The place was lovely. Except the bedding sheet were very dirty in room #4. Otherwise everything else was great

We had a terrific time at Mike and Kathy's beautiful spot by the river. It was great to be able to swim at the private dock after work, especially since it was an unusually sweltering Sept. The house was lovely, stocked with everything we needed, safe, and very comfortable. Mike was extremely responsive, helpful, and generous about sharing their family's special place. If anything the photos don't do the guest house justice. We all loved our stay and will definitely be back if we get a chance.

Comfortable, clean, cozy, and safe most accurately describe Chuck’s adorable guest house. We arrived as tenants but left as friends. Our pups were welcomed and safe in the back patio with the very tall chain link fence. We throughly enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunset each night from the front porch. It was fun to spot an occasional polite coyote passing through the neighborhood and see the daily visiting rabbits and quail. Chuck and Maria’s yard includes a ghost town replica, beautiful plants, trees, antiques, and even a horse. We found a multitude of things to do in the area. I was able to walk my dog every day and found the neighborhood friendly as well. Since we stayed several weeks, the washer and dryer was very appreciated. The only regret hubby had was not bringing his side x side. Well, now we know, and next time we visit Bullhead City, we’ll bring our side x side and definitely stay with Chuck and Maria.

The place felt very homey and it was beautiful! We enjoyed the nice backyard and all that was around the area! Dante was very helpful to answer any questions and checked in on how we were doing, I definitely recommend!

This was perfect stay in every sense! Patty's place is immaculate, private and comfy. The amenities are top tier. The outdoor space is so relaxing. We highly recommend this stay!

Was a lovely stay and the casita surprised us. Super spacious for me and my wife, well decorated and has a nice vibe. As everyone seemed to say before we booked here, its extremely private. Garden is closed in and it feels like a separate mini home. Definitely worth it and the hosts were very accommodating. If you’re wanting a more affordable option, this Casita will exceed your needs!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, quiet, and very peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The instructions to get to the house were clear, making check-in smooth. The shower had great water pressure and stayed nice and hot, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. But the best part was being greeted by Shadow, the sweetest cat! He made our stay even more special. Would definitely stay again!

We had an unexpected last minute need to stay the night in Havasu, JR responded and accepted our booking within minutes. They were extremely hospitable and friendly upon our arrival.

Rics place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is close to everywhere we wanted to go. If we go back we would definitely stay there again.
