Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

La maison d'Alberto est un véritable havre de paix. En pleine campagne, dans un environnement paisible mais pas isolé. Une très bonne pizzeria et un glacier incroyable à moins de 15 minutes à pied. Situé à 20 minutes de Parme et 50 minutes de Bologne. Idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter la région. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Alberto est un hôte attentif, amical et réactif. Je recommande avec plaisir la maison d'Alberto. Merci Alberto

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We spent two nights at Dania's beautiful countryside mansion. We think it was just perfect for group of five (3 adults and 2 children). This was a calm and relaxing start for our holiday in Italy. We had a warm welcome from Dania and her family. They had left us local delicacies to try. If you want to enjoy the sun and views along private pool and have family dinners outside, this is definitely your place! We will never forget eating figs straight from the tree ❤️

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Borgo delizioso, all’insegna del relax con piscina e giardino. Casina ben curata e ristrutturata con gusto, offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Spazi adatti anche per bambini. Cucina ben organizzata con tutto l’occorrente, bagno nuovo. Host gentilissimo ci ha accolti calorosamente e fornito molte informazioni sui dintorni.

Beautiful home we loved the surroundings very much and the room with kitchen was perfect for us. We cooked and ate breakfast and dinner outside every evening. The ping pong and honesty bar were bonus! Pool was great too all in all we loved it and would stay again!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrispondeva a quanto descritto nell'annuncio, dotazioni comprese. Abbiamo trovato anche prodotti di uso quotidiano (olio, sale, zucchero, caffè, cialde, spezie, carta assorbente, ...). La posizione è immersa nel verde, tranquilla, con possibilità di vivere gli spazi esterni in sicurezza. È necessario raggiungerla con un mezzo. A qualche centinaio di metri vi è un sentiero lungofiume molto suggestivo.

Siamo tornati a casa di Ivano per un breve soggiorno e non possiamo che confermare il nostro apprezzamento per la tranquillità, il comfort della casa, la comodità della location per visitare il bellissimo territorio della Riserva MAB dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, e non ultima la squisita accoglienza di Ivano, host disponibile e discreto che ci fa sentire sempre come a casa condividendo con noi l'amore per la sua terra e la natura che qui fa da padrona. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und war sauber und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber kommunizierte proaktiv. Wir waren mit dem Auto und unseren Fahrrädern auf dem Heckträger angereist. Eigentlich muss das Auto auf einem Parkplatz in der nähe abgestellt werden. Als der Gastgeber dies bemerkte und sich sorgen machte, dass die Fahrräder gestohlen werden könnten, organisierte er kurzerhand einen Toröffner von einem Nachbarn und wir konnten unser Auto in einen Innenhof abstellen. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Skvelý hostiteľ, ktorého odporúčame všetkým na 100%🔝. Veľmi ochotný, priateľský, vždy rýchlo reagoval, snažil sa nám so všetkým pomôcť, jeho rady boli užitočné🥰. Ubytovanie je pekné, čisté, dokonca nám pripravil aj detskú postieľku. A občerstvenie, ktoré nám nechal na stole a v chladničke je niečo, čo sa len tak nevidí☺️...s takýmto niečím sme sa doposiaľ nikde nestretli a tento pán je ozaj SUPERHOSTITEĽ🔝🤩. Poloha bytu výborná, samotná ulica a štvrť mesta, kde sa byt nachádza, je viacmenej tichá a zároveň do 10min je peši hlavná železničná stanica, 20-25min je peši do centra mesta. Ubytovanie sa nachádza na 2.poschodí bez výťahu, ale zvládli sme to v pohode s 2 deťmi (obe majú ešte v kočík). V rámci pobytu sme boli na výlete v San Marine, Verone, Ferrare a sú to krásne miesta, ktoré sa oplatí vidieť. S vlakmi sa dá z Bologne super cestovať☺️. ĎAKUJEME za krásny pobyt!!!🥰
