the home was very clean and well maintained! check in was really easy and the very few check out instructions are posted in a couple of the rooms and next t to the doors. the baack yard was great for the kids. they ran around and played tag for about an hour before sitting down to a movie. thank you Helen for the great stay!

We have absolutely zero complaints. Beaand peaceful. Our dogs fit in immediately.

Evan’s home was clean, well appointed and very nice. It was the perfect space for our girl’s getaway. It was close to London Bridge, restaurants and bars. Evan provided clear instructions for check in.

Great place; responsive host. Close to the wedding site we needed. 3 minutes from the grocery store and other stores. Easy!

Nice place, very open & roomy. Was very clean & had lots of amenities in the kitchen. Visited the Rotary Park nearby with our Grandchild, pretty cool play areas, giant park! We had a very pleasant stay here 👍

This Havasu house was exactly what our family needed for our spring break! We spent hours in the pool and in the game room. My family and I were never bored-there were arcade games, poker, foosball, a pool table and so many more things to keep us entertained. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked as well. I was excited to have an air fryer. The host was helpful. He even had short videos in his house manual to work the air conditioner and spa. I highly recommend staying at the house.

Our stay at this Lake Havasu home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene ambiance of the place. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy them together in the spacious dining area. The place was really nice, easy to find, on a quiet street, and just what I was looking for. We found the place to be well maintained, clean, and had absolutely no problems. I had good communication from the host before and during my stay, so I felt very comfortable that if I needed to send a message, I'd get a response. This place is great, and I'd love to stay again at this very location when I'm in town again. Highly recommended.

Great stay for an affordable cost!

We go to Havasu every summer to spend a few months there with family and friends. Franks place was absolutely perfect. 3 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful pool and spa for those long summer nights. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was very private. Frank was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend his place to anyone and he welcomes pets which made it the perfect choice for us.

Rich & Lisa's home was exceptional! It was spacious, well-appointed, immaculate, equipped with anything needed and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu City and would not hesitate to recommend Rich & Lisa's home.

Julie is a great host. She was very understanding about weather/work conditions. She kept us updated on weather in her area so we knew what to expect. Her home and yard is wonderful. We want to return when the weather is nicer and warmer so we can utilize the back yard. We had a great time.

Our stay at this home was great! We were in town for a softball tournament which was conveniently located 2 mins from this home. It was clean, cute and free of clutter. The neighborhood was really quiet and felt safe. I would def stay here again!

I decided to push thru and continue driving so I didn’t actually stay here. However, Tom was quick to respond when I messaged him and I am looking forward to staying here when I am back in the area and have some time to explore.
