Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Perfeito . Localização incrível, casa toda equipada, sem defeitos . Melhor do que nas fotos. Voltaria com certeza e indico . Localização maravilhosa 10 minutos andando pra old Town e bem próximo de algumas praias. Perfeito.

We had a great time here! It was so convenient for old town and all the amenities were nearby. So close to the port too. The hosts were great and we had an excellent stay here!

Приятное жилье с красивым видом. Совсем недалеко от старого города, минут 10-15 пешком вдоль залива. Вдали от шума. По пути есть магазины и пекарня. Само жилье чистое и соответствует фотографиям. Единственная особенность, которая может не понравится — жилье находится на горе и нужно подниматься. Все остальное просто отлично и соответствует. Также хозяин предложил заселение раньше, в удобное мне время.

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

Fantastic stay in cavtat. Lovely hosts and very friendly. Everything was provided what we needed and lovely and clean. The location is perfect and really peaceful. Beautiful views and sunsets. Bar cool next door was always welcoming and great sandwiches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay sad to go home xx

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

We loved the Airbnb. Isabelle was very responsive and answered any questions immediately. The home was fully equipped extremely clean. Short walk to Old City.

Marija, Tiho et leur famille nous ont très bien accueillis. Ils se sont montrés disponibles pour toutes questions et par ailleurs discrets laissant une agréable sensation d'être chez soi. Un petit coin de paradis pour qui aime se retirer du tumulte des villes.

Marija was so helpful to us from first booking the apartment to when we left the property. The property was very clean on arrival and everything was as described in the description on Airbnb. We had a wonderful holiday, the location is picturesque, beautiful and peaceful and it takes about twenty minutes by bus into Dubrovnik, car parking is expensive and difficult to find. A hire car is definitely advisable if you want to discover the nearby nearby area or venture to other countries. We visited Bosnia and Herzogovina and Montenegro which were both very interesting. Marija was the most helpful and friendly Airbnb host we have ever had. We hired a small hire car so we needed an additional taxi from the airport. Unfortunately the taxi driver misunderstood our address and we were dropped off in the wrong location and Marija did not hesitate to come and collect us and take us to the apartment. Book Marija's apartment you won't be disappointed.

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. Alles super ,Tina war sehr zuvorkommend und ich sollte mich melden wenn ich was brauche,hat mir ihr Strandtuch geliehen weil ich meinen vergessen habe.Das Apartment befindet sich direkt an der Promenade, und schöne Live Musik nebenan gab es gratis :-). Da ich Herceg Novi eh schon gut kenne war es für mich perfekt.Ich kann nur das Apartment weiter empfehlen! Danke Tina 🫶

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

We loved staying here and hope to return. The location was perfect, far enough outside the centre of Dubrovnik to be a slower pace of holiday. Everything was right on the doorstep, we enjoyed the walk around the bay everyday and swimming in the sea. The boat trip with Bruno was a real highlight and he took great care over our trip. We hired paddleboards on a couple of occasions too, it's very safe, calm and enjoyable way to explore the bay. Being upstairs the apartment felt quite private and has a lovely view from the balcony across the bay, we liked seeing the swifts flying around and the fish in the water too. Anita and family were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and arranged airport transfers. The apartment is really modern and a relaxing place to stay - wouldn't hesitate to recommend, thanks so much for a great stay!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Our stay near the old town of Kotor was nothing short of perfect! The location was ideal, just a short and pleasant walk to the heart of the historic old town, allowing us to explore its charm and beauty at our own pace. The accommodation was beautiful, offering stunning views of the bay and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the beauty and history of Kotor—highly recommended!

Всё прошло отлично. Bojana помогла с трансфером из аэропорта и регистрацией. В квартире всё новое, все приборы работают, очень чисто. Маленькая, но уютная, а расположение очень удачное: магазин IDEA со всем необходимым - через дорогу, а до центра Тивата - 10 минут пешком.
