apartment is very Peaceful and sea beach very near also shopping centre you can walk by yourself . garden very clean and beautiful. our family spend very nice time together at the apartment. Specially with papa everything is best There was a lake just next to the garden. Highly recommend. we will come back again soon.

Words cannot describe how perfect our stay was. Sharmini was a fantastic host, even before we got there. She was quick to answer my many questions about the villa, the local area and sharing details of companies that could collect our large party of 12 from the airport. Even calling them on my behalf when they didn't respond to my messages. The photos of the villa don't do it justice. The rooms are all a fantastic size, beds and pillows comfy and the bathrooms are wonderful. The location on the beach was just perfect. We were 3 families with 6 children between 2 and 8 and we all spent our time running from beach to pool l. Idilic. But the standout feature of the villa is the fabulous and dedicated staff. Dilu, Milan and Bandu. Dilu could not do enough for us and was on hand, yet discreet. Milan! Well his cooking is easily the best I've had in Sri Lanka. He cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for all of us every night catering for us all! Our villa stay was perfect in every way!

We made a last-minute booking, but everything was very well organized. Podi communicated excellently and provided a clear and detailed description of the place upon our arrival. We especially loved the kitchen and its well-equipped setup, and we truly enjoyed the space as if it were our own home. Highly recommended for long stays and groups!

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. Sea Crest Beach Villa enjoys a stunning beachfront location, right in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Ambalangoda. The setting is truly breathtaking, offering direct access to the ocean and mesmerizing sunset views. We stayed for six nights and had an entire floor to ourselves, which was spacious and with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying the sunset from our private space was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne woche am sauberen ruhigen strand. Sind jede nacht mit dem rauschen der wellen eingeschlafen. Das frühstück konnten wir uns auf nachfrage individuel zusammen stellen lassen. Uns wurde mit salz, pfeffer und öl zum kochen ausgeholfen. Sowie mit zusätzliches datenvolumen für das wlan. My stay at the villa was lovely. The garden and lake view are even more beautiful in person than in pictures. I spent many hours on the porch, mesmerized by the wildlife - peacocks, chipmunks, monkeys, birds, and butterflies. The villa offers complete privacy, nestled in a tranquil and serene part of the jungle, perfect for relaxation. Nilendra was an exceptional host, very kind, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any request. Thank you, Nilendra, for making this stay so easy. This place is truly a hidden gem.

Such a secluded and peaceful location. The rooms are huge and the pool is great. It's a perfect place to switch off and enjoy nature - we saw monkeys, chipmunks, and no end of birds, including a huge eagle that would perch in the tree above the garden. Malan and his wife looked after us well (but were never overbearing) and Malan was always on hand to run us to the beach or shops in his tuktuk. Thanks also to Andrew who was very quick to respond to any queries. This is a hidden gem at a great price.
