend and would recommend Tami’s place! It was very close to everything and a short uber ride to and from a Mardi Gras ball! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

We had an amazing stay at Molly’s place in Gulf Shores! The house was spotless when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The setup was perfect for our family, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. This was one of the only houses we could find that allowed dogs and was close to a dog friendly beach, and my pup loved it! Very good location right by a white sand beach away from all the partying. The community pool was also nice. Not super fancy or anything, but having it just a few feet away was awesome for the kids. Molly was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home. Smelled freshly cleaned when we walked in. Nicely stocked with kitchenware. But, the major plus for this property is the easy access to the beach. The access point is literally across the street. Excellent property for a beach vacation for the price point. And, it was nice to be further away from the crowds that come with the large condos.

Everything was perfect! Spacious, clean and convenient to the events we attended in Mobile! Highly recommend !

The hospitality when walking through the door with snacks and drinks that were very much needed at the moment. It was just beautiful and peaceful. Just relaxing and the area was accommodating. Angela was by far the best host I encountered with on Airbnb.

This condo was clean. The amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and fitness spa were well maintained. The place is on the remote end of the peninsula so it was very peaceful. The beach access was a three minute walk or you could drive. The beach is really nice.

The unit is perfect for a small family or 4-5 friends. Being on the ground floor, it was a quick walk down to the pool. (As of 11/30/24 the outdoor pool and outdoor patio are closed for renovations), so we only had access to the indoor pool. The unit is very close to the stairs off of the parking lot, making carrying luggage and groceries in very easy. The unit itself is well outfitted and comfortable.

The location was just a short walk away from popular downtown attractions like Debris Bobs, placing us right in the midst of all the excitement. We visited during Mardi Gras, which allowed us to reconnect with friends while enjoying a fabulous rooftop spot that felt secluded. Plus, the gated parking was a fantastic added bonus!

Everything I was looking for was within a 10 minute drive. The host was easy to communicate with and dang sure responsive! All amenities worked!!! No one complained when I was in the hot tub after hours!

Wonderful place in a beautiful location! The place was clean and well taken care of with lots of amenities and helpful suggestions regarding local restaurants and things to do. Sylvia was very responsive and helpful and we loved our stay!

We stayed on the island at Mark and Sandra's place for a week to get a reprieve from our frigid MN winter and it was the perfect spot! Plenty of space and everything we needed to cook several meals, walk to restaurants(love The Carriage and Lighthouse Bakery!) and to the beach. Used the bikes a couple of times and the hot tub as well. Caught the first Mardi Gras parade and was so nice to be able to just walk to it. Great stay!

Amazing stay!! Private, Quite, Clean!! A very well equipped condo with all you need from beach supplies to kitchen supplies,etc. I love that they have everything you may need for the beach Umbrella,beach chair,Kids toys, beach towels, wagon. My kids had a blast! They also have a playpen! Great Host, will definitely be back, and also will be booking their Colorado location in the future. Thank you
