Absolutely fantastic Airbnb! We have stayed in a fair few and this is definitely one of the best we have stayed in, for the location, size and definitely amenities! It was great to have everything we needed already there to compliment what we'd brought! The barn itself is a phenomenal space; we were really lucky with the weather and were treated to some amazing star gazing and sunset! The kids play area was lovely and our little one had a fantastic time playing as well as saying hello to the cows and chickens! Would highly recommend and would love to return in the future!

This was our third stay at the lovely barn and I’m sure we will be back in future. Lots of character, beautiful, peaceful surroundings with a few pubs within a couple of miles walk. Diana was a great host as ever, overall another very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful long weekend at Flagstone Cottage, the most peaceful place we’ve ever been, no car noises whatsoever and beautiful scenery. Cottage was exactly as described. We asked for the BBQ to come back out and Clare actually brought out all the outside furniture for us to use which was a nice surprise when we got back from our day trip. Our 5yo daughter loved the mezzanine bedroom and being able to have multiple baths a day (we only have a shower at home). The walk from Llanthony Priory up Hatterhall hill is amazing and the pint in the priory grounds at the end was very scenic and rewarding! Hay-On-Wye is well worth a visit, Abergavenny also.

Jessica’s place was amazing and it’s better in person. Very peaceful with hardly anyone around with the only noise being sheep in the distance. Jessica was extremely helpful when we had an issue with one of my friends ending up in hospital after a cycling accident. I’d definitely recommend this place, and I will definitely return.

Myself and 15 other family members and friends all stayed in Sarah's beautiful barn for my Mother's surprise 60th birthday celebrations. As this was a big event in our family, I searched for months to find the perfect place suitable for everyone (ages ranged from 13 months - 85 years old) and I couldn't have picked a better home. Everyone was in awe with the barn, so much thought has gone into every room, down to the smallest of details, throughout the entire home. Everything we could possibly need was provided and Sarah was always on hand if we had any queries. The setting is absolutely stunning, quiet, peaceful with loads of parking and grounds to play sports on. The cinema room, bar, hot tub and games room were all added bonuses! I'd highly recommend Sarah's beautiful Barn to any large party looking to celebrate in style. 5 stars across the board :) Sam

We had a lovely stay at Clare's place in le Hendre. It is brilliantly located if you want easy access to two lovely towns, and submersion into countryside. Thanks to Clare!

The Old Barn ist absolut zu empfehlen! Wer ein spektakuläres Panorama sucht und sich sofort herzlich willkommen fühlen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Es stimmt einfach alles von der Willkommenskarte über Eier, Milch, Früchtebrot, Wein und der tadellosen Ausstattung. Die gut sortierte Bücher- und Musiksammlung lädt zum Abtauchen ein und das Haus bietet genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Ideal auch für zwei Familien in Kombination mit dem zweiten Cottage im vorderen Teil der Farm. Wir haben uns alle vier + Hund rundum wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank Pip und Roz!

Had a long weekend away for my partners birthday and it was everything we wanted and more! Graham was an excellent host, making sure we were able to contact him at any point and gave loads of helpful information about the area. The carriage was in a beautiful location that was so peaceful and quiet and a lovely little place to come and recharge. Was close to Abergavenny so could pop in if we needed anything, and a perfect location to get some great hikes and views in! Will absolutely be coming back to stay ☺️

We had a wonderful stay, it’s a beautiful place and we felt very comfortable. The location was perfect for us - only a short drive to Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye and Symonds Yat, yet secluded and peaceful. We had a lovely walk around the local area and really enjoyed seeing birds, rabbits etc.

Myself and my friend stayed at the barn for 2 nights with our 5 children. Jeffrey gave us really clear instructions and a map due to road closures on how to get to the barn which was really helpful. We had contact numbers before arriving and Jeffrey also offered to be on hand if we needed anything including meeting us at the property on arrival if we felt that was needed. Inside the home there were helpful instructions on how to use the AGA cooker, coffee machine and WiFi password etc. as well as a beautiful complementary cake, tea/coffee, milk and butter which we were extremely grateful for. We had one slight issue of a blocked toilet during our stay which we informed Jeffrey about and he had sorted whilst we were out very quickly and with no hesitation. The home itself was stunning and set in beautiful countryside and we couldn’t fault our stay here. Thank you for all your effort and for letting us stay in your lovely home!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter and Jane’s, it’s a beautiful rural location but driving distance to lots of sights and great pubs/restaurants. Peter and Jane were really friendly and helpful, we really appreciated the milk, bread, eggs and butter on arrival. Would recommend and stay again!

We’ve stayed at Lesley’s beautiful stables 3 times now, and it’s brilliant. Lesley is a kind and attentive host and the little touches are always really appreciated.

A beautiful barn in a picturesque location. Sheri was responsive leading up to the stay and if we had questions when we were there. Would go back in a heartbeat.

One of the nicest welcomes to an Airbnb we have ever walked into .. heating was on, rooms all beautifully lit, music playing, baskets of logs / kindling for the weekend, lovely continental breakfast set aside for our stay and some local G&T’s for the evening … each bedroom beautifully dressed … one minor point would be the enclosed outside space which was perfect for our dog could do with a little tidy up and jet wash .. Jay was extremely responsive we met him and he was very personable .. highly recommend staying here.

Adams place had a great view, a great hot tub and it was really clean and cosy. He was a really responsive host and went above and beyond even offering our toddler a sit in his digger. It was a gorgeous location with more local activities for a toddler (2 y.o.) than expected as well as excellent recommendations for pubs and local walks.

Thank you Sophia!! My mama, two sisters and I came here for a long weekend of girly family time. Could not recommend this beautiful barn conversion enough. Such tasteful decor, fully kitted out, immaculate, incredibly peaceful location- sheer bliss. So enjoyed sitting by the fire putting our feet up after a brisk walk up the sugarloaf! So appreciate the kind gesture of Prosecco, biscuits, cheese and crackers and coffee. We will be returning! X

The photos do not do this place justice, the downstairs is really big and a very social space. The kitchen had great amenities and the outdoor area was great for the dogs (completely enclosed). The bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable and as per the description. Peter was friendly and helpful and we would love to return and experience this house in the summer. Note, the town of Monmouth is an hour walk away and is quite uphill on the way back to the house.

The Granary was absolutely lovely, incredibly comfortable and warm. We were made very welcome. Highly recommend.

The disabled facilities were great, it was very clean, bright and peaceful. The area was great, very central to a lot of towns and attractions in the vicinity. Really enjoyed our stay and have recommended it to some friends.

Yet another great stay at The Old Cider Mill. The surroundings are gorgeous and peaceful. The meadow is great for dogs, and there are some stunning walks right from the front door.

We loved the off the beaten track location The 50m away only other property was out of sight and just helped us not to feel completely isolated. Everything was just right. The quality of the ban conversion. The underfloor heating kept a comfortable ambient temperature, and altho overast and chilly outside we didn't feel the need to light the wood burner and took our kindling home. The kitchen was well equipped kitchen, the bed comfortable. bek. The full with windows across the length of the kitchen made it a great spot to sit and take in the great view through trees free and across the valley. Birdsong and bird activity was a feature, with birds of prey from time to time high above, and a 7am knocking on the glass door from a grouse! Maybe reacting to its own reflection. Another time we would have explored the area on foot, very easy to do with footpaths crossing close by going down towards the river. but we opted for cosy and restful.
