Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wir haben sie sehr genossen. Wunderbar dekoriert, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage und der Garten sind auch sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein großer Esstisch im Außenbereich, damit man draußen essen kann. Vito ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich und hat uns immer wieder geholfen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Logement extrêmement bien situé, qui donne sur une place pittoresque en plein cœur du centre historique. En quelques minutes, on peut accéder aux différents quartiers, visiter tous les monuments, églises et musées, aller voir le port et la mer, se rendre dans d'excellents restaurants et dans tous les commerces utiles. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel, au premier étage d'une maison. Le vendredi et le samedi soir, le quartier est très fréquenté. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et disponibles en cas de problème. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la découverte de cette belle ville et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ihre Tipps zu Restaurants, Ausflügen und versteckten Highlights in der Umgebung waren toll! Die Wohnung selbst ist unglaublich charmant, liebevoll eingerichtet und strahlt eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre aus. Absolutes Highlight war die tolle Dachterrasse – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Maria – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Blick, war in der Beschreibung etwas untergegangen und die schönste Überraschung. Kinder und Ewachsene hatten viel Spaß mit dem Pool, am Volleyballnetz, dem Tischkicker und im Jacuzzi! Alles war voll in Takt. Die Anlage war riesig und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und großzügig. Können wir jedem sehr empfehlen und werden wir selbst gerne wieder buchen. Wir hatten mit 13 Leuten eine tolle Zeit!

Beautiful place. Consideration of a later checkout rather than hard stop at 10am can help guest with sudden disruption of travel plans, especially if small children involved. Other than that, A great getaway for a family.

Antonio and Antonella were both excellent hosts! We booked last minute and only allowed a short time for them to prepare the house. The place was perfect and spotless when we arrived both hosts greeted us with warmth. The area is very safe and the surrounding neighbors are a beautiful representation of the heart of Sicily. We rented a car - SUV (mistake) to move around easily. Carnini has very very small streets - some our car would not fit down - so if you rent a car get a small one. While we didn't use the plunge pool during our stay it was a nice option. Be sure to go upstairs and check out thl views from the rooftop patio. I had a very small car accident while in Carini and if it were not for the help of Antonio and Antonella then I may of ended up paying a lot of money for an accident that was not my fault. Antonella even left work to come help communicate with the other driver because they spoke no English and was very hostile. I am so grateful for these beautiful souls

La Villa Rubino è un'oasi di pace in una Palermo sempre piuttosto caotica per il traffico e per il gran numero di turisti. E' stato per noi rifugio ideale per riposare dopo le giornate trascorse nel centro della città : il giardino è bello e silenzioso sia di giorno che di notte, un agrumeto lo abbellisce ed offre riparo dal sole e perfino il posto macchina è riparato. La casa ha spazi ampi e comodi : una cucina e una lavanderia ben attrezzate consentono di essere indipendenti e due bagni la rendono ideale per due coppie di amici. Quanto a Turi e alla sua famiglia sono più che ospitali, premurosi, disponibili e riservati. Se dovessimo tornare a Palermo non riusciremmo ad immaginare un posto migliore per soggiornare!

We had a great stay as a family and friends. Very helpful with checking in early on the day. The pool and outside cooking/dining area was great. Also an additional chill out space to the rear for Drinks in the evenings. Provided our 9month baby with travel cot and high chair no problem. Guiseppe was extremely friendly and provided local restaurant recommendations etc. Would Highly recommend. Thanks Again.

Nous avons passé 9 merveilleux jours dans la maison de Marco. La maison est très spacieuse pour avoir une liberté de mouvement et une intimité si vous êtes 2 couples. Il y'a deux chambres avec 2 salles de bain et deux salons, la cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle, les extérieurs sont vastes et arborés pour s'y détendre. Pour se garer , il y'a des places de parking juste à côté. La maison se trouve à 5 min en voiture de la plage de Mondello et 20/25 min de Palerme. En ce qui concerne Marco, il nous chaleureusement accueilli avec des pizzas, la communication à été simple et très cordiale. C'est une personne de confiance qui aime faire plaisir et qui respire la gentillesse par ses recommandations et sa disponibilité. Nous avons eu un brin de tristesse de quitter cette maison et cet environnement sicilien. Je recommande sans hésitation si vous voulez passer d'excellentes vacances. 🇮🇹✔️💙

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 1,5 und 3,5) fühlten uns direkt wie zu Hause. Zaira hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Vom Kinderwagen, Babybett und Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank ist alles vorhanden. Als wir einen Stromausfall hatten, hat sie innerhalb von 1 Minute geantwortet und uns die Lösung gezeigt und wir hatten sofort wieder Licht. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr sauber und wir konnten sogar im beheiztem Wasser baden. Die Kinder hatten extrem Spass und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Um die Gegend zu erkunden benötigt man ein Auto und ist in ca. 30min in Palermo und in 10min am Flughafen. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

Marco was an amazing host, our flight was delayed and he was incredibly flexible with our check in time. He sent us plenty of local recommendations, and really clear instructions on how to find the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very peaceful and set amongst a beautiful landscape. Place was as described, and as shown in the pictures. The hot tub was a great addition! Marco was overall a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. Thank you Marco for a lovely stay our first time in Sicily!

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Die Wohnung kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Sie ist genau wie auf den Fotos und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und man kann sich sehr gut auch selbst verpflegen. Die Glasveranda ist ein Traum ! Giuseppe ist super organisiert und hat uns immer tolle Tipps gegeben. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! So eine Kommunikation haben wir bisher selten gehabt! Wir kommen wieder! LG Julia und David

Martina and her partner were the perfect hosts - communicative in advance and extremely helpful whilst we were there, offering suggestions for places to eat and explore. The house is nicely secluded on a quiet road, but within an easy drive of Palermo. A great home base to launch Sicilian adventures!

We worked with Albi, Giorgio’s sister, for our stay. She was very responsive and helpful, even when we had last minute requests for a guide to Etna, etc. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any questions or recommendations you might want during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, but the walkable restaurant is wonderful. You will want a car though to fully explore and get to the grocery, etc. Taxis take 30-45 minutes to arrive and we found them pricey. The house is amazing, though it is important to note that the hot tub is a European hot tub that only accommodates 2 people at one time. Otherwise, the house is well furnished, stocked and has all the equipment you need to enjoy the view and the ocean! It may have been seasonal, but during sunrise and sunset the mosquitoes were horrible and made it difficult to fully enjoy the wonderful terrace.
