Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Modena

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Michele was so very accommodating and hospitable to us even though it was a very last minute request. He was very understanding to our situation and went out of his way to let us stay at his place. Everything was absolutely 5 stars. Thanks Michele.

Tres bon logement. Tres bon lit. J ai mieux dormi dans ce logement que chee moi. Tres silencieux. Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours de Bologne. La mere de Édouardo est tres gentille et aimable. Je recommande ce logement.

Giacomo è stato da subito disponibile e amichevole. Le indicazioni che ci ha fornito per arrivare all’ alloggio erano molto precise. L’ alloggio è accogliente e pulito, e la zona estremamente tranquilla in quanto in cima alla collina. Il check-in è stato molto semplice. Eravamo in 4 adulti e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti.. due bagni fanno la differenza!

Excellente prestation. Le logement est très propre et tout est fait pour assurer un bon séjour. L électroménager, la vaisselle,tout est très fonctionnel ! Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet endroit bien situé entre Florence et Bologne. Merci à Patrizia et Pierjuan

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Casa in posizione strategica, gigantesca e dal bellissimo cortiletto interno, la doccia funziona benissimo (cosa da non sottovalutare) letto comodo e cucina dotata di ogni comfort!

La casa è accogliente e molto carina, Stefania è gentilissima e disponibile. Siamo state molto bene ed è stato come essere in casa, la cucina è fornita di tutto e Stefania si è premurata anche di prepararci alcune cose buone per la colazione! La casa indubbiamente non è adatta a tutti per la presenza di scale ovunque (sia per accedervi sia al suo interno) ma la cosa è descritta anche nell'annuncio e per noi non è stato minimamente un problema. Se ci sarà di nuovo occasione saremo felicissime di tornare!

Das Apartment ist nur wenig ausserhalb der Altstadt, dafür relativ ruhig. Die Sauberkeit, Betten und Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung. Das Appartment ist grosszügig geschnitten, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt einen schönen grossen Esstisch für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Für grössere Gruppen/Familien ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Dicht an der Altstadt, kleine Läden, Eisdielen und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Francesco ist ein 1A Gastgeber. Sehr hilfreich, immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Appartment umd den Gastgeber zu 100 % empfehlen.

All good, all as on photos and descricption and more. Maybe it could be a little cheaper for this standard, as compared to other similar places. But who knows, all in all it's hard to compare. In price you receive a house, good even for 4 peoples, all clean, all ready to live there for weeks. Beautiful localization, with trains about 15-20 minutes from the house. I would recommend

Loved this place! Communication was easy and the host saved us a parking spot close to the location which was super helpful. Apartment was beautiful - the painted ceilings and the decorative elements throughout made us feel like royalty. Location was minutes from restaurants and shops, and we walked around into the night with no issues. There were a few stairs at the location (not many, but worth noting) and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Questo luogo è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo prenotato la villa intera per un ritiro di lavoro con 10 persone. Ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio nelle stanze private e i spazi in comune - il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, e la cucina - sono stati più che ampi, perfetti per passare questi giorni insieme come gruppo! Vittoria è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di tornare un'altra volta!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Perfect house for a girls weekend. Ten of us had plenty of space to cook, hang out both inside and outside in the beautiful backyard and jacuzzi. We were not bothered that it is an old house with creeky floors and some doors that did not close and a few bugs here and there. We would have loved to have a more modern or at least bigger coffee maker for the 10 of us all wanting coffee in the morning and maybe a few extra rolls of toilet paper but there are shops nearby so it was easy to restock. We did not meet Nicoletta but Gabriela took great care of us and came over several times to help us figure out how to light the stove, fix a fuse that blew, etc. she was always readily available and very cheery and helpful.

Lisa’s house is extraordinary. It was perfect for our little group. The people in town were so welcoming and the surrounding area is beautiful. We hired Rosa to cook for us one evening and it was a trip highlight. We would all like to come back!

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday.
