Great stay, enjoyed the place. It’s on the third floor and I got a noise complaint for walking between 9-12. My cousin who is local stopped by with her daughter who is 3. Generally not a big deal and Luke was kind and understanding, but a potential callout for future renters if and when they have multiple people or children.

Luke was a terrific host! I would definitely recommend his property for your next stay in Morgantown.

The host was accommodating during extenuating circumstances. I couldn’t get my car out because of snow and she drove me to the store.

Brett and Shona were wonderful hosts. When I realized I had booked incorrect dates for the event I would be there for, they quickly accommodated us. I loved the extra touch of the coffee ready to go in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I would definitely stay there again if coming back to Morgantown.

This was the perfect stay all around: the beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean, and it was easy to access. Perfect place for a weekend getaway to my Alma Mater - will keep this place in mind for next trip!

Let me start by saying Luke was great! Super responsive, accommodating and even gave us suggestions. He was super willing to fix something we noticed that wouldn’t have affected our stay at all but his willingness was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and clean, nice view. Pretty calm place. Would definitely consider staying again when we return. We were on the 3rd floor so quite a bit of stairs with a lot of luggage but it’s my fault for over packing! Just keep that in mind. We had no issues!

Came in for the weekend with six buddies for a football game. He was walkable to a restaurant/pub and the stadium as well as was a good host stink spot for a tailgate since it was very cold outside that weekend. We needed a last minute thing from Julie And she responded within 5 minutes.

5 Stars – Unique & Memorable Stay! This converted church in Farmington, WV, is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The stained glass, high ceilings, and peaceful atmosphere made for a one-of-a-kind stay. The space was clean, well-equipped, and the hosts were great. Highly recommend for a unique getaway!

Michelle was an excellent host. She provided necessary information and was extremely responsive. Her house is inviting and has a great vibe! My family had a wonderful time.

Lovely location and GREAT Hot tub! We were there in early February and the hot tub was the perfect place to sit and watch the snow fall. And the kitchen is really well stocked if you're the cooking type like us -- we were delighted with all the appliances and tools available.

Rebecca's place (Trillium Acres) was a beautiful secluded large house. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Rebecca was very responsive and the whole check in check out process was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
