La casa di Daniela (Homeby) è un ottimo posto per potersi rilassare e staccare la spina. La comunicazione con Daniela ottima. Suo papà ci ha aspettato al uscita dell’autostrada per indicarci la strada migliore, molto gentile anche lui. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, così anche il nostro cane (Golden Retriever). Una location da consigliare con tutto quello che serve per stare bene.

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per un mio ospite che è stato benissimo. Posizione comoda, facilità di accesso. Host assolutamente gentili e disponibili ( anche dopo una mio errore di comunicazione, si sono dimostrati gentili e comprensivi)

Sono stato soddisfatto della casa di Giuseppe. Ottima la pulizia, facile da raggiungere ed in posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro ( anche a piedi). Ottima la disponibilità di Giuseppe.

We had an amazing stay in Alberto's place (Anna's apartment and Alvaro's apartment). Alberto was so responsive and helpful when it came to planning our trip to Modena to go to Osteria Francescana. We had two great nights in the town with wonderful food recommendations from Alberto. The apartments were great value, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I deal for our large group of ten people. The location was perfect too - a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the centre and near all the great bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Modena!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La maison d'Alberto est un véritable havre de paix. En pleine campagne, dans un environnement paisible mais pas isolé. Une très bonne pizzeria et un glacier incroyable à moins de 15 minutes à pied. Situé à 20 minutes de Parme et 50 minutes de Bologne. Idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter la région. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Alberto est un hôte attentif, amical et réactif. Je recommande avec plaisir la maison d'Alberto. Merci Alberto

SPARisio was our base for our exploring holiday and it was perfect. It's secluded, but easy to find. Sasso Marconi is 15 mins away with many restaurants, shops, and a larger supermarket if the Coop in Vado is closed. Silvana and Alberto were very friendly and accommodating hosts, with plenty of recommendations. They live in the house in between the 2 Airbnb’s, so are always around if needed. The property itself is beautiful; amazing views and well equipped with everything you could need, from the pool and sports equipment to the cooking utensils and sunbed towels. There is a washing machine, but this is shared with the other Airbnb on the estate, and the hosts, which is worth bearing in mind. The pool area is lovely with loads of inflatables and volley balls, sunbeds, sofas and shade. There is no dishwasher, and I couldn’t find washing-up gloves in the supermarkets, so come prepared if you have gel nails! Overall, this is a great property, in a stunning location. Highly recommend.

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

Bellissima casa nella campagna, appena fuori Reggio Emilia. Francesca e Moreno super amichevoli, gentili e disponibili. Un tocco artistico abita la casa e la rende speciale, come i proprietari.

Mein Aufenthalt in Sallys Wohnung in Modena war einfach wunderbar! Sie ist modern, sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich gemütlich. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt, und man merkt, dass Sally großen Wert auf Details legt, um ihren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Die Kommunikation mit Sally war ebenfalls hervorragend – sie war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Ich kann diese Wohnung in Modena nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Antonella’s is a clean little flat and it’s cozy. She was very responsive over message and gave very clear instructions that we had no trouble finding the place at all. She and her husband were super helpful when we flicked a wrong switch and sounded an alarm, they dealt with it right away. I definitely would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy flat for their stay in Modena.

We fell in love with this apartment straight away. The location is so central and surrounded by the best restaurants and close to the train station. We can recommend everyone to explore the beautiful city by bike or e-bike. By the train station you can rent a bike per day or week for just a few Euros. We will definitely stay at any of the apartment from Silvia next time.

The apartment’s location couldn’t be more convenient, it’s just steps away from Bologna’s main tourist attractions and close to excellent restaurants. The building has an elevator (a rare find!), which is very handy for bringing up luggage or after a long day of walking around the city. The apartment features three en-suite bedrooms, which are both practical and very comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen was a fantastic bonus, especially for preparing breakfast or the occasional lunch or dinner at home. Annalisa and Alessia went above and beyond to make our stay special — from the thoughtful amenities to the little treats they left for us, everything felt even more charming and welcoming. Communication with Alessia was always easy, quick, and pleasant. She was always ready to help, with unmatched kindness and warmth. We highly recommend this apartment, it truly made our time in Bologna even more memorable.
