Ahmed and Shereif were exceptional hosts. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Ahmed personally greeted me, gave me a tour of the apartment, and made sure I had everything I needed. They were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all my questions. Ahmed’s guidebook was incredibly helpful for my one-day trip in Alexandria. If you’re someone who enjoys exploring on your own, the guidebook will be a great resource. The room was spotless, and despite my short notice, they ensured everything was ready for my stay. The furniture was beautiful and made me feel like royalty – truly like staying in a palace! I was also pleasantly surprised to find free chips, water, and cola available during my stay. I’ll definitely book again in the future. Five stars all the way!

كانت رحلة ممتعة وتجربة ممتازة في الفيلا من جميع النواحي الحمدلله ، القرية أمنه والناس محترمين ، تسجيل الوصول سهل وسريع ومرن جدا خصوصا مع صعوبة اوقات رحلات طائرتي ، النظافة ممتازة وكل الحاجيات متوفرة وكان هناك مساعدة خاصه للتنظيف بسعر رمزي ، البحر قريب جدا ومتوفر سوبر ماركت وخدمات ووجود التكييف كان رائع! المضيفة جيهان لطيفة وودودة ومرنه بالتعامل وكانت على تواصل معنا طوال الرحلة بكل رحابة. اخطط لاعادة التجربة بالتأكيد

We had a fantastic stay at Mrs. Hanan's villa. She was a warm and accommodating host, even welcoming our family dog. She provided thorough information for our stay, making us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and stocked with essentials, and snacks were kindly provided upon arrival. Mrs. Hanan also offered us a flexible check-out time, which was a much-appreciated gesture. The property is conveniently located within a short walk to the sea and features a great pool. We were truly impressed by the whole experience. Overall, we highly recommend Mrs. Hanan's villa for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Ο χώρος του Yaser ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε για τη διαμονή μας στην Αλεξάνδρεια. Ήσυχη και ασφαλής περιοχή, το σπίτι υπέροχο, φτιαγμένο με αγάπη και γούστο, καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, τα κρεβάτια και οι χώροι άνετοι, όλα πολύ προσεγμένα, καινούργια και όμορφα τακτοποιημένα. Νιώσαμε ζεστά και φιλόξενα και με το μέρος αλλά με με τον Yaser ο οποίος ήταν ευγενής, πολύ εξυπηρετικός και συνεπείς σε ότι του ζητήσαμε. Το πρωί μετά από μια αναζωογονητική βουτιά στην πεντακάθαρη πισίνα του, ήπιαμε καφεδάκι και φάγαμε πρωινό στην αυλή, ότι καλύτερο για να ξεκινήσει κανείς τη μέρα του στις διακοπές του. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Avec ma femme, nous avons bien apprécié le séjour chez Hadi un market était à proximité, ainsi qu’un coiffeur, et le 101grill qui était très bon. Pas besoin de prendre la route durant votre séjour tout est à proximité.

I had an incredible time staying at Bass Villa's beautiful home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a perfect trip. The location was ideal, and all the thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. Bass was an exceptional host—quick to respond and super helpful with local tips. Karim is a gracious host, super helpful, friendly and courteous. Not once he wasn’t there to provide assistance or extend support and or guidance. He is on top of his game and is a proactive person. The villa is in a good shape that can accommodate big families with kids n pets, more TLC around the furniture and linen is needed, yet it has everything that you need to get started. The landscape, garden, outside sitting area is extremely well maintained and amazing spot to spend the afternoon/evening. The resort is chilled and has couple of super market, grocery, couple of cafes, community center, pharmacy, bakary, Abu Samra for foul and taamia (they don’t start operation before 9:00am a bit late for the early risers) There is a nice seafood restaurant called Olvera of about 10min drive from the resort, for dine in(a reservation is a must) or takeaway (basically you call and place your order then go pick it you - as they do not deliver) Overall, comfortable stay at nice place with warm hospitality from Karim - thank you!

Appartement très bien situé, très propre et conforme à la description. Sans aucun problème pendant tout les séjour Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour séjourner confortablement. Le métro est vraiment 200 mètre et la plage aussi un supermarché ouvert très tard aussi Il y a beaucoup de boutiques chics . L’hôte Madame Farida est joignable facilement si besoin. a été très réactif à toutes mes questions dans l'ensemble, a rendu le séjour vraiment facile. Je reviendrai avec plaisir merci Madame Farida Je recommande à 100% .

Moemen is an extraordinary host and an amazing human being with a great heart at the same time! I very much enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is conveniently located and above Egyptian standards in every respect. It is generally quiet, though one can sometimes hear some noise from the water system (as some people have mentioned here as well). But in such a big city it still is a surprisingly quiet atmosphere at night and the most quiet place I have stayed at in Alexandria or Cairo. Moemen was incredible supportive in every aspect of my stay. He helped me when my flight was cancelled, and even gave me a ride to the bus station, because I couldn't get an Uber in time. Thank you very much for everything, Moemen!

Der Aufenthalt in Polinas und Khaleds Wohnung war rundum gelungen. Die Lage ist top und die Wohnung selbst sehr ansprechend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die herzliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den beiden. Sie waren stets erreichbar und haben sich sehr darum bemüht, dass ich mich wohlfühle.
