This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Patty’s home! It was perfect for our group and it had one of the best stocked kitchens any of us have ever stayed at. It made cooking meals together so much easier. Her home is cozy and clean with a lovely backyard and patio. Quiet street and easily walkable to some small shops incase you need to pickup something small. Patty herself was super communicative and even came by the house the salt the walkway when snow was threatening. Would absolutely stay here again and thank you so much!

I do not have enough words to describe how great our stay was! The house perfectly matched the listing description and Haifa went above and beyond our expectations! When we arrived there were 2 comfy dog beds, treats, bowls and extra poopie bags waiting for our dogs. Our dogs LOVED the dog beds. And there was a welcome basket with a personal handwritten note for us, along with snacks, chocolate and champagne. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked + AC in each room. The fenced in front porch was perfect for spending mornings and evenings hanging out with the dogs and meeting the neighbors. The location is perfect and 1 block from the beach. Loved the neighborhood and the neighbors are super friendly. Haifa answers messages within minutes and makes checkin & check out very easy and seamless. She even reached out during our stay just to check in with us. We were attending the SeaHearNow festival in Asbury Park only a 25 minute direct walk down the boardwalk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David and Blaine’s house! This place really felt like a home, complete with a well stocked kitchen, cozy lounge areas, an office setup, and an extra comfy bed! It was clean and spotless on our arrival and the hosts were proactive and quick communicators! The completely fenced in yard was a great bonus for our pup!

Paulette and Eric’s Airbnb exuded peace and serenity throughout our weekend stay. Their space was beautifully decorated with warm colors, ample space, and comfortable furniture (couches and beds!). The hosts responded quickly to any inquires we had during our stay and were amendable to any requests we had. There was a folder with local restaurant and sightseeing recommendations which we found very helpful! We will visit this Airbnb again and again whenever we are in Princeton, New Jersey! ❤️

Perfectly suited for our family of 4 and doggie. Julie was easy to communicate with and the house was clean and tidy. Didn’t get to take advantage of the playground across the street because it was freezing out but that is a huge plus with kiddos.

Beth did a great job of communicating with us —making it easy for me to contact her with any questions. The home was clean and had a great backyard area. My group particularly appreciated the towels, kitchenware, and bikes that were available during our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

My family will totally book this home again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt the house was perfect for us. Jean was very prompt with his responses and was very pleasant to converse with. Great house and great host-- 10 out of 10!

A great place to stay. No noise, no neighbor worries if you want to have some late talks or music. Area is safe and easy to walk to restaurants, stores. The pool was awesome and the weather was even better! A great time. Hosts were super responsive. We would do it again for sure.

Jennifer and Ashleight's place was amazing during my weekend stay. They're both very responsive with clear instructions and checked in to make sure everything was ok. The unit was comfortable, with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. Thanks!

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

Terrific beach house with great amenities and lots of space for a large family! The house was free of clutter and had a cozy feel. We are looking forward to renting again once the weather is warm!! So close to the beach and the backyard pool will be wonderful in the afternoon. Highly recommend!!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

We had a fantastic stay at Lorena's place! The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a true home away from home. We especially loved the sparkling pool and unique backyard with room to roam. The location was perfect for our needs - close to the beach, attractions, and yet in a quiet neighborhood near a park with playground. Two master suites and 3 additional sleep spaces were perfect for our larger group. Lorena was a responsive and proactive host who made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Highly recommend this place for special family gatherings.

Fatima was a great and responsive host. The property was perfect for fun nights at the pool and the location itself made it easy to get to Belmar and Asbury Park.

We needed to change our date to come in due to snow storm and Lauren was very accommodating and helpful!!Her home is beautiful and in a great area. We will definitely stay there again!!

You will be surprised to be able to see the sunrise from your bedroom, have cocktails on a little beach on the brackish Shrewsbury River with windsurfers trying their luck, walk to Bahr's seafood resto or Proving Ground tavern with good beer and food and views -- great location and quiet at night and interesting to watch clammers ride out in their little boats in the morning.

Frank’s home matched the AirBNB description and was airy and open. It had a nice layout for a family and we appreciated the three bathrooms! We loved being on the water and were happily surprised by how peaceful and calm it was. Perfect summer getaway.

Place was cozy and beautiful. My family and I enjoyed the place. Definitely will come back to area and would love to stay here again. A lot of charm and beach area was nice, that my son, wife and dog had a chance to enjoy, with time on the sand. I had a work conference in the area the whole weekend. However, did not know of this area before this weekend and absolutely loved it.

Loved staying in this gem of a home! If you’re looking for something different down the shore this is the place for you! Check out the Mule Barn restaurant just a few doors down, enjoy the plentiful wildlife and of course the beautiful Jersey beaches! Brian’s house was well stocked and comfortable for our family with two young boys and our dog.

This wasn't my first r&r @ Christina's. The space is always spotless and Christina is proactive and easy to communicate with. Such a lovely touch to arrive with the lights on and fire lit. Felt like a warm hug! I look forward to returning here again.
