The property was perfect for us and our pups! We enjoyed walking to the river and taking the dogs for a swim. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We had family over for a bbq and sat outside enjoying the cute surroundings and built a fire. The hosts were wonderful as well! Would love to stay again!!!

Christine’s house was extremely cozy and great for my family. Christine was extremely good with communication and made us feel comfortable. We would definitely book with her again

Truman and Jessica's place was amazing. Beautiful scenery, lovely house, all amenities you could need. Answered all questions within minutes. The morning sunrise was awesome to see the mountains

The house felt like home and we used almost all the amenities. Grill, back patio, dining room table, Kitchen table for breakfast and snacks. The best part was the garage game right on. We used everything in there and used it as our family time in the evening.

A great stay! Perfect fit for my family of 5 and a great retreat during the soccer tournament. Huge common area with plenty of seating. My kids loved the pool/game room with additional lounging space. Kitchen had everything you need. The house is super clean and updated. And the host is very responsive. Quiet street. And so so close to the rotary park. Will be back next year!

This was just as the pictures showed. Really nice quiet neighborhood, seems like many older couples who are retired live in the area. The house was very clean and the instructions to get inside were very easy. You can see the view of the river from the living room. The host was very responsive and proactive. There was a little issue with a neighbor thinking we were breaking in, but Annabel was very quick to jump into action called the police station and was right there supporting us along the way! Safe to say the neighborhood is very safe! And the neighbor was very sweet. I would stay again! 😀

Loved staying here! Beautiful, huge and clean condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the boat slip in the evenings. In the mornings we would take a walk to the river dock. Lorraine's place was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when we visit Bullhead/Laughlin area.

We have stayed at this house multiple times. Lawrence is always such a great host, the home is always so clean and tidy. We love that he allows pets! The pool is in great shape and the backyard is perfect. We will continue to rent this home for as long as he has it available. Thank you, Lawrence.

It definitely felt just right like at home. I would definitely stay here again! Lovely condo and surroundings were peaceful! There’s a pool in the community but of course we have the river which we end up going to the community park. This place was amazing for me and my family we definitely stayed somewhere comfortable quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants near by you can walk it too but faster in car. Only one small little con wasn’t too much of a big deal but the ac in the condo we had to keep turning it down so it can stay cool in the condo we definitely went during hot weather time. But we all kept taking turns turning it.

from start to finish this house was amazing! Barb and Pat did a wonderful job. there were a couple hiccups, but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. my family, as well as my 2 huskies were allowed to enjoy the pool, which was a winner in my books! i will definitely be using them again, and will recommend to everyone. my twins sure loved the small area of the pool that they could walk around in. the views are amazing! the floor plan is great, as its wide open. 10/10 highly recommend this house, as well as any other listings from lazy river getaways!

We had an amazing experience at Sundrops Villa in Bullhead City! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable—largely thanks to our wonderful host, Ryan. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was comfortable. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed (and then some). The location couldn’t be better—right across the river from Laughlin and just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Whether you’re planning to explore the area or just relax, this place is a perfect home base. Highly recommend Sundrops Villa to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-hosted getaway!

Hey folks! We stayed here for NINE days with our two little fur babies and was very sad when we had to head back home to the "real" life. We so enjoyed the home, the king bed was comfy, neighbors were very friendly and neighborhood was peaceful. Everything you need for household utensils were stocked. A plus for us was a nice walk in shower, as we aren't spring chickens and appreciated the ease of access. 😉 We had a couple of questions and they responded very quickly. Would we do it again??? ABSOLUTELY in a heartbeat. Eric and Ana have a wonderful home and are great hosts. Unfortunatly 5 stars were the highest we could provid.

Wonderful home, nice view, very responsive host. Most homes in the area are mobile homes, which was not a problem but helpful to know. (This home is not a mobile home.) Great interior, well-stocked kitchen, nice little patio out back. Was great to find a quiet place to hang out when the craziness of spring break is happening an hour down the road in Lake Havasu City. Thanks Patrese and Katie!

Roberto was the perfect host. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and very accommodating to our special requests. Roberto's house is nicely decorated and very comfortable for my husband and I. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The area is quiet and we felt safe staying there. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the sunshine. We would definitely like staying there again if we are in the area. Thank you, Roberto, for making us feel at home.

I had an amazing experience . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an entertaining home for family. I am a mother of 7 and they all had fun. Not one complaint of being bored. Restaurants and casino only a 10 -15 min drive. I look forward to booking this home again in the near future.

We were in town visiting family for the weekend. The location worked well for our needs. A car is a must though in Mohave Valley. The property was extremely comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very nice laundry area. Close to Oatman(donkeytown) and about 10-12 minutes to grocery stores. Host was very responsive and we would highly recommend the property to those visiting the area!

This was the second time we've stayed here. It was just as nice and comfortable as the first time. Roseann and Danny were very responsive and friendly. Would love to stay here when we're back in town.

This was our third time staying at Shellie’s place and it’s definitely one of our go tos when we head to the river! Her place is clean and doesn’t feel like you’re staying in someone’s home like they just left for the weekend, it has more of a hotel feel which we prefer! My husband loves that there’s plenty of boat parking behind a gate too! If you’re looking for a cozy little place to stay this is it!

We had a comfortable six weeks at Lorena's place, and felt right at home. The house was very nice and the location great. We had a few concerns about cleanliness and non-working lights when we checked in, but Lorena responded immediately and took care of everything very quickly. We did need to purchase some items for the kitchen for our extended stay, but overall the kitchen was well-supplied. We loved the location and have booked another extended stay next year.
