I had to extend my stay for a few extra days and the Airbnb I was staying at could not accommodate due to being booked. Leslie's place stood out from the others I looked at and was pretty close to my current location. The unit and environment was modern and pristine, had no issues at all and would recommend as a first choice to anyone that's looking for an awesome location that's within the vicinity of the Savanah. Also Leslie and his wife were readily available and answered any and all questions or concerns I had. They make an awesome team

Great host. Awesome communication throughout stay. Place was as described. Location was very prime and convenient to Port of Spain. However for the value, the place was overpriced due to carnival season. Would stay again.

Ramona and Pradesh are great hosts! This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back. Pradesh met me at check-in. He showed me some update to the entertainment center, he also shared the local events calendar, and there is an outside shower for j’ouvert and beach days. There is also a great little grocery store across the street and a little breakfast & lunch restaurant right next door to that. This place is private and mostly quiet. So, it is the perfect place to relax after carnival events or partying on the avenue.

Staying at the River Sand Apartment for seven nights during Trinidad Carnival 2025 was the best decision, and I have no regrets, from the time of booking the reservation to check out. Kai and Kimberley were extremely accommodating, and they provided great customer care and communication via email and messages to prepare us for our stay. All areas of the unit, both inside and the outside surrounding, immaculate care for. The outside sitting area is very spacious, the swimming pool is well maintained, the outside furniture is beautiful, tropical flowers that complement the atmosphere, and of course, listening to birds chirping, so relaxing. Attention to detail is excellent, the host was very kind, helpful and caring and provided excellent and outstanding customer service above and beyond. That makes our stays very pleasant, I will highly recommend this Airbnb, my next visit to Trinidad, this will always be my home. I cannot find anything negative or suggest, overall, Perfect 10/10

Anthony home was an amazing stay. The view alone just over looking the mountain views the pretty trees. He has beautiful fish in his backyard. The night time is even more stunning. Jump in the hot tub and just have a up to the sky and see the stars. He was so accommodating. Whenever you need him he is there to assist you in whatever needed to be done. Highly recommend a stay here. Nice and low and the mountains have some privacy.

Really loved this stay. In Trinidad, this is probably your best option if not a hotel. They security was through, check in was modern keypads, beautiful view, and it was very quiet in the building. Every morning I’d listen to the bird and nature on the patio.

This was a gem right off Arapita avenue. Super convenient snd walkable to all events we needed to attend. Grocery, bakery and restaurants all within steps. Full kitchen, free weights and all comforts of home made our extended stay a breeze. Definitely would stay here again.

Sam was one of the best host I’ve encountered. He was extremely reliable and totally available for any communications. I will recommend Sam and his place anytime! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Trinidad.
