This is our third year in a row staying at this property and it never disappoints.

The October House was a perfect getaway for our family. The house is very comfortable with ample room. We had a fantastic weekend in Basye. Would absolutely return.

Seth and Carla were extremely responsive during our stay! We loved how many beds this house had and we were able to all spend time together while comfortably being seated around tables/living rooms! We wish the fire pit had seating or that fireplaces worked, but we loved this property and its proximity to wineries and ski resorts!

We loved the proximity to downtown Medina, ample parking, and Jeff left a bunch of snacks for a family with some teenagers in tow. Thanks for the great stay!

The location was great for the guys for their dirt bike trails in Tornado, but the State and National parks for sight seeing and hiking were 1-2 hours away.

This was the second time we stayed here. Great experience both times. Kitchen is well stocked and everything you need is there.

We had a quiet, comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, the central air functional, and there was hardly any street noise. The Wifi was strong as well. This location is close to grocery stores and a few restaurants, and a short drive from Penn State.

Very beautiful house! Glad to have the flexible check out for our late event!

This is our third time staying here! Perfect weekend getaway location to hike, see the stars, and enjoy the company of friends.

We stay with Joe a few times a year! He is always an amazing host, with an amazing property. I HIGHLY recommend Joes place! The Inn AND The loft are equally beautiful, spacious and clean as a whistle! 🏆

We only stayed one night, but it was an enjoyable stay. It was a pretty location and easy to find and check in was simple. Things were clean and cozy. They also had a small toy collection that our 5 year-old really enjoyed playing with.

What a cute cozy place. Clean, very quick to respond to our questions, and very homelike. We would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect! The instructions were clear and Jason was very responsive. The location is perfect and in walking distance from many local restaurants and parks!

I highly recommend Freida's place! The area was incredibly quiet- we enjoyed watching all the wildlife outdoors while enjoying our coffee on the couch (birds, bunnies, and groundhogs). The space was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back.

This property was perfect. Everything has been thought of and the property is in excellent condition. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and would definitely return. We were at Seven Springs for a race weekend and the proximity to the mountain was perfect. 5 Stars all round.

I wish there was an extra star for the Host! Lorena was super helpful, always responded less than 30 minutes, and made us feel welcome into her home. Personal touches say a lot, and she had written us a nice thank you card that was on the table when we arrived. It was also nice that we did not have to run out and get toiletries immediately as they were readily available upon our arrival. Lorena was also upfront with an issue involving the oven, however there was a toaster oven readily available if we so choose. I highly recommend her condo to anyone with a small group of people/small family that plans on staying in the Deep Creek area!

Can't state enough how spectacular the view is especially at night. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay again someday.

We had such a short lovely stay. Celebrated my partner’s birthday with a ski trip to Seven Springs Resort. The location is perfect just 7 or 8 mins away from the resort with a convenient shuttle service. Kara was also a great host responding quickly to any questions we had!

This clean and comfortable place was exactly as advertised. It was conveniently located for our weekend plans, minutes from the Allegrippis Trails. We appreciated the small details, like s'mores supplies, USB outlets, labeled drawers, and seasoned firewood with kindling. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit has everything that you need for a pleasant stay while skiing at Timberline Mountain. Instructions on how to find the unit, access the unit, and access the ski locker are very clear. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. The giant bathtub was a welcome site after a long day of skiing. Really a nice touch. The kitchen is well stocked, and the location simply cannot be beat. Paying for convenience is worth it to me when I’m carrying around a bunch of heavy, awkward equipment. The parking, and the locker are worth the price alone. Overall, a good deal! Will be back.

The pictures do not give this place justice!! It is so clean and cute I was beyond pleased with everything about it. We had lots of space for 2 people, everything we needed in the kitchen and Lynn was so helpful giving great recommendations and clear instructions. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I can’t say enough about the entire experience. For a first timer it was wonderful and a perfect experience! The condo was better than described and much more affordable than the surrounding options! Will be booking yearly!!! Patricia is quick to respond and very resourceful. They have a tons of ideas and resources available for you to explore. I highly encourage you to check it out.
