Perfect accommodation for 10 days stay was incredibly pleasant and comfortable, very clean is exactly like in the photos also cozy and well- equipped providing everything we needed. The location was also not far from central places, you could easily go by taxi and the neighbourhood is charming and quiet. The host was friendly and responsive.Thanks for your hospitality and yes I would return in the future ☺️😎⚡️

L'appartement de Slim est très bien situé au coeur de la Marina de Monastir. Il est en tous points conforme à la description : duplex particulièrement vaste, très propre, coquet, agréablement décoré et bénéficiant d'un équipement tout à fait fonctionnel. La présence d'un balcon et d'une terrasse bien agencée permet de suivre le soleil toute la journée. Aucun problème de connexion wifi, ce qui favorise le télétravail. Tahar est très agréable, sympathique et immédiatement disponible en cas de besoin. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande vivement l'appartement de Slim et je ne manquerai pas de le réserver à nouveau lors de mes prochains séjours à Monastir, ville dotée de nombreux atouts touristiques. Merci encore.

Really enjoyed our time staying right in the chaos of the medina. Not always quiet or peaceful but other than the Ramadan firecracker signalling the beginning of the fast (don't know the real name) and the call to prayer, it quieted down overnight. The apartment is large, traditional and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the two terraces are sunny but offer good views and most of the sites in Sousse are within a few minutes walk (and the beach is about 15 min). No wifi so we got extra data on our eSims (SimOptions) and the signal was always strong (good enough to hotspot when necessary, too). Lots of nice touches like blankets, decorations and a small space heater that was handy on a few chilly nights (in early March). We think the medina is the best part of Sousse so this worked perfectly for us.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, l'appartement répondait bien à nos attentes... Petit manque dans l'appartement : un grand miroir :) On a passé un séjour très agréable.

nous avons passé un super séjour, cadre agreable, zied est tres disponible, il y avait à disposition un gardien et sa femme qui ont su prendre soin de nous tout en étant très discret. une expérience à revivre, tout correspond à l'annonce voir encore mieux. nous recommandons fortement. La piscine était nettoyée régulièrement, la maison était propre. Nous recommandons cette maison en espérant y revenir un jour. À très bientôt.

J'ai été ravie de ma location, parfait pour notre famille de 4. L'emplacement est paisible, accueillant, bien entretenu. Un véhicule est indispensable mais la plage est accessible à pied. Les gardiens et le personnel de ménage de la résidence sont très gentils. Nizar est un hôte très accueillant, réactif à la moindre demande et toujours joignable. Le bien est spacieux avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande vivement.

We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

The villa was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming: they took us to the airport, left some food at the villa, suggested restaurants... The villa was big, very clean, in a safe neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this place. We are very happy to have chosen it!

We had a lovely stay. Maher was a very accommodating and friendly host. The villa is located in a very quiet area of Hergla but the main area is within a short walking distance, including a range of restaurants, cafés, and the beach. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the outside facilities are great. We would like to return the the villa again in warmer weather to make better use of all it jas to offer. Thank you Maher.

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

The host was very nice and accommodating person. He was answering very fast on our messages. The apartment met our expectations and was exactly how is the description in the app. Fully equipped with all the amenities that one family need for long stay there. I recommend with bought hands and I hope will visit the place again soon!

L'appartement était parfaitement conforme à la description, avec une vue qui offrait une vue imprenable sur la plage et la piscine, ce qui a rendu chaque matin magique. La résidence elle-même est bien entretenue, calme et sécurisée. Idéal pour se détendre tout en profitant de la proximité avec la mer. Un vrai havre de paix, parfait pour des vacances reposantes. L'hôte a été très réactif et accueillant. Nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Très bel appartement, tout était parfait. La plage en face est superbe, beaucoup de poissons surtout le matin, c’était un plaisir de passer nos vacances ici.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have. Thanks dear Nejat for hosting us and hope to see you next time we visit our beloved city Sousse...All the best :)

Séjour très agréable, le studio est bien aménagé, la cuisine est bien équipée, salle de bain très propre. une très belle vue sur la mer, l'hôte est hyper sympa. je reviendrai l'été prochain Nchallah et je recommande vivement.
