We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut, um das historische Zentrum von Bologna zu erkunden (wir waren zu viert). Sie ist gut ausgestattet, Einkäufe kann man bequem in der näheren Umgebung erledigen. Klare Empfehlung!

The pictures match the description. The apartment was clean, cozy, and new. The host was in contact. It was near the old city, around 15 15-minute walk. It was a bit cold because the heat didn't work as I wanted and the air conditioner was only on cold regimn. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, it was a good choice.

Séjour très agréable. Dante est un hôte adorable de bon conseil pour promener et manger. Très à l’écoute et disponible. Appartement tout confort il ne manque vraiment rien.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Daniele. Es war schön ruhig zum Schlafen, morgens wurden wir von der Sonne geweckt und konnten die Morgensonne zum Frühstück geniessen. Kinderfreundlich war es auch und es gab sogar einen Spielplatz vor dem Haus. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

Tolle Wohnung und super Gastgeberin! Alles war sauber und die Wohnung toll eingerichtet. Patricia hat super schnell geantwortet und immer geholfen. Wir haben sogar Tipps für Restaurants und Gepäckaufbewahrung erhalten. Absolut zu empfehlen wenn man ein paar Tage in Bologna verbringen will. Die Innenstadt, tolle Restaurants und der Bus sind schnell zu erreichen. Ein tolles Frühstück bekommt man direkt vor der Haustür :) Wir kommen definitiv wieder - danke Patricia!! :)

Stayed in this place in late September. The apartment was just as described. Very clean and neat. The location is excellent for walking towards the downtown of Modena. Lot of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. The host was excellent. Explained everything in detail upon arrival and was helpful to suggest numerous locations in the area for food. He was also quick to respond to questions. We felt the value of the property was fair.

Super host educato e disponibile. B&B molto accogliente e pulito. È stata una bella esperienza, posto consigliato se si cerca qualcosa di tranquillo con la comodità di un bar di fronte. Consigliato anche per chi vuole visitare il museo Ferrari.

Casa Doriana è in una posizione meravigliosa per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità. Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in compagnia molto piacevole in quanto c'è una grandissima zona di giardino dove poter giocare con gli amici. Pier Giuseppe è molto cordiale e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su come raggiungere la vicina Bologna. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Casa in ottima posizione, era proprio quello che cercavamo, in mezzo alla natura, puro relax, la casa si presenta in ottime condizioni, pulita e molto ampia

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken, in augustus. Het was erg warm, maar het huis bleef lekker koel. Het huis is prima ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig en aan alles is gedacht! We hebben Roberta even kort ontmoet, zij was aan het werk en op vakantie. Het contact via whats app verliep echter heel erg goed. Roberta reageerde erg snel en was erg hulpvaardig. Ook had zij heel veel tips voor uitjes, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants etc. Echt top! De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te doen. Bijna geen toeristen tegen gekomen :-). Het huis heeft geen tuin, maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving. Er is wel een patio, deze wordt echter gedeeld met ander bewoners, met name om te roken. Dat is wel een nadeel zo naast je raam als je daar ligt te slapen, want dat gebeurt ook 's nachts. Ook hoor je dan de gesprekken in de nacht. De slaapbank in de woonkamer werd na een aantal nachten wel wat oncomfortabel. De bedden in de slaapkamers waren echter erg comfortabel.

This was the perfect place to stay for our work trip to Bologna. We liked that it had two bathrooms and it was centrally located. We could easily walk to the train station where there was a taxi rank and links to local bus services. Although off a reasonably busy road, the house was an oasis of calm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place was immaculately clean and warm. Pia and Marco couldn't be more helpful. They sent me a list of recommendations and always responded to any questions promptly. This was our first experience of Airbnb and we will definitely use it again and hope to return here.

Good sized apartment and very convenient for station for trips from Bologna, many places easily accessible. Nice and quiet. Well equipped kitchen with table to sit comfortably and 2 bathrooms very useful. We enjoyed our stay and Carlotta was very helpful.

We were extremely happy with our choice to stay at Riccardo’s apartment in Modena. The process of checking in and out was clear and easy. The photos matched what we found, which is not always the case. There were lots of little details and notes around the apartment that helped you know what to do, and we appreciated those details. The location was fantastic for those arriving by train. It was only a few minutes walk to the apartment, and then only a few more minutes walk to get into the historic city center. There was a little rain while we were in the city, but Riccardo saved us with two umbrellas that were there to use. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our short stay in the city, and we would not hesitate to come back if we are back in the area again.

Apartament bardzo ładnie urządzony, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Miejsce bardzo czyste, na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do centrum spokojnie można dojść na spacer. Sabrina bardzo pomocna i komunikatywna. Serdecznie polecam !!

Monica’s apartment was lovely. In a very convenient position close to the main square. A lovely, clean flat with everything we needed. Monica was very responsive when our key didn’t work and she was very understanding when I couldn’t log in to my Airbnb account to respond to her messages. We had a great time and I am sure we will be back.

Lovely stay, the only feedback we have is that the shower in the main bathroom is only either v hot water or v cold, nothing else. If this is just down to the way you do it, it would be good to have instructions as it was a problem for us.

L'appartement de Damiana est parfait, très bien situé, à proximité des transports, des cafés et des commerces. Damiana est une hôtesse particulièrement attentionnée, permettant de se sentir très bien chez elle. Propre, calme et très équipé, l'appartement est idéal pour un séjour à Bologne.

Ich habe nun schon einige Unterkünfte gesehen. Zwei so nette Gastgeber wie Stefano und Lauro hatte ich aber noch nicht. Sowohl im persönlichen Umgang als auch beim Schreiben immer freundlich, hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Besonders bemerkenswert war, wie schnell die beiden reagiert haben. Beispielsweise als der Rauchmelder beim Kochen anging (ich habe die Brote etwas zu sehr geröstet 🤪) und wir Hilfe gebraucht haben, hat es keine Minute gedauert, bis beide per Handy erreichbar waren. Perfecto 😇

Modena è sempre una città accogliente, bella, gustosa. La casa di Francesca è in un’ottima posizione, a due passi da tutto. Romantico il sottotetto. La casa è pulita. Si devono salire alcune scale per arrivare dentro casa, dunque fare attenzione se ci sono ospiti con problemi di movimento.
