A cozy, clean and comfortable house. The dimensions of the parking lot are exactly as described. My car didn't fit by 5 cm, but I had no trouble finding a solution. Elisa prepares everything very detailed for her guests. If we ever visit Bologna, Elisa's place will be the first place I will look for.

Casa Doriana è in una posizione meravigliosa per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità. Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in compagnia molto piacevole in quanto c'è una grandissima zona di giardino dove poter giocare con gli amici. Pier Giuseppe è molto cordiale e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su come raggiungere la vicina Bologna. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

We had a really nice 6-night stay. The little house is an old renovated farm building. very charming, with exposed beams. it was comfortable. we liked the huge bedroom and living space. the kitchen is tiny but fine for what we used it for. The bathroom is accessed from the stairs. Parking right outside the door made things very easy. The location is great for exploring the many attractions in the area. We visited Bologna by walking 12 minutes to the railway station and taking a 45-minute train ride.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en la casa de Annabella. El jardín es mágico. Todo lindo, limpio, parecía que éramos los primeros huéspedes en ese Airbnb pues está perfectamente mantenido. Anabella es un amor, responde rápidamente y nos ayudó con absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos. Ojalá hubiéramos podido estar más días en este precioso lugar. Esperamos poder volver pronto!!!

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family home with us.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

This was the perfect place to stay for our work trip to Bologna. We liked that it had two bathrooms and it was centrally located. We could easily walk to the train station where there was a taxi rank and links to local bus services. Although off a reasonably busy road, the house was an oasis of calm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place was immaculately clean and warm. Pia and Marco couldn't be more helpful. They sent me a list of recommendations and always responded to any questions promptly. This was our first experience of Airbnb and we will definitely use it again and hope to return here.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Franca E Mario's place was perfect base for exploring Bologna and also doing day trips via train to other cities. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I was met by Mario who was very friendly and showed me where everything was and was close by if there had been any problems. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.

Lucia was a great host, she personnally checked us in and explained everything regarding the apartment and told us what should we visit in Bologna. The apartment was close to the city center, just a 10 min walk and it was close to the main attractions, also it was very clean. Thank you Lucia for everyting!

mitten im Zentrum gelegen, alles zu Fuss in Kürze erreichbar, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants ...habe mein Auto im Parkhaus "Riva Reno" stehen gelassen von dort sind es ca 5min bis zur Wohnung, also bestens trotz Zentraler Lage ist es in der Nacht ziemlich ruhig da die Fenster in den Innenhof schauen, sehr empfehlenswert

Tolle Wohnung ganz nah dem Zentrum in einem netten kleinen Viertel, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sauber und große Räume, super Empfehlungen der Hosts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Grazie mille.

Loved staying in Valeria’s home. Brilliant central location in Bologna. Via Marsala is a lively street with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Enjoy them! The apartment is lovely, characterful and feels like a home from home. We didn’t cook, too many restaurants to try, but the kitchen is really well-equipped if you wanted to. We’d would definitely stay with Valeria again! I’m in Bologna every year and this is a little gem! H and S xx

L’appartement est beau, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est fourni, et dans le quartier on trouve des épiceries. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Piazza Maggiore est à 25 minutes de marche en ligne droite. Seul bémol : le bar en dessous de l’appartement et sa terrasse qui se trouve sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Les bruits métalliques forts, probablement des chaises et des tables déplacées sans soin sur le plancher en céramique, des portes métalliques claquées avec force, sont dérangeants jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, parfois jusqu’à 2h30. S’y ajoutent les discussions animées, la musique forte parfois, la diffusion de prière certains matins dès 7h et la forte odeur de chicha sur la terrasse qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pour le touriste de passage avec de bons bouchons pour les oreilles la nuit ça va, surtout que l’appart est impeccable. Cela doit être pénible et usant à long terme pour le voisinage.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Die Wohnung ist super leicht zu finden und Franca hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt und uns Tipps für Bologna gegeben. Die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage mit Treppe oder Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Bequeme Betten und in der Küche alles was man braucht. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist es nachts etwas lauter, dass sollte man bedenken.

Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank an Antonio für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung!

Perfect location to explore the wonderful city of Bologna. The flat is quite tiny, and the photos might give you an impression that it is bigger than in reality. It is what it looks like, nothing more, nothing less. We did not like the beds or the pillows very much, but despite that, the apartment had everything we needed. Make sure you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, because the noise from the street is amplified. Guiseppe communicated very well, and the flat was very clean.
