Great 👍🏾 experience working with Feddie. The penthouse matches the advertised pics 📸. Very attentive and responsive to my questions about certain things within the penthouse. The view of Bologna was beautiful at night 🌙 and day. Great location and friendly doorman.

All good, all as on photos and descricption and more. Maybe it could be a little cheaper for this standard, as compared to other similar places. But who knows, all in all it's hard to compare. In price you receive a house, good even for 4 peoples, all clean, all ready to live there for weeks. Beautiful localization, with trains about 15-20 minutes from the house. I would recommend

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Daniele. Es war schön ruhig zum Schlafen, morgens wurden wir von der Sonne geweckt und konnten die Morgensonne zum Frühstück geniessen. Kinderfreundlich war es auch und es gab sogar einen Spielplatz vor dem Haus. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον τρίτο όροφο ενός πολύ ωραίου κτηρίου σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, είναι πολύ φωτεινό και σύγχρονο με ωραίο μπαλκόνι και σύχρονη κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη ( η κουζίνα διαθέτει τα πάντα). Το μπάνιο απλά είναι υπέροχο!!! Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες με μεγάλα κρεβάτια, άνετα στρώματα, με καινούργιες ντουλάπες. Το διαμέρισμα είναι 30 λεπτά από την piazza Maggiore και σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου που πάει στο κέντρο και super market. Είναι ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα που το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Antonio για την φιλοξενία.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Emiliano. Emiliano est très accueillant et arrangeant, il a été très compréhensif pour notre retard à notre arrivée. Le logement est totalement conforme à la description, très confortable, très bien agencé et décoré, et parfaitement propre. De nombreux équipements sont mis à disposition ainsi que de petites attentions qui sont un vrai plus. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucun problème.

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Io e il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo soggiornato nella splendida abitazione di Andrea e dei suoi genitori per 1 notte, però ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Andrea e i suoi genitori sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e di compagnia. L'alloggio era pulito, ben curato e la cucina super fornita! La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per staccare dalla routine quotidiana in città. Super consigliato!!

Alloggio molto confortevole, pulito e come da descrizione. Host molto disponibile per check-in e checkout flessibili in modo da poter venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Appartamento leggermente fuori dal centro ma ben collegato dai mezzi pubblici.

L'appartamento per me è stato molto comodo per andare a un evento all'unipol era corrisponde alla descrizione e lost è stato estremamente disponibile. In realtà ho trovato che fosse meglio di quello che mi aspettassi C'è una camera per la lavanderia e un balconcino vivibile con una ciotola per animali domestici eventuali Inoltre ci ha accolti con un cestino di benvenuto di tutto rispetto.

Appartamento perfettamente in linea alla descrizione, curato e con tutti i comfort che puoi trovare in una casa. Fabrizio molto gentile e la comunicazione con lui è stata molto facile. Nel quartiere c'è tanto parcheggio, ma si riempie subito. Consiglio vivamente!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet – vor allem die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Zwei Bäder für fünf Personen waren purer Luxus und wir hatten alle mehr als genug Platz. Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus waren sehr praktisch, und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut erreichbar. Ein Auto ist definitiv zu empfehlen, um die schöne Umgebung ganz entspannt erkunden zu können. Ricardo war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen – danke für die schöne Zeit!
