Had a great stay here! The space is perfect for 2 couples. Parking was easy and it was very walkable, about 15 minutes away from eagle lodge on foot. The upstairs living room area is very spacious and a great place to play games or relax after a day of skiing. Uma was also very responsive and accommodating when I messaged her.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place than eagles nest! The LOCATION is everything!! It’s the snow version of the huts over water in Fiji; to have a place right on the slopes was the best thing ever! Host was also responsive and made our stay as comfy as can be!! Thank you, Judson and family!!! Till we book again!

Absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful ambiance made it the perfect getaway to unwind and recharge. The fireplace added such a cozy and inviting touch, perfect for those quiet evenings. The property was immaculately clean. Communication with the Scott was seamless, with prompt, friendly responses that made us feel well taken care of. We can’t wait to return.

My friends and I had a lovely time staying here! Kevin’s place is beautiful, excellent location for anyone’s needs, and so much space to even spend the day indoors if the weather gets rough. The location is perfect for a nice walk down to the village for dinner and/or drinks, and easy to get to the gondolas to head to the slopes for a day of snowboarding. Highly recommend if you’re coming with a group regardless of the season. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and more than adequately stocked with seasonings, spices, and all the cooking utensils you could need. We’re looking forward to our next mountain adventure and will look to book here again!

Danielle was very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful- perfect location backing right up to the slopes. We decided to stay an extra day and she was very accommodating!

Perfect spot for a weekend trip to mammoth! Andy and Jessica were super responsive, really helpful. Whenever we had a question they answered right away and even had extra sheets delivered for us when asked. Easy check in, 5 minute walk to Eagle lodge + lifts. The spot was perfect for our group, clean and very cute! Definitely Hygge, hope to come back soon!

This was our second time staying here and we love it so so much!! So perfect and comfortable and you feel right at home! The hosts are awesome and kind and everything is always stocked! The most comfortable rooms and the view is priceless! Love staying here and can’t wait to come back! 🥰

My family came up to mammoth with another family. We both had small kids. It was wonderful! Highly recommended.

Clean condo and great location to a ski lift - walking distance!

This condo was great, living area in the middle with two sliding doors out onto balcony that overlooked the swimming pool with the backdrop of mammoth mountain. Then there are living quarters on both sides. It is located on the ski back trail though getting to Canyon Lodge is a bit of a hike if you are carrying skis. There is a shuttle at the bottom of the driveway. There is a garage and guest parking available. Overall amazing spot for a ski weekend.

Farrah’s place was one of the best I’ve ever rented in mammoth. Clean inside, modern, and cozy. Walkable to canyon lodge and the Austrian restaurant. Farrah herself was great! Very responsive and extremely helpful. Highly recommend her place.

Michael's place in Mammoth was stunning! It looked different from the pictures when we initially booked it, because it had been completely renovated and redecorated. The renovations were beautiful so it was far more luxe than I was expecting. I was bummed they removed the wood burning stove that I'm pretty sure I saw in the original photos, but I assume it was required by California code. The space is bright, airy, spacious, and modern. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. Everything in the kitchen is brand new - appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. I think they had everything we needed (except maybe a peeler?). I appreciated the attention to detail. The condo is walkable to Canyon Lodge and though there is no garage, parking is pretty close by. I wished the sheets had been cotton instead of poly microfiber, but otherwise I found the bed comfortable. Everything was very clean. Michael was extremely responsive & helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Listing was exactly as described. Place was clean, bedsheets/towels/linens all clean. Place was warm, wi-fi was reliable. Kitchen was stocked. Parking conveniently under the building, close to stairs/elevator. 5-minute walking distance to Eagle Lodge. No complaints, would stay here again.

Masha’s place was a great deal for being walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Super easy to get to and close the the ski lifts. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals in the condo. Very convenient and easy to get to.

This home was beautifully decorated, and having it decorated for Christmas was a great touch. The host was so helpful and responsive and everything was in its place and very clean. We loved having the spa after the long days at the slopes and the location to the Canyon lodge was perfect! We just walked to the slopes from our cabin and back home when we were tired. Great location, gorgeous home with some of the best mattresses we have had in an Airbnb, and a fabulous stay. Thank you!

One of Mammoth’s best kept secrets! A great cozy place for my family to stay. As close to staying at the Village without actually being in the village. Very short and easy walk to dining and the gondola. Karen was very responsive and proactive in getting us settled in. I’d definitely stay here again!

Mary Beth was a great host and her place was top notch! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in a large group and looking to ski or snowboard as the mountain is walking distance from the condo. Thanks Mary Beth for providing a wonderful place to vacation in Mammoth!

Great condo within walking distance of Canyon Lodge. Appreciate the help getting the baby crib, height chair, and toys for our baby boy. Very responsive host to all of my questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything is as advertised. It was a short walk to eagle lodge and 1 1/4 to a few great local restaurants. The only possible criticism or suggestion I can make is unless you like a large hard pillow, bring your own. The condo is stocked with very nice memory foam pillows but they are extremely hard and tough on the neck. If you prefer a soft pillow or smaller pillow there were two total. Coincidently all five of us that stayed there felt the same. But that’s it. The condo is gorgeous. The beds and linens are comfortable. The hottub is close and really nice. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals if you choose to. We’d stay again in a second but just bring our own pillows. :-) David, thank you for your timely responsiveness to our questions. We all had a great time and stay at your place.

This place is perfect for a group of friends! It's a quick walk to Eagle Lodge or the free green line shuttle has a stop right outside. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basic necessities and beds and bathrooms were very clean. Relaxing in the living room with a fire was lovely after a day of skiing. :-)
