Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro di Bologna sia se, come noi, si va all’unipol arena per un concerto. Zona tranquilla, fornita di mezzi di trasporto, negozi e supermercati. Noi abbiamo conosciuto Sara come host ed è stata gentilissima e disponibile, la casa un vero gioiello, impeccabile e pulitissima.

Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Perfect house for a girls weekend. Ten of us had plenty of space to cook, hang out both inside and outside in the beautiful backyard and jacuzzi. We were not bothered that it is an old house with creeky floors and some doors that did not close and a few bugs here and there. We would have loved to have a more modern or at least bigger coffee maker for the 10 of us all wanting coffee in the morning and maybe a few extra rolls of toilet paper but there are shops nearby so it was easy to restock. We did not meet Nicoletta but Gabriela took great care of us and came over several times to help us figure out how to light the stove, fix a fuse that blew, etc. she was always readily available and very cheery and helpful.

A great place to stay , with extremely welcoming and helpful staff. A perfect stop over for our family of four.

Einfache Wohnung mit viel Platz und allem was man braucht. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Wir waren schnell mit dem Zug in Bologna und Modena und innerhalb von einer Stunde in Parma und Mantua. Rosanna war eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und gut zu erreichen.

Abbiamo passato solo una notte in questa fantastica casa, ma sicuramente ci ritorneremo! Alloggio pulitissimo, fornito di tutti gli accessori in cucina, una vasta scelta per la colazione. Casa calda, letto comodo, atmosfera molto intima, poi la camera relax con la jacuzzi e il camino è spettacolare! Stefano é una persona molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha aspettato oltre l’orario del check in, é stato fuori sotto la pioggia ad aspettarci! Ottima esperienza!

We had a lovely stay at Piero’s place. It has a feeling of a grandmother’s house, which makes it warm and welcoming. The check-in was very smooth. Gladiola welcomed us with her lovely pie. Very clean space, good heating, stably warm water, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with extra duvets, which we indeed needed. I would have loved a couch for more comfort, but this is totally our own personal preference (it was not listed as an item of the house anyway). Thank you, we look forward to coming back again!

Das war die beste Unterkunft, die wir je gebucht haben. Blitzsauber, zentrale Lage, schön eingerichtet, sehr schöne Terrasse. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiter. Grandios!!! Donatella ist die perfekte Gastgeberin!

abbiamo soggiornato un paio di giorni in questo fantastico appartamento in fattoria. É super vicino al centro di Modena ma anche a centri di interesse come Maranello. Patrizia é stata super gentile, presente e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. L’appartamento é impeccabile inserito in un bellissimo contesto paesaggistico e pieno di animali. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Super consigliato!

Diego was extremely helpful n responsive when I needed some directions to get to the apartment and offered excellent recommendations to restaurants and places to visit. His apartment was clean and as described in photos. Good n safe location and walkable to places of interest. Highly recommended.

After visiting some large Italian cities we completed relaxed in Emilia Romagna in this remote apartment. The scenery was stunning and the local small towns were welcoming. The food and wine were great! We visited Maranella and Bologna by car which was straightforward and recommended but much of our time was relaxing, reading and walking. We highly recommend Emilia Romagna and Matteo’s B&B

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en amoureux dans l’appartement de Cristina. Très propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût avec tout le nécessaire, il est parfait pour découvrir le centre ancien à seulement quelques minutes à pied. La communication avec Cristina a été parfaite dès notre réservation jusqu’à notre départ ! Nous recommandons.

Perfect location, charming street. Appreciated map on condo wall and print out of suggested restaurants. Enrico quickly responded to a shower drainage issue. Exiting the train station was confusing but we found our way. A 15 min walk to condo. Modena food tour was fun for us. Visiting the museums and classic pieces in the churches were a highlight for us.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken, in augustus. Het was erg warm, maar het huis bleef lekker koel. Het huis is prima ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig en aan alles is gedacht! We hebben Roberta even kort ontmoet, zij was aan het werk en op vakantie. Het contact via whats app verliep echter heel erg goed. Roberta reageerde erg snel en was erg hulpvaardig. Ook had zij heel veel tips voor uitjes, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants etc. Echt top! De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te doen. Bijna geen toeristen tegen gekomen :-). Het huis heeft geen tuin, maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving. Er is wel een patio, deze wordt echter gedeeld met ander bewoners, met name om te roken. Dat is wel een nadeel zo naast je raam als je daar ligt te slapen, want dat gebeurt ook 's nachts. Ook hoor je dan de gesprekken in de nacht. De slaapbank in de woonkamer werd na een aantal nachten wel wat oncomfortabel. De bedden in de slaapkamers waren echter erg comfortabel.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We had the most amazing time at Benedetta’s place. It really is a little paradise in the Italian countryside. The swimming pool is lovely, there is a lovely outside area where we ate dinner every night and the house was comfortable (if a little warm). I would advise people that there are lots of mosquitoes, obviously this is the case everywhere in Italy and has nothing to do with the property but make sure you bring lots of spray. I would also say regarding the reviews talking about lack of privacy- for the most part we had no issues with this. There was another family staying in the other property but they were friendly and didn’t bother us. There was one night where another guest arrived and was a little bit intrusive- we weren’t clear whether he was staying or whether he was just a friend who had come to use the pool- but Benedetta messaged us and apologised for this. It is a beautiful space and we were so relaxed and happy to be there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.
