We had a wonderful week in Bologna with Mari’s place as our home base for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The kids made themselves at home, the kitchen allowed us to prepare meals (including local fresh pasta), and we were close to both the historic center, the train station, great places to eat and drink, and amenities like grocery stores, nail salons, the playground. Not to mention one of our toddlers got some of the best sleep of his life in the small bedroom.

Franca E Mario's place was perfect base for exploring Bologna and also doing day trips via train to other cities. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I was met by Mario who was very friendly and showed me where everything was and was close by if there had been any problems. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The local area has good places to eat, plenty supermarkets and town is within walking distrance or short bus ride away. The flat was comfortable with everything we could need for a pleasant stay and James was welcoming, helpful and happy to share his local knowledge. I would recommend his place and would love to visit Bologna again.

A very functional and lovely apartment in the historic centre. There’s an elevator and you only have five easy steps to the door. It’s the best address in a bustling area with shops and bars. It’s close to the two towers and Piazza Maggiore. Actually close to everywhere and even reachable by taxi. We loved the apartment! You enter into the living room, the bedrooms with own bathrooms are on both sides, which makes it very practical and convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable, bed linen and towels were good quality. The bathrooms were spacious and there are good lights everywhere in the apartment but also natural light from windows. The walk in closet linked to the other bedroom was a plus, as well as the many hooks to hang your clothes and other items. We stayed for one week and would have enjoyed an even longer stay there. We can recommend the Green House, it’s worth the price. Gabriele was a great host, thank you!

Visitamos Reggio Emilia por una conferencia en el centro Loris Malaguzzi, el alojamiento se encuentra muy cerca del lugar y fue cómodo para nuestra estadía. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todas las comodidades que uno necesita. El anfitrión Alberto fue muy amable y preocupado porque todo estuviera perfecto. Recomiendo completamente este lugar si quieren visitar Reggio Emilia.

Bardzo miło spędziłam czas w mieszkaniu. Wyglądało dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Z gospodarzami była bardzo dobra komunikacja. Proaktywnie podesłali informacje o restauracjach i miejscach wartych zobaczenia. Bezpieczna dzielnica, zdecydowanie polecam na pobyt w Bolonii.

“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Aun así, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y sin duda lo recomendaríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!”

Fabio è stato fin da subito molto chiaro e disponibile nella comunicazione. L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: spazioso, accogliente, pulito. La presenza di due bagni facilita l'organizzazione mattutina. La cucina non l'abbiamo usata, ma era presente una moka, un bollitore, e tutti gli essenziali: caffè, zucchero, sale, olio. I bagni hanno entrambi doccia/vasca, l'appartamento era dotato di asciugamani, sapone, shampoo, e phon. Noi siamo stati solo una notte, non abbiamo usato la terrazza perché pioveva, in generale mi sento assolutamente di consigliare questo appartamento sia per la posizione che per come si presenta. Non meno importante la disponibilità di Fabio: si vede subito che ha molta esperienza e sa comunicare con chiarezza le informazioni fondamentali.

Elena’s place is nicely located in a very green residential neighborhood just on the outside of Bologna’s historic center. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Her apartment is warm and inviting, furnished with antiques and art and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, linens were fresh. Elena’s communication was excellent and her English outstanding. We felt really welcome.

Skvelý hostiteľ, ktorého odporúčame všetkým na 100%🔝. Veľmi ochotný, priateľský, vždy rýchlo reagoval, snažil sa nám so všetkým pomôcť, jeho rady boli užitočné🥰. Ubytovanie je pekné, čisté, dokonca nám pripravil aj detskú postieľku. A občerstvenie, ktoré nám nechal na stole a v chladničke je niečo, čo sa len tak nevidí☺️...s takýmto niečím sme sa doposiaľ nikde nestretli a tento pán je ozaj SUPERHOSTITEĽ🔝🤩. Poloha bytu výborná, samotná ulica a štvrť mesta, kde sa byt nachádza, je viacmenej tichá a zároveň do 10min je peši hlavná železničná stanica, 20-25min je peši do centra mesta. Ubytovanie sa nachádza na 2.poschodí bez výťahu, ale zvládli sme to v pohode s 2 deťmi (obe majú ešte v kočík). V rámci pobytu sme boli na výlete v San Marine, Verone, Ferrare a sú to krásne miesta, ktoré sa oplatí vidieť. S vlakmi sa dá z Bologne super cestovať☺️. ĎAKUJEME za krásny pobyt!!!🥰

Siamo rimasti estremamente contenti di come siamo stati accolti. Questo viaggio ha avuto molti intoppi e cambi di programma ma nonostante ciò abbiamo ricevuto comprensione e fiducia. L’alloggio è ben arredato, pulito e molto ordinato. La paesaggistica è qualcosa di meraviglioso. Ritorneremo senz’altro perché siamo stati bene come se fossimo in casa nostra.

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

The place is amazing! Breathtaking view in the middle of Modena’s historical area. Nicola is a very kind person, before booking we ask for double bed instead of one single bed, he bought a queen bed brand-new and put it in the room specifically for us. Francesca the co-host check everyday if we’re good or need something. She took care of the car’s issues, answer quickly and practically to every thing we’ve ask, they did the best for us to feel comfortable and satisfied. we appreciate that and it was beyond our expectation. We think every person who comes to Modena should visit this apartment. Thank you very much. You got from us 10 stars not only 5. See you next time 🤍💚❤️

This is a lovely apartment in a wonderful location if you want to explore Bologna. Tucked under the roof of a large apartment block, it is quiet, spacious and beautifully appointed. You can walk to anywhere in under 15 minutes, ideal for popping back home during the day if you want to rest. Fiorella is a generous host with ample supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. The place was spotlessly clean and was easy to access. Fiorella answered any enquires instantly. Overall a great stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful quirky accommodation, in a perfect location - a few mins walk to the main square of Bologna. Large communal area and additional great space which is separate for the kitchen and dining area. Very comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms and spacious layout. There are steps to the door and steps throughout the apartment, therefore might be a struggle for anyone with limited mobility.
