Kelly's place was great. Very quite with no traffic noise. Very clean and looks like a new renovation. Easy check in and a nice back patio.

A very cute, cozy house! It was clean and organized. I appreciated the labels telling you where everything was. Great attention to detail with extra amenities in case you forgot anything. You can tell that great thought was put into making this a wonderful vacation. Very communicative and responsive. Thank you!

nice place! very spacious and had toys for our kids. dog friendly which is sometimes hard to find especially in a town like this. we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I drove over 10 hours and got to the house very late, it was very welcoming which allowed us to rest easily and get the proper recovery we needed. The home was beautiful and the beds were very comfy so we all got a great nights sleep. Morgan was also very understanding of our situation and didn’t rush us out. I wish we had more time to stay, but i couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay at this home. Definitely one of the nicest places i have stayed, and the price was more than fair.

House was just as described. And great to have our dogs with us too! There is a tenant in apartment below that was not mentioned until we got there. However we never heard them or saw them. House borders the woods which is nice for dogs to go for a walk. Very quiet neighborhood, but very close to college which worked for us. Would definitely return.

We had a great time! The space was exactly what we needed. Host was very helpful when we left something in the unit and had to come back.

Can't say enough about this place and Kathleen - it was exactly the getaway my son and I needed. Kathleen was so helpful, and even met us in the road in the dark when I got a little turned around with the directions. She was extremely communicative, made local recommendations, and was so sweet with my son. The cabin itself was neat as a pin and a really cool experience. We only had time for Cooper's Rock State Park (highly recommend), but we plan on being back with Miss Kathleen to check out the other local attractions. Highly Recommend! Thank you Kathleen!

Perfect Gameday Getaway! We had an amazing time staying here for the WVU home game. The location was fantastic, and the home itself was top-notch. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable weekend. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at Buddy’s and will definitely keep it on our list for future Morgantown visits. It’s very close to Evansdale campus and the stadium and coliseum. Buddy greeted us in the driveway and gave us some instructions. Door is easy to get in to. The only thing I wish was there was a full sized fridge (we had food for tailgating) and maybe a lit path with stepping stones to get to the entrance as you have to walk around the side of the house. All in all, would 100% send this listing to a friend and, again, would stay here again.

Patty is a treasure. If you stay here, make sure you’re good to her! She has some rescued Dalmatians named Mickey and Minnie that will talk to you as you walk up and down the stairs, but if you’re a dog person like me you’ll just talk back some haha. I loved everything about Patty’s place, and it gave our drummer a spot to catch some more than needed rest. He was able to sleep for a whole day because of how comfortable and peaceful this place is. There’s some good food at the restaurant right on the corner, and a gas station nearby, which was really nice. Patty was very responsive and a great communicator. We talked for a good half hour or so on the porch and I enjoyed every minute! For the price and how close it is to Morgantown you cannot beat this place. It is SO much better than staying in the city! We’ve done both, and now we will be paying Patty a visit every time we are in the area!

Robert was an excellent host!! We ended getting snowed in an extra day and he went above and beyond to make sure we had enough food and supplies. Robert even came and shoveled our walkway and brushed off my car. His place was beautiful and we had a great time. I definitely recommend staying with Robert!!

Lovely location and GREAT Hot tub! We were there in early February and the hot tub was the perfect place to sit and watch the snow fall. And the kitchen is really well stocked if you're the cooking type like us -- we were delighted with all the appliances and tools available.

we absolutely loved staying here! the house was clean and comfortable! Kelli added personal touches we loved and appreciated! she was quick to respond and offered suggestions on places to go. our dog loved the toys left for her, maybe a little too much! we were nervous about neighbors being so close but once we got there we never even saw them. overall a beautiful place to stay that we really hope to return to in the fall as the leaves change colors, the view would be even more amazing!
